「序」

当快餐文化裹挟众生，在流量轰鸣中，仍有这样一群执灯者：他们俯身于时光的褶皱里，将浮躁锻造成精钢，把喧嚣熔铸为琉璃。任凭窗外霓虹闪烁，独守工作台这方微光宇宙。匠心如弦，终将在时代的噪音中震颤出永恒的和鸣。

FORM

形式

从居住者的视角出发，打破“设计”惯性思维和“成见”，居住空间不再被定义，只是基于居住者个人兴趣爱好和使用习惯而构建的物理空间。

作品皆在阐述居住者在空间场域中使用的多种可能性，它是多元的、自由的。

From the resident's perspective, we break the inertial thinking and "preconceptions" of "design". The living space is no longer defined; it is merely a physical space built based on the resident's personal hobbies and usage habits.

This work aims to elaborate on the multiple possibilities of how residents use the spatial field—it is diverse and free.

家宅设计或许不在于创造多么浮夸的形式主义，而在于人内心世界里那份不可替代的自然性和真实性。

The design of a home may not lie in creating excessive formalistic grandeur, but in the irreplaceable naturalness and authenticity within people's inner world.

整体以深色为基调，与室外光线形成明暗对比，意图让空间变得更宁静一些，引光入室，光与影的无声变化，便有了空间的自然生长性。

材质上灰色艺术涂料打底，配以深色老木皮，锯齿木及原生石头等自然材料，皆在尊重材料的自然“本性”。无论是视觉还是触觉，随着时间的“包浆”，更真实性地感知空间的这份生命力。

Taking dark colors as the overall tone, it forms a light-dark contrast with the outdoor light, aiming to make the space more tranquil. By guiding light into the room, the silent changes of light and shadow endow the space with natural growth.

In terms of materials, gray artistic paint serves as the base, matched with natural materials such as dark old wood veneers, serrated wood, and original stones—all to respect the natural "nature" of the materials. Whether visually or tactilely, as time leaves its "patina", one can more truly perceive the vitality of this space.

FUNCTION

功能

空间拒绝以功能作为唯一标尺进行形式梳理，转而以通透、关联、多元承载居住者真实需求，一层公共空间皆在打造满足休憩、茶歇、观影、私人接待、阅读、健身等多元型几何空间，在这里，既有独立思考的书房和家庭影院，也有社交接待、家人互动的开放场景，每一个个体都能找到各自适合的舒适角落。

The space refuses to sort out its form with function as the sole criterion; instead, it is transparent, interconnected, and diverse to meet the real needs of residents. The public space on the first floor is designed to be a diverse geometric space that satisfies rest, tea breaks, movie watching, private reception, reading, fitness, and other needs. Here, there are not only a study for independent thinking and a home theater, but also open scenarios for social reception and family interaction—every individual can find their own comfortable corner.

圆形楼梯承载一层至二层休息区的转换载体，墙面原石以及楼梯景观置石的搭配，让空间增添了一些自然野趣。

二层为三间独立的卧室套房，设计上作“减法”，更强调人在其中的舒适性和私密性。

The circular staircase serves as a transition between the first-floor and second-floor rest areas. The combination of raw stones on the walls and decorative stones in the staircase landscape adds a touch of natural rustic charm to the space.

The second floor consists of three independent bedroom suites. The design adopts a "subtraction" approach, emphasizing the comfort and privacy of the occupants.

DIFFERENCE

区别

家宅设计更多的是对生活和人的解读，而形式不再喧宾夺主，就像绿叶衬了红花，这种退让给了居住者更多的想象，也让生活得以生根发芽。

我们摒弃了空间的豪华程度及毫无意义的形式划分，不再追求工业化制作以及精致主义呈现，希望空间更自然质朴，安静随性，强调人在空间中的居住感受和使用痕迹，随着居住时间的推移，无论材质纹路的自然流露还是洒在墙壁上斑驳的阳光，皆在以人的感知变化为中心。

Home design is more about interpreting life and people; form no longer overshadows the essence—just like green leaves setting off red flowers. This kind of "retreat" gives residents more imagination and allows life to take root and germinate.

