新生|上海上生·新所二期照明设计

上生·新所位于长宁区东部，毗邻新华路、愚园路、衡复三大历史文化风貌区，融合历史建筑、工业遗存与现代设计，打造集办公、商业、文化与休闲于一体的多元空间。照明设计巧妙平衡“场所吸引力”与“人居友好性”，以低色温暖光突出历史韵味，精细分层布光平衡氛围与功能，让百年文脉在现代场景中焕发新生。

Columbia Circle is located in the eastern part of Changning District, adjacent to the three major historical and cultural areas of Xinhua Road, Yuyuan Road, and Hengfu. It integrates historical buildings, industrial relics, and modern design to create a diverse space that integrates office, commercial, cultural, and leisure activities. The lighting design cleverly balances the "attraction of the place" and the "friendliness of human habitation", highlights the historical charm with low color warm light, and finely layered lighting balances the atmosphere and function, making the century old cultural context shine in modern scenes.

上生新所项目共分为两期，一期主要为保留历史建筑，二期则是在一期保留原有历史风貌的基础上进行了全新设计。

The Shangsheng New Institute project is divided into two phases. The first phase mainly aims to preserve historical buildings, while the second phase is a completely new design based on the original historical style.

二期由五栋多层建筑组成，在延续历史风貌神韵的同时，融入了自然生态，打造出松弛有度的有机商业社区。建筑群通过错落有致的连廊系统相互串联，形成移步换景的空间韵律。

The second phase consists of five multi story buildings, which continue the charm of historical style while integrating natural ecology to create a relaxed and organic commercial community. The architectural complex is interconnected through a staggered corridor system, forming a spatial rhythm of moving steps and changing scenery.

首层的照明设计在主要景观动线上摒弃了传统高杆灯具，转而依托建筑景观结构进行光影创作——建筑围合布置的特色壁灯，主要通道入口的华夫格灯具，连廊底部的基础照明系统，及景观植被及地面小品照明共同构筑起"建筑-连廊-绿植"的多重光影剧场。在满足基础照明的同时打造温暖活力的特色园区。

The lighting design of the first floor abandons pole lights in the main landscape flow line, and instead relies on the architectural landscape structure for light and shadow creation - the characteristic wall lamps arranged in the building enclosure, the waffle fixtures at the main passage entrance, the basic lighting system at the bottom of the corridor, and the lighting of landscape vegetation and ground ornaments jointly construct a multi light and shadow theater of "building corridor green plants". Create a warm and vibrant characteristic park while meeting basic lighting requirements.

上层办公区域的灯光则内敛克制，以艺术化的手法精准刻画建筑转折与棱角，在光影的明暗对比中，既强化了建筑体量感，又赋予其灵动的视觉趣味。连廊则延续底层灯光形式，以柔和光线串联空间，使办公区域的照明氛围摆脱传统商务的冷峻感，转而融入温暖的设计语言。光线在廊道间轻盈流动，营造出兼具秩序感与人文温度的办公环境。

The lighting in the upper office area is restrained, using artistic techniques to accurately depict the turning points and corners of the building. In the contrast of light and shadow, it not only enhances the sense of volume of the building, but also gives it a lively visual interest. The corridor continues the form of bottom level lighting, connecting the space with soft light to create a lighting atmosphere in the office area that breaks away from the traditional business coldness and incorporates a warm design language. The light flows lightly between the corridors, creating an office environment that combines order and humanistic warmth.

灯光设计在整体和谐统一的基调中，为每栋建筑赋予了独特的光影个性。其中，位于云阳路入口的N5建筑尤为瞩目，以点状灯光在陶砖立面上编织出变幻的光影图案。既凸显了建筑材料的质感肌理，又形成强烈的视觉引力，吸引着往来人流的视线。

The lighting design endows each building with a unique light and shadow personality in a harmonious and unified overall tone. Among them, the N5 building located at the entrance of Yunyang Road is particularly eye-catching, weaving changing light and shadow patterns on the ceramic brick facade with dots. It not only highlights the texture of building materials, but also forms a strong visual attraction, attracting people passing by.

