In the concrete jungle of urban skyscrapers, the Tailong Bank recreational fitness area stands as a serene oasis hidden high above. More than just a space for physical and mental relaxation, it’s a poem composed of health, nature, and humanity—delicately interpreting the profound dialogue between design and life.

健身区的设计如一幅现代艺术画卷，橙与灰的色彩巧妙交织，构建出动静结合、张弛有度的空间体验。橙色如初升的朝阳，温暖而充满希望，点燃了人们内在的激情与活力；灰色则如大地般厚重，稳健而包容，为忙碌的都市人提供一份内心的安宁。

The fitness area’s design unfolds like a modern art canvas, where orange and gray hues are masterfully interwoven to craft a spatial experience that balances motion and stillness, tension and release. Orange, like a rising sun, exudes warmth and hope—igniting inner passion and vitality—while gray, grounding as the earth, offers stability and embrace, granting harried urban dwellers a sanctuary of inner peace.

自然光成为空间的灵魂，透过大面积的玻璃窗洒落进来，斑驳光影在地面游走，仿佛时间在悄然流转，记录着每一次坚持与突破。运动的过程不再是枯燥的重复，而是在阳光与汗水交融中与自我深度对话。

Natural light serves as the soul of the space, pouring in through expansive glass windows. Dappled light dances across the floor, as if time itself were slipping by—quietly chronicling every persistence and breakthrough. The act of exercising is no longer mindless repetition; it becomes a deep dialogue with the self, where sunlight mingles with sweat to forge a profound connection.

沿着健身区步入沙发休憩区，整个空间仿若云端岛屿，简洁之中藏着温润细节。落地窗引入充足自然光，浅灰色沙发在日光照耀下柔软如水，轻轻环抱每一位来者，宛如春风掠过湖面，唤醒浮躁心绪。

Stepping from the fitness area into the sofa lounge, the space feels like a cloud-like isle—simplicity hiding warm details in its folds. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with abundant natural light, turning the light gray sofas into pools of softness under the sun. They cradle every visitor gently, like a spring breeze rippling across a lake, soothing frazzled minds from the moment one settles in.

Soft ambient lighting, paired with rugs and greenery, forms a Zen-inspired tableau—inviting visitors to reclaim inner balance amid quietude.
