元贞元年(1295),归隐山林的画家赵孟頫,为将济南的优美风光描述给友人,挥毫泼墨,作下《鹊华秋色图》。
七个多世纪后的今天,兆生济南公司乔迁至华山西侧作为品牌的新办公室与展厅,窗外正对着的,便是赵孟頫画中的”华不注山”。
In the first year of the Yuanzhen era (1295), the reclusive painter Zhao Mengfu, wishing to depict Jinan's scenic beauty for a friend, wielded his brush to create Autumn Colors on the Que and Hua Mountains.
Over seven centuries later, JINAN SAOSEN Company relocated its new office and showroom to the western foothills of Huashan - where the very "Huabuzhu shan" immortalized in Zhao Mengfu’s painting now greets them through the windows.

新场所需要兼做办公室、品牌展厅、客户接待空间,这也促使我们去思考——如何在有限的空间中去平衡这三者的关系。
The new venue must serve simultaneously as an office, brand showroom, and client reception space—prompting us to reconsider how to balance these three functions within a limited area.
传统家具展厅往往只是从产品的角度出发,尽可能多地去摆放产品,展厅做完之后,更像是家具卖场。大多数情况下忽略了参观客户的空间体验和环境对客户的情绪的影响。而这种“卖场”逻辑下的空间,也基本隔离了办公空间和展厅空间,两者各自独立。
Traditional furniture showrooms typically adopt a product-centric approach, prioritizing maximum product display over all else. The result often resembles a furniture marketplace rather than an intentional exhibition space. In most cases, these spaces neglect the experiential journey of visiting clients and fail to consider how the environment affects their emotional response. Furthermore, this "marketplace" mentality creates a strict separation between office and showroom areas—rendering them functionally isolated rather than cohesively integrated.
从用户视角展开思考:办公员工和参观客户同为空间的使用用户,如何让员工获得更舒适、高效的办公环境?同时让参观客户体验更好,留下深刻印象,提高对品牌的认可度?是本案设计需要解决的问题。
Thinking from the user's perspective: both office employees and visiting clients are users of the space. How to provide employees with a more comfortable and efficient working environment? At the same time, how to create a better experience for visiting clients, leave a lasting impression, and enhance brand recognition? These are the problems that need to be solved in this design case.

SAOSEN has consistently adhered to a product philosophy centered on health, sustainability, and natural principles. Building upon this foundation, we integrated the east-facing Huashan views, bringing nature indoors to create a garden-like space that is both enchanting and comfortable—where nature represents the ultimate luxury.
打破「正式」与「非正式」的空间界线,突破传统办公空间1+1+1的固化逻辑,透过活泼多元、灵活自由的开放式公共空间营造,关注空间与空间、空间与人、人与人之间的沟通和交流,满足空间兼顾专注、效率、协作、共享、交流、学习、放松的多样性需求。
We dissolved the boundaries between "formal" and "informal" spaces, breaking free from the rigid 1+1+1 logic of traditional office design. Through vibrant, diverse, and flexible open communal areas, we focused on fostering interaction—between spaces, between people and spaces, and among people themselves—to meet diverse needs including focus, efficiency, collaboration, sharing, communication, learning, and relaxation.
打破“办公空间”与“展览空间”两者界限,以真实的办公情境来作为展示空间,以展示空间来作为办公室的扩展空间。“生产即展览,展览即生产”,相比于传统展厅的冰冷,加入“真实使用者”,使空间与产品更有温度感,也更有说服力。
The conventional divide between "office space" and "exhibition space" was eliminated. Real working environments became display areas, while exhibition spaces extended office functionality. "Production is exhibition, and exhibition is production"—unlike cold, traditional showrooms, the presence of actual users infused warmth and authenticity into both the space and products, making them more relatable and convincing.
站在来访参观客户的角度,我们希望这是一次足够丰富的“旅程”,空间中使用了灵活的洄游动线,并在其中插入一些有趣的体验点,动线被加长,空间被放大,客户驻留时间也变得更长。空间与空间、空间与人产生了沟通与对话,而这种体验无形之中影响着参观者的情绪和感受的变化,人和人的距离由此拉近。
From a visitor's perspective, we designed a richly layered "journey." Flexible looped circulation routes were implemented, interspersed with engaging experiential nodes. This extended the pathways, amplified the spatial perception, and prolonged visitor stays. Spaces communicated—with each other and with people—initiating an unspoken dialogue that subtly influenced emotions and perceptions, ultimately bringing people closer together.
出电梯后有左右两侧不同的动线,设计师通过光的引导性来暗示来客主入口,并引入了“小镇车站”的概念,体验之旅由此开始。
Upon exiting the elevator, visitors encounter diverging paths to either side. The designer employs light as a subtle guide, directing guests toward the main entrance while introducing a "small town station" concept—marking the beginning of the experiential journey.
山石、绿植、青苔、琥珀、昆虫、矿石、模拟天光的引入、屏幕上树影摇曳、忽远忽近的鸟鸣声、雨声……构成了空间的第一感受——仿佛走进一处世外桃源。
The first spatial impression unfolds through: mountain rocks, greenery, moss, amber, insect specimens, mineral displays, simulated skylighting, screens displaying swaying tree shadows, and the distant yet distinct sounds of birdsong and rainfall... Together, they create the illusion of stepping into a secluded utopia.

