在墨尔本梧桐掩映的幽静街角，Artisan House以沉默的建筑语法，完成了一场关于光影、材质与空间的精密叙事。这不是一栋寻常的住宅，而是一部用混凝土、橡木和大理石写就的艺廊式住宅。将现代创新与传统理念互相兼具，在广阔开放空间与亲密氛围、自然联结之间取得平衡。

On the quiet corner of Melbourne's phoenix tree, Artisan House completed a precise narrative about light, shadow, material and space with silent architectural grammar. This is not an ordinary house, but an art gallery house written in concrete, oak and marble. Combine modern innovation with traditional ideas, and strike a balance between broad open space, intimate atmosphere and natural connection.

Wall Architects事务所与业主的协作，近乎一场建筑领域的二重奏。他们摒弃了当下流行的设计炫技，转而追求一种更为永恒的居住哲学：让空间在开放与私密之间保持微妙的平衡，令现代性的锋芒与传统的厚重相互驯服。我们不是在设计房屋，而是在校准一种生活方式的精确度。

The collaboration between Wall Architects and the owner is almost a duet in the field of architecture. They abandoned the current popular design flamboyant skills and pursued a more eternal living philosophy: keeping a delicate balance between openness and privacy in space, and taming the edge of modernity and the massiness of tradition. We are not designing houses, but calibrating the accuracy of a lifestyle.

步入室内，温润氛围与外部力量感形成鲜明对比。天然橡木、微水泥与灰纹大理石的材质组合，经精心甄选营造永恒统一的美学。坚硬的材料也可以诉说柔和宁静的故事。流线型旋转楼梯强化了这一主题，雕塑感的造型为空间注入动态韵律。设计在螺旋楼梯、曲面墙体及厨房防溅板等各处融入曲线细节，以此柔化空间尺度，营造更亲密的体验。

Stepping into the room, the warm atmosphere is in sharp contrast with the sense of external strength. The combination of natural oak, micro-cement and grey marble is carefully selected to create an eternal and unified aesthetics. Hard materials can also tell soft and quiet stories. Streamlined spiral staircase strengthens this theme, and the sculptural shape injects dynamic rhythm into the space. The design incorporates curved details in spiral stairs, curved walls and kitchen splash boards to soften the spatial scale and create a more intimate experience.

从入口到起居区域，再至私密空间，各功能区渐次呈现，引导访客穿越一系列深思熟虑的场景。多个房间视线交汇的中庭庭院，成为建筑与自然对话的重要载体，创造探索与沉思的片刻。住宅的行走体验具有渐进感，外观刚毅硬朗，内部却渐趋柔和，因此引入了这些绿意盎然的庭院和层次丰富的视角。

From the entrance to the living area to the private space, various functional areas are gradually presented, guiding visitors through a series of thoughtful scenes. The atrium courtyard, where many rooms meet in sight, becomes an important carrier of dialogue between architecture and nature, creating a moment of exploration and meditation. The walking experience of the residence has a gradual sense, the appearance is firm and tough, but the interior is becoming softer, so these full of green courtyards and rich perspectives are introduced.

家具陈设延续流动的设计语言，Daniel Boddam设计的Wave波浪沙发等雕塑感单品，与Armadillo的Eden Verona手工地毯的自然质感相得益彰。入口处悬挂的Helen Redmond作品《Lumenem》等艺术品，赋予空间艺廊般的宁静气质。入口处的艺术品竟意外地与大门造型形成镜像，这种不期而遇的呼应恰好强化了住宅的核心主题。

Furniture furnishings continue the flowing design language, and the sculptural items such as Wave sofa designed by Daniel Boddam complement the natural texture of Armadillo's Eden Verona handmade carpet. The artworks such as Helen Redmond's Lumenem hanging at the entrance give a quiet temperament like a space art gallery. The artwork at the entrance unexpectedly forms a mirror image with the shape of the gate, and this unexpected echo just strengthens the core theme of the house.

七米高的无框玻璃门厅仿佛悬浮于空中，隐藏的结构支撑让建筑显得举重若轻。最复杂的工程，就是要让人看不出工程的痕迹。即使是最简单的主题，也能通过精密的复调处理变得恢弘。在高性能玻璃幕墙后，智能通风系统正无声调节着室内的每一次呼吸，将可持续的理念化作无形的生活仪式。

The seven-meter-high frameless glass hall seems to be suspended in the air, and the hidden structural support makes the building look light. The most complicated project is to make people not see the traces of the project. Even the simplest theme can become magnificent through precise polyphony. Behind the high-performance glass curtain wall, the intelligent ventilation system is silently regulating every breath in the room, turning the concept of sustainability into an invisible life ceremony.

When the sunset is passing through the fin array on the west facade, it casts a piano-like shadow on the concrete floor. Artisan House finally surpassed the practical category of residence, realized the unity of function and aesthetics, and became a natural carrier of art and architecture. Here, living is no longer a simple dwelling, but also deeply fits people's lifestyle and spatial experience.
