公区的整合设计逐渐成为非标商业运营新的需求。我们接到位于成都城南的商业公园此地「CyPARK」的任务委托，梳理并设计包括骑行友好、宠物友好、公共阶梯空间活化、公共空间设计、快闪商业空间设计的一系列公共、商业与社区友好相结合的公区体验设计。

我们认为好的公共区域是一套多维度多层次的支持系统，既是场地的基础设施，也是公共性与其他领域的互动行为机制，是“属性”能够交错、交换、交互的中间地带。

在项目中我们选择以木材作为主材、部分金属材料为辅助，在商业公园中点亮公区体验空间。我们以梁柱的木结构作为设计原型穿插在建筑内，混凝土柱网结构、钢柱网结构、木柱网结构分别对应城市、建筑物与人的尺度，整合园区不同尺度与不同需求。

骑行友好的主题下我们设置了连续分布的骑行停放点、骑行路径、上下楼道的推行道设计。每个停放点提供如智能锁停车桩、休息座位、整理台、自行车维修工具、直饮水、自动售水机、储存柜等功能服务。宠物友好方面，我们将功能浓缩在栓绳桩、拾便袋箱、宠物冲水三个基础设施。公共阶梯上我们设计了可移动可折叠的公共桌椅。在商业公园中心附近我们设计了一个提供公共开放休息边界的商业快闪空间。

公区设计不拘于形式，而是以一种服务设计的姿态，以一种柔、包容边界的姿态融入整体之中。任何形式的商业都有一定的公共空间属性，公共空间也具备商业行为的条件，它们是相互增益的关系。

The integration of public space design is increasingly becoming a new requirement for non-standard commercial operations. We have been commissioned to work on a commercial park project called "CyPARK" located in the southern part of Chengdu. Our task is to organize and design a series of public and commercial spaces that combine community-friendly features such as being cycling-friendly, pet-friendly, and revitalizing public staircases, as well as creating public space designs and pop-up commercial spaces.

We believe an integrated public space functions as a multidimensional support system—acting as both foundational infrastructure and a framework for public interaction. It is an intermediate zone where diverse attributes can converge, exchange, and interact.

We chose wood as the primary material, with some metal components as supplementary materials, to illuminate the public space experience in this commercial park. The design uses a timber beam and column structure as the prototype, interspersed within the architecture. The concrete column grid structure, steel column grid structure, and wooden column grid structure correspond to the scales of the city, the building, and the people respectively, integrating different scales and various needs within the park.

Under the cycling-friendly theme, we have set up continuously distributed cycling stations, cycling paths, and designed push ramps for staircases. Each station provides services such as smart lock parking posts, seating, bike repair tools, direct drinking water, water vending machines, lockers, and more. In terms of pet-friendliness, we condensed the necessary infrastructure into leash posts, waste bag dispensers, and pet washing stations. On the public staircases, we designed foldable, movable public tables and chairs. Near the center of the park, we designed a pop-up commercial space with an open boundary for public rest and relaxation.

The public space design is not constrained by form but integrates into the overall environment with a service-oriented approach, embracing soft and inclusive boundaries. Any form of commerce has certain attributes of public space, and public space also has the potential for commercial activity. These elements exist in a mutually beneficial relationship.

一介是以成都为基地的建筑设计与多学科创意机构。关注公共空间、社区更新、试验性空间设计及生活方式，寻找商业性与社会性的平衡来使城市更加丰富和有趣。

代表作社区友好空间“巷子里”、湖畔商业空间“CPI W-18b”、跨学科城市非正式剩余空间研究实践“CACP designing？”等，获得国内外多项大奖。

希望通过多维度的思考与方式去探索各种可能性。虽然设计是一件理性的事，但我们想用浪漫的方式去描述它，为人们的生活带来乐趣。