We abandon the pursuit of spatial luxury and meaningless formal division, and do not pursue industrialized production or exquisite presentation. Instead, we hope the space is more natural, simple, quiet, and casual, emphasizing the residents' living experience and traces of use in the space. As time goes by, whether it is the natural exposure of material textures or the dappled sunlight on the walls, everything centers on the changes in human perception.

CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS

挑战与解决方案

居住空间最难的是设计者对于“自我”的执念，如何将这种执念转译到居住者内在需求，同时满足物理空间与精神空间的平衡。

The greatest challenge in living space design is the designer's obsession with "self". The key lies in how to translate this obsession into the residents' inner needs while balancing the physical space and the spiritual space.

COURTYARD

庭院

知地知天知自然，古代造园讲究道法自然、天人合一.今天的庭院我们也许很难感受到古人的意境，但人对自然的向往和敬畏永远没有改变。

Understanding the land, the sky, and nature, ancient garden design emphasized following

he laws of nature and achieving harmony between man and nature. Today, it may be difficult for us to feel the artistic conception pursued by the ancients in courtyards, but people's yearning for and awe of nature have never changed.

除观鱼赏花，还可以拔草种菜，院子不大，院墙围栏全部种上藤蔓花卉，门庭置松，风雨连廊点缀几块置石，这些画面从什么角度看，以什么心情看已经不再那么重要，重要的是主人打理这些花草树木，养养锦鲤，常常与友人在院落中喝茶聊天，感受四时带来的变化，这便有了与自然的连接。

In addition to viewing fish and admiring flowers, one can also pull weeds and grow vegetables. The courtyard is not large—vining flowers are planted all around the courtyard walls and fences, pine trees are placed at the entrance, and a few decorative stones adorn the weather-proof corridor. It no longer matters from which angle or with what mood one looks at these scenes; what matters is that the owner tends to these flowers and trees, raises koi fish, often drinks tea and chats with friends in the courtyard, and feels the changes brought by the four seasons. This is how the connection with nature is established.

SPATIAL CONTINUITY

空间延续性

从居住的角度上看，几何空间似乎永远是冰冷的，设计只是完成了居住者当下的使用逻辑和美学需求，空间的建构也只能完成基本骨架，生活不是一成不变，物理空间的延续需要内向生长，这种生长是空间自身“蜕变”和居住者气质所带来的。

小到一个角落、一盆喜欢的盆栽、器皿，一切都是那么和谐和让人眷念。从感官进入精神，从身安到心安……此刻，设计的意义就是将这份生命力延续下去。

From a residential perspective, geometric spaces always seem cold. Design only fulfills the residents' current usage logic and aesthetic needs, and the construction of the space can only complete the basic framework. Life is not static; the continuity of the physical space requires inward growth—this growth is brought about by the space's own "transformation" and the residents' temperament.

Even small details like a corner, a favorite potted plant, or a utensil are all so harmonious and nostalgic. From sensory experience to spiritual comfort, from physical peace to inner tranquility... At this moment, the significance of design is to continue this vitality.

瀚墨视觉成立于2011年，早期以产品，服装，家纺等摄影为主，于2017年全线主攻空间摄影，目前涉及板块有，空间照片、空间视频，摄影培训、自媒体运营、文案撰写等。业务涉及，家装、地产、酒店、民宿、餐饮、工装等。

团队一直维持在30人左右，也是目前国内人员规模最大的空间摄影机构之一，10年工龄以上小伙伴3人，5年以上7人，3年以上8人，也是同行业人员最稳定的摄影机构之一，团队拥有摄影分组6组，摄影师14名，摄影助理若干。

The team has been maintained at around 30 people, making it one of the largest spatial photography institutions in China. There are 3 colleagues with over 10 years of experience, 7 with over 5 years of experience,and 8 with over 3 years of experience. It is also one of the most stable photography institutions in the same idustry. The team has 6 photography groups, 14 photographers, and several photography assistants.

「 团建」

团队定期组织小伙伴进行“团建”活动，但我们从来不组织所谓增强团队凝聚力的团建，就是纯玩，让平时超强的工作节奏得以放松调节，同时工龄满5年以上的小伙伴还能享受每年一次的出国游。

The team regularly organizes "team building" activities for its members, but we never organize so-called team building activities to enhance team cohesion. It's just pure play, allowing the super strong work pace to relax and adjust. At the same time, members who have worked for more than 5 years can also enjoy an annual overseas trip.
