精装修交付政策实施之后，

"精装房”成为市场的主流供给，

但，千篇一律的风格设计，较为死板的室内布局，

并不能满足大多数客户的审美，

精装深化改造成为一种大众需求。

更优化的空间布局、更美观的室内装饰、

更个性的居家氛围、更私人的使用体验，

是我们追求的目标，因为热爱，所以苛求。

设计思考：

1、保持原户型基础上，合理规划动线功能区域；

2、开放柜与封闭柜组合，增加储物空间

；

3、多元采光层次丰富，光影氛围拉满；

4、现代轻奢，演绎非凡生活格调。

开放自由的无界感，细节考究的的精致度与质感，加上无敌江景的自然景观，把高级感写进生活空间，居者对生活的热爱，让空间有了灵魂，变成了家的模样。无缝衔接的公区，让人成为叙事主线，想互动就靠近，想独处也有角落，松弛自在。

The boundless sense of openness and freedom, the exquisite attention to detail and texture, coupled with the unbeatable natural landscape of the river, write a sense of luxury into the living space. The residents' love for life gives the space a soul and turns it into the appearance of a home. The seamlessly connected public area makes people the main narrative line. If you want to interact, you can get closer, and if you want to be alone, there is also a corner where you can relax and be at ease.

将现代简约主义与奢华元素相结合，简洁的线条引领动线的溯回，高品质的材料与精细的细节处理，营造内敛奢华的氛围，天然石材与金属呈现一定的冷硬感，布艺沙发柔和了氛围，设计感的形体又赋予其简约而丰富的均衡感，在高级感和人间烟火之间寻找到支点，创造出静谧丰盈的客厅空间。

Combining modern minimalism with luxurious elements, simple lines lead the flow back, high-quality materials and fine detail processing create a restrained and luxurious atmosphere. Natural stone and metal present a certain degree of coldness and hardness, while fabric sofas soften the atmosphere. The design of the form gives it a simple and rich balance, finding a pivot between luxury and human fireworks, creating a quiet and abundant living room space.

餐厅大理石餐桌搭配造型优雅餐椅，呼应整体风格，吊灯点亮轻快氛围，背景酒柜增添奢华感，美食烟火与亲友笑谈自然交融。单独的吧台区，静谧时光唤醒自我，摩登的纹理与古旧的质感形成温柔的氛围，让光影跟着生活变。

The marble dining table in the restaurant is paired with elegant dining chairs, echoing the overall style. The chandelier lights up the lively atmosphere, and the background wine cabinet adds a sense of luxury. Food, fireworks, and family and friends' laughter blend naturally. A separate bar area, where quiet time awakens oneself. Modern textures and vintage textures create a gentle atmosphere, allowing light and shadow to change with life.

现代感书房简约而功能全面，开放柜与封闭柜组合，收藏和展示功能强大，造型独特的书桌和书椅，让办公和阅读都充满仪式感，石材、玻璃、金属元素的巧妙融合，增强了空间的层次感，通过视觉引导和光线折射，营造出一种安静又秩序的氛围。

The modern study is simple yet fully functional, with a combination of open and closed cabinets that provide powerful collection and display functions. The uniquely shaped desk and book chair make both office and reading feel ritualistic. The clever fusion of stone, glass, and metal elements enhances the sense of hierarchy in the space, creating a quiet and orderly atmosphere through visual guidance and light refraction.

卧室是更私人的领域，是寻求心灵慰藉与身体休憩的场所，柔和的色调，让空间静下来，木质与布艺，赋予空间温暖的氛围，宽大的床头背景墙木饰面与硬包结合，层次丰富，围合出满满的安全感，壁灯与台灯精致浪漫，在细节里，透露出对于品质生活的追求，彰显一种更舒适的生活方式。

The bedroom is a more private realm, a place for seeking spiritual comfort and physical rest. The soft color tones make the space quiet, and the wood and fabric give the space a warm atmosphere. The large headboard background wall wood veneer is combined with hard packaging, with rich layers and a full sense of security. The wall lamps and desk lamps are exquisite and romantic, revealing the pursuit of quality life in details and showcasing a more comfortable lifestyle.

女儿卧功能与搭配和谐相处，

选用更柔软的材质和造型，更浪漫与诗意的色彩，曲线蜿蜒，营造极具艺术感的休息空间，让居者享受个性化的舒适体验，每一天在喜欢的空间里醒来，感受品质生活的魅力。

The harmonious coexistence of daughter bedroom function and matching,Using softer materials and shapes, more romantic and poetic colors, winding curves, creating a highly artistic resting space, allowing residents to enjoy personalized comfort experiences, waking up in their favorite space every day and feeling the charm of quality life.

客卧色调素雅，木质与布艺营造出温馨的氛围，床头柜造型别致，与吊灯一起营造柔和细腻的氛围，在这个空间里，身心得以休整，享受向内休憩的舒适尺度。

The color scheme of the guest bedroom is simple and elegant, with wood and fabric creating a warm atmosphere. The bedside table has a unique shape and, together with the chandelier, creates a soft and delicate atmosphere. In this space, the body and mind can rest and enjoy a comfortable scale of inward relaxation.
