世界尽头有奇观

针对世界范围内“尽头型”“端头型”旅游地，我们通过类型化分析发现，由于受地理位置限制，一般“尽头”地区罕有历史文化资源，因此大多利用消费者“世界尽头一定与我这儿不同”的心理，强化“世界尽头有奇观”的模式，刺激其好奇探索欲望，反而更易获得成功。For "end-type" tourist destinations around the world, researches have found that due to the geographical limitation, there are few historical and cultural resources in the "end-type" areas. Therefore, it is better to utilize the consumers' mentality to stimulate their curiosity and desire to explore.

山海资源

 Mulan Nature

项目场地北侧为木兰灯塔，西北侧为虎威岭、虎威湾，东北侧为礁石海滩，南侧衔接防风林绿化带。The project site is bordered on the north by the Mulan Lighthouse, on the northwest by Tiger Ridge and Tiger Bay.

项目场地内东西两侧现分布防风林植被，用地整体呈西高东低的高程趋势，自西侧陆地山丘向东侧海岸逐渐跌落，因此面向东侧日出海面具有优质的观景视域资源。The site is filled with windbreak vegetation, and the overall elevation trend is high in the west with a gradual fall to the east.

日出巨石岭

Planning Concept-Sunrise Rock Beach

基于消费者自发探索已形成观海上日出的体验内容，利用场地由山向海跌落的视野资源，设计提出“日出巨石岭”的规划意向，以此为“海南角奇观探索公园”再添一处体验奇观。“来木兰，登巨石岭，观海上日出！”Based on tourists' experience, the design set "Sunrise Rock Beach" as its intention, so as to add another wonder of "Hainan Cape Wonders Exploration Park"."Come to Mulan, enjoy Rock Beach and watch the sunrise over the sea!"

巨石谷滩 海上日出

 Rock Beach Sea Sunrise

巨石谷滩的底部由商业餐饮业态形成四个隆起的沙丘，并以面朝大海、缓坡跌落的自然绿谷串联。顶部巨石分为巨石塔、巨石集、巨石港三部分。The bottom of Rock Beach consists of four rising sand dunes formed by commercial food and beverage establishments and strung together by a natural green valley facing the sea and falling gently downhill.

巨石塔

 Rock Tower

设计以悬空的自然巨石为原型，将这块悬石抬起、架空、放置于整个场地的最高点，使其成为建筑群的标志物。透过架空抬起的底部空间，可经海景通廊、一览日出海岸。巨石顶部面朝北侧海角方向跌落，背山面海的姿态与灯塔交相辉映。巨石塔通过一条连续的漫步路径和一系列形态各异的体验空间，以奇观之视角探索奇观之风景，营造连续的网红观景打卡点集合。Designed after a suspended natural rock, elevated as a symbol at the site's highest point. Its raised bottom space offers a sea-view corridor, showcasing the sunrise coast. The top slopes northward, complementing a lighthouse, facing the sea with mountains behind.

巨石集

 Rock Hub

巨石集承载文化休闲功能，分布于环视海角的东北方向，可以攀岩登崖、观海上日出，也可巨石穿梭、眺海角灯塔。设计以错落相叠的礁石为原型，通过空间的多样性为其功能业态的趣味性、特色化赋能。Rock Hub carries cultural and leisure functions and is distributed in the northeast of the cape, where you can climb the cliffs and watch the sunrise over the sea, or walk through the boulders and see the cape lighthouse. The design takes the stacked reefs as the prototype, and through the diversity of space, it empowers the fun and specialization of its functionality.

巨石港

 Rock Creative

巨石港是产业创意空间，数字游民的共享办公空间以山顶洞石为设计原型，两个主要办公空间可北望灯塔、南眺雨林，公共空间的东西通廊如巨石之洞，惊喜地连接山海。自媒体中心以远眺海景的山坳为原型，踏沙滩为舞台、揽山海为帷幕，打造海南角奇观网红直播间。Rock Creative is a creative space for industry, and the shared office space of Digital Nomads is modeled on the design of the cave stone on the top of the mountain, with the two main office spaces looking at the lighthouse in the north and the rainforest in the south, and the east and west corridors of the public space are like the holes of the boulder, which surprisingly connects the mountain and the sea. 