开敞办公区通过对视觉、温度、灯光、声音等整体氛围的营造,一个自然的、活泼的、舒适的、交流的空间就此形成。
In the open office area, careful attention to visual elements, temperature, lighting, and acoustics cultivates a natural, vibrant, comfortable environment conducive to interaction.
新时代工作者更在意自我成长,以及工作与生活的平衡。办公室氛围需兼顾「工作」与「放松」。我们将景观朝向最好的一面留给了公共休闲吧与阅览室,员工的学习、交流、运动都可以在这里实现,来访参观客户也可以在这里休闲与沟通。
Modern workers prioritize personal growth and work-life balance. The office ambiance must harmonize "work" and "relaxation." We allocated the optimal scenic views to the communal lounge and reading room—where employees can learn, socialize, and exercise, while visiting clients may also unwind and engage in conversation.
文史展区通过光的引导,空间逐渐变得静谧,人不自觉地专注起来,一串串文字、一件件老物品,诉说着行业与品牌的故事。
The historical exhibition zone employs gradual light modulation to transition into a tranquil atmosphere, instinctively focusing attention. Rows of text and curated artifacts narrate the industry's and brand's legacy.
空间的北向与西向景观为较为密集的住宅区,通过对光的控制,打造了一个小镇“剧场”。这里是举办活动的剧场,也是家具产品的展示秀场——智能化灯光按照设定好的顺序打在一件件家具上,配合着音乐与解说,沉浸式的体验赋予了产品独有的故事;同时周边的阶梯又可以让人们坐下来,这里就可以化身为PARTY晚会现场、分享学习课堂、会议空间。
Facing the denser residential areas to the north and west, light control transforms the space into a town "theater." This versatile venue hosts events and furniture showcases alike—intelligent lighting sequences illuminate each piece in sync with music and narration, creating immersive product storytelling. Surrounding stepped seating adapts the space for parties, workshops, or meetings.
有的时候,光不是越多越好。茶室后方渗透进的自然光结合室内柔和的灯光,营造出静谧的空间氛围。
Sometimes, less light achieves more. In the tearoom, filtered natural light from the rear merges with soft interior lighting to compose a meditative ambiance.
独立办公室同样位于景观视野绝佳的东侧,在自然的包裹下心无旁骛的工作,偶尔抬起头,柔和的光线从窗外洒进,短暂地从工作中抽离,静享舒适片刻。
The private offices are also strategically positioned on the east side with premium landscape views. Nestled within nature's embrace, one can work with undivided attention—occasionally glancing up as soft daylight spills through the windows, offering momentary respite to pause and recharge in tranquil comfort.
