This house, located on Biscayne Bay, offers uninterrupted views of Biscayne Bay from its elevated perch. Its design aims to create a welcoming oasis that truly lives up to its location and views.The goal is to create a unique style: meticulously curated, artistically crafted, unique, comfortable, and livable. The design-inspired interior design seamlessly blends Alice in Wonderland-inspired fantasy with refined sophistication, creating a space that is both whimsical and Zen-inspired.

Against this captivating backdrop, the designer gave free rein to his imagination, skillfully combining pieces gleaned from his global network of artisans with vibrant artwork and antique pieces of impeccable pedigree. Each space has a catalyst, often a light or an artwork, that inspires its exquisite balance of color, pattern, and proportion. Modern materials—white oak, soft fabrics, subdued metals—appear in lush forms, accentuating the room's wondrous elegance and luxury.

The entrance, centered around a chandelier by Greek contemporary artist Kostas Lambridis, is a testament to this. Hanging above the Mimi table, designed by Lisbon-based Garcé & Dimofski, the pendant lights echo the colors of the surrounding circus stools by Martino Gamper and woven chairs by Space Availability Studio. In the dining room, another stained glass lamp by Maarten de Ceulaer stands out, complementing a chunky table by Yabu Pushelberg. In the double-height study, four ceiling pendant lights by Bennett Schlesinger, depicting cumulus cloud patterns in archival paper and bamboo, break up the formality of the large room's upholstered seating clusters.

In the lounge, New York artist Heidi Lanino’s collages of dancing girls cut from paper add a touch of lightness to a sinuous collection of furniture, including chairs by Achille Salvagni and Chris Wolston. In the children’s room, Nuage lamps by Wout Wessemius create an ethereal, dreamlike scene.

Think of the massive American oil palm tree towering over the entryway; it truly humanizes everything. Reducing the scale of the house enhances the relaxed, comfortable atmosphere that permeates these rooms, despite their vast size.

The final effect is captivating, revitalizing, and sublimely sensual. The ultimate effect is the ability to understand the personality of the occupant and integrate it into the spatial design, creating a space that truly belongs to the occupant.
