项目概述/

江南里项目希望通过中式宅院实现海滨度假的生活，既有东方的大气婉约，也有海滨的闲适松弛。因此在设计之初，设计师郑军放弃风格符号的具象表达，转而用一切尽在不言中的含蓄方式展现空灵的空间状态。以“流动性”重塑空间，改变原本的中式坡顶，通过切割将内部呈现出来，同时将空间的装饰性降到最低，让空间姿态如海风般轻盈，实现一种当代东方文人绻缱的生活。

Project Overview/

Gang Nam Lane hopes to realize the life of a seaside resort through a Chinese-style mansion, which has the atmosphere of the Orient as well as the leisure and relaxation of the seaside. At the beginning of the design, the designer Zheng Jun gave up the figurative expression of style symbols, and turned to the implicit way of showing the ethereal spatial state in an unspoken way. Reinventing the space with “fluidity”, the original Chinese sloping roof is changed, and the interior is presented through cutting. At the same time, the decorative nature of the space is minimized, so that the space is as light as the sea breeze, realizing a contemporary oriental literati's loving life.

The Arch Design Award is a prestigious international design competition. The Arch Design Award recognizes designs in three categories within the fields of architectural design and interior design: Gold Award, Silver Award, and Bronze Award. Recipients of the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards are outstanding professionals whose designs deserve international attention and recognition. The Gold Award is granted to projects that demonstrate outstanding design, perfect functional solutions, innovative and modern use of materials and green technology, as well as exceptional artistic and market value. The Silver Award is awarded to projects that feature remarkable design concepts, functionality, innovative solutions, great integration, and market value. The Bronze Award emphasizes projects that not only have excellent design value but also incorporate functionality, appropriate use of materials, and integration with the environment.
