“湾里” 之 “湾”，承自 “张家湾” 之名；项目所居，踞于古码头之域。

此地三河交汇，四水通衢，元明清三代以来，既是商旅辐辏之枢，亦是商肆连绵之市，“大运河第一码头” 的盛誉

，自古流传。待 “湾里” 新篇落成，方可再现繁盛之景。

The name "Wanli" is derived from "Zhangjiawan," and the project is located in the area of the ancient dock. This place, where three rivers converge and four waterways intersect, has been a commercial hub and a bustling market since the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. It has long been known as the "First Dock of the Grand Canal." Once the new chapter of "Wanli" is completed, the prosperous scene will be recreated.

The "Wanli" project introduces three core business formats: Wangfujing Outlets, Tingyun Town, and Nolann Hotel, creating a composite commercial space that integrates shopping, entertainment, accommodation, culture, and tourism. This "multi-format integration" model breaks the limitations of traditional commercial spaces with single functions and forms a consumption loop that integrates "eating, living, traveling, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment."

The lighting design of the "Wanli" project is designed by Beijing BAND Lighting Design Co., Ltd. (BAND), emphasizing the integration of night scenes with digital art to shape an "innovation area of commercial culture, a demonstration area of urban renewal, and a core area of emerging consumption." The lighting design not only serves functional lighting but also focuses on creating a "friendly" artistic atmosphere. By combining lighting with building materials, it creates a completely different night-time experience from the daytime, attracting consumers to "come, come again, and come often."

For example, the commercial area uses more dynamic and interactive lighting, while the hotel area tends to have a soft and comfortable light environment. This "one building, one strategy" approach enhances the overall space's recognizability and experience.

The project is adjacent to Beijing Universal Studios. By using shuttle buses, sharing IP resources, and holding joint activities, it effectively connects with its visitor flow, forming a coordinated development pattern of "culture and tourism + commerce." This linkage not only increases the commercial space's visitor flow but also strengthens its positioning as a "city micro-vacation destination."
