这个项目为长期旅居海外的八口之家打造了一个充满"预期怀旧"的居所，将极简主义转化为对短暂团聚的诗意诠释。当住宅成为偶尔停驻的驿站而非永久居所时，空间需要通过纯粹的视觉语言和真实的材料质感来强化每一次相聚的仪式感。设计师将原有阳台融入起居区，形成一个通透的戏剧性空间，让圣保罗变幻的蓝天成为流动的室内景观，在混凝土结构的永恒感与自然光线的瞬息万变间构筑独特张力。扶手椅与螺旋楼梯的并置形成跨越时代的对话，两者以简约的形态和结构的大胆，共同诠释了巴西现代主义的精神内核。

This project creates a home full of "anticipatory nostalgia" for a family of eight who have lived abroad for a long time, transforming minimalism into a poetic interpretation of a brief reunion. When a house becomes an occasional stopover rather than a permanent residence, the space needs to strengthen the ritual sense of each gathering through pure visual language and authentic material texture. The designer integrates the original balcony into the living area to form a transparent and dramatic space, making the ever-changing blue sky of São Paulo a flowing indoor landscape, and building a unique tension between the eternal sense of concrete structure and the ever-changing natural light. The juxtaposition of armchairs and spiral staircases forms a dialogue across time. The two, with their simple form and bold structure, jointly interpret the spiritual core of Brazilian modernism.

材料的选择编织出一幅细腻的文化图景，每一处肌理都诉说着本土的故事。烧焦水泥的粗粝、石灰岩大理石的清凉与本土木材的温润形成丰富的层次，在冷暖对比中达到完美平衡。百年波斯地毯的历史厚重与厨房凳子的现代简约相互映衬，犹如这个家庭的生活状态——在间断的居住中通过设计凝结持续的情感记忆。极简主义在这里超越了风格本身，成为连接离散家族与在地文化的纽带，让每一次回归都成为重新发现与认同的仪式。

The choice of materials weaves a delicate cultural landscape, and every texture tells a local story. The roughness of burnt cement, the coolness of limestone marble and the warmth of local wood form rich layers, achieving a perfect balance in the contrast between cold and warm. The historical weight of the century-old Persian carpet and the modern simplicity of the kitchen stools complement each other, just like the living state of this family - condensing continuous emotional memories through design during intermittent living. Minimalism here transcends the style itself and becomes a bond connecting the dispersed family and the local culture, making every return a ritual of rediscovery and recognition.