在园区与一期交界的核心位置，N4建筑以绿色光晕韵塑造独特的视觉标识，平日模式下与周围和谐统一，节日模式时展示为独有的色彩。灯光节点创新采用"亚克力导光+穿孔铝板"的双层遮光系统，既避免眩光又确保白天的立面质感。

At the core location where the park intersects with Phase I, the N4 building creates a unique visual identity with a green halo. It harmonizes and unifies with the surrounding area in daily mode, and is displayed in unique colors during festival mode. The innovative lighting node adopts a double-layer shading system of "acrylic light guide+perforated aluminum plate", which not only avoids glare but also ensures the facade texture during the day.

蓝调舞台作为N4建筑的核心空间，兼具通行与展览双重功能。顶部灯光采用智能化设计，日常模式与园区光环境和谐统一，艺术模式则呈现独特的蓝调光韵。这种灵活的光环境具有高度的适应性，既满足了基础通行需求，又能为各类展览活动营造专业氛围。

The blues stage, as the core space of N4 architecture, serves both as a passage and an exhibition space. The top lighting adopts intelligent design, and the daily mode is harmoniously unified with the park lighting environment, while the artistic mode presents a unique blues light rhythm. This flexible lighting environment has a high degree of adaptability, meeting both basic transportation needs and creating a professional atmosphere for various exhibition activities.

二层连廊吊顶通过多专业协同设计，将可调轨道射灯精妙地隐置于吊顶板块缝隙之中。这一设计既保持了吊顶界面的纯粹性与完整性，又实现了基础照明与专业展陈的灵活切换，完美诠释了当代建筑照明设计中技术精度与艺术表达的有机统一。

The second floor corridor ceiling is designed through multi professional collaboration, and the adjustable tracklights are cleverly hidden in the gaps of the ceiling panels. This design not only maintains the purity and integrity of the ceiling interface, but also achieves flexible switching between basic lighting and professional exhibitions, perfectly interpreting the organic unity of technical accuracy and artistic expression in contemporary architectural lighting design.

园区的主要通道照明设计以人流动线为核心导向。采用统一的华夫格灯具造型，通过控制灯具的尺度分布，以光为引导自然的塑造夜间人流走向。既确保了动线的清晰辨识度，又通过灯具的韵律排布创造出富有节奏感的光环境体验。

The main passage lighting design of the park is guided by the pedestrian flow line as the core. Adopting a unified waffle fixture design, by controlling the scale distribution of the fixtures, natural shaping of nighttime pedestrian flow is achieved through light guidance. Not only does it ensure clear identification of the flow line, but it also creates a rhythmic lighting environment experience through the rhythmic arrangement of the lighting fixtures.

园区的景观小径上，连廊处的灯光从灌木丛中透出，与枝叶相映成趣，灯光与绿植巧妙融合，营造出城市森林的层次美感，让人仿佛置身于会呼吸的光之森林，在都市中寻得一方诗意栖居。

On the landscape path of the park, the lights from the corridors shine through the bushes, complementing the branches and leaves. The clever integration of lights and green plants creates a layered beauty of the urban forest, making people feel like they are in a breathing forest of light and finding a poetic dwelling in the city.

在建筑围合间之间还有一处蕨类花园，绑树灯具花茎灯具与雾森共舞，在地面上墙面上投下斑驳光影，既照亮了前路，又保留了夜的静谧，呈现幽静雅致的画面，人群行经此处，步履不自觉地放轻，仿佛闯入一场静谧的梦。

There is also a fern garden between the enclosed buildings, with tree tied fixtures and flower stem fixtures dancing with the misty forest. The mottled light and shadow cast on the ground and walls not only illuminate the road ahead, but also preserve the tranquility of the night, presenting a quiet and elegant picture. As the crowd passes by here, their steps unconsciously become light, as if they have entered a quiet dream.

每个空间都有自己独属的魅力，在园区内绽放着光彩，灯光的多元融的设计满足的不同人群的情感需求，或是静谧的

或是文艺的或是热烈的，交织在一起一幅立体的光影画卷，当暮色降临，这座焕然一新的文化地标，正用最动人的光语言讲述着属于这座城市的新故事。

Each space has its own unique charm, shining brightly within the park. The diverse and integrated design of lighting meets the emotional needs of different groups of people, whether it is quiet, artistic, or passionate, interweaving into a three-dimensional light and shadow painting. As dusk falls, this refreshed cultural landmark is telling a new story of the city with the most moving language of light.