海景谷滩

 Rock Beach

海景谷滩由商业餐饮业态形成四个隆起的沙丘，并以面朝大海、缓坡跌落的自然绿谷串联，打造热带风情、美食沙滩。设计以退潮时的礁石沙滩为原型，水流冲刷出的沟壑为自然生长的街区，与巨石群落一并塑造巨石谷滩的奇观场景。

Rock Beach is formed by commercial food and beverage businesses to form four rumbling sand dunes, and strung together with natural green valleys facing the sea and falling gently down the slope to create a tropical flavor and gourmet beach. The design takes the reef beach at low tide as the prototype, and the gullies washed out by the water flow as the naturally growing neighborhoods, together with the boulder communities to shape the spectacle scene of Rock Beach.

修复自然 地景绿环

 Nature Geomorphic Ring

地景绿环围绕巨石谷滩，衔接周边自然雨林，学习自然，融入自然，建筑效法地理形态，打造海南最大沉浸式地景建筑集群。Articulated with the surrounding rainforest, the design emulate geographic form to create Hainan's largest immersive geoscape clusters.

礁石崖

 Rock Cliff

礁石崖为游客中心，位于场地北侧主入口位置，邻环岛旅游公路，建筑利用原有地形高差，以海岸礁石崖壁为设计原型，拔地而起，望向海面，与巨石塔遥相呼应，拥抱远方自然。屋顶为开放的景观花园，游客可步行而上，登高远眺山海美景。Rock Cliff is located at the north entry of the site, adjacent to the Tourist Highway, the building takes the coastal reef cliff as the design prototype, rises up and looks towards the sea, and echoes with Rock Tower, embracing the nature in the distance.

星空谷

 Sky Valley

星空谷为天文主题酒店，设计以自然绿谷为原型，天眼仰望观星空万象，夜宿谷中听海涛拍岸，将成为体验者的难忘回忆。产品逻辑上，星空谷整合观星和夜宿功能，形成完整互补产品，提升过夜率。Sky Valley is an astronomical theme hotel, designed with the natural green valley as the prototype, the sky eye looking up to see the stars, and the night stay in the valley to listen to the waves lapping at the shore, will become an unforgettable memory.

雨林滩

 Wetland

雨林滩为数字游民聚落，以自然湿地为原型，住在大地自然里是每个游民的原始梦想。数字游民部落通过多种户型、多种切分模式的机制，可满足短期、长期、民宿经营等多种使用目的。Wetland is modeled after natural wetland. Through the mechanism of dwelling types, it can satisfy various purposes of use, such as short-term, long-term, and B&B operation.

海风林

绿丘原

Seawind-Green Hill

海风林和绿丘原为超级营地空间，设计以轻微介入的方式，效法自然形态特征，创造出生态有机的场所体验感，同时预留为远期用地，为未来发展规划预留想象空间。Seawind and Green Hill are glamping spaces, designed with a slight intervention, following the characteristics of the natural form to create an ecological and organic place experience, while reserving the site for the long term, leaving room for imagination for future development planning.

建筑立面

 Elevation

设计主张以建筑立面围合出视线通透的开口，创造惊喜的视觉感官，以此达到网红打卡的目的，避免过于通透而削弱设计带来的冲击力。The design advocates the use of the building façade to enclose a transparent opening, creating a surprise visual sensation, so as to achieve the purpose of the Netflix card, avoiding too transparent and weakening the impact of the design.

设计结合海南本地民居中的构造特点，如海南民居中山墙面火山石的砌筑方式，应用于雨林滩数字游民部落的建筑立面设计中，以此将传统以现代方法在海南文旅建设中创造亮点。The design combines the structural characteristics of local Hainan houses, such as the volcanic stone masonry of the wall of Hainan houses, and applies it to the architectural façade design of the Rainforest Beach Digital Nomad Tribe, so as to create highlights of the traditional modern methods in the construction of cultural tourism in Hainan.
