Unveiling the Emotion and Warmth in the Lighting Design of the Qinghe Market Community Rental Housing Project

当夜幕降临，灯光便成为建筑的 “第二语言”。对于清河市场集体租赁住房项目而言，夜晚的建筑灯光绝非简单的照明工具，而是让建筑本身焕发温暖与活力，描绘出 “家” 的模样与 “社区” 的灵魂。

As night falls, light becomes the "second language" of architecture. For the Qinghe Market Community Rental Housing Project, nighttime illumination is far more than a practical necessity—it is a medium that breathes warmth and vitality into the building, sketching out the concept of “home” and expressing the soul of the “community.”

白日里，建筑以线条、材质展现其时尚现代的形态之美；而当夜幕降临时，我们将从建筑结构出发，通过层次化的光影搭配，让建筑在夜色中褪去生硬感，呈现出艺术而富有韵律的轮廓之美。

By day, the building’s modern aesthetic shines through clean lines and material textures. After sunset, however, its architecture transforms: layered interplay of light and shadow softens rigid edges, revealing an artistic, rhythmically sculpted silhouette against the night sky.

灯光采用虚实的碰撞，展现出建筑“语言”（N），塑造建筑卓越的线条感。

Contrasts between solid and void in the lighting scheme amplify the building’s “language” (N-shape), accentuating its distinctive linear qualities.

夜晚的建筑灯光平时以暖白光为主，节日期间，灯光系统可通过智能调控呈现不同主题，让集体生活的仪式感在光影中被放大，增强居民对社区的认同感与归属感。

On typical evenings, the building is bathed in warm white light. During holidays, the intelligent lighting system can be adjusted to display different themes. This use of light and shadow amplifies the sense of ceremony in community life, strengthening the residents' feelings of identity and belonging.

建筑的立面灯光正面以竖向的线性灯光为主、背面以点光源为辅，点线面的结合运用又通过明暗渐变的控制节奏，凸显出建筑的现代感与层次感。让集群式的租赁住房在夜色中更显协调统一，却又不失细节的灵动。

The façade’s front is illuminated chiefly with vertical linear lights, while the rear employs pinpoint lights as accents; the integration of lines, points, and planes—regulated in brightness and transition—highlights the building’s modernity and sense of depth. This cohesive approach ensures the clustered residences harmonize at night while preserving nuanced details.

作为重要的入口空间，灯光不再是冰冷的技术产物，而是有温度的 “社区语言”，是触手可及的温暖与陪伴，是沉浸式的放松体验。

In key entry areas, lighting moves beyond mere t

echnology, becoming a “language of the community” imbued with warmth and companionship—an immersive, relaxing experience that feels close at hand.

在“N”字入口的倾斜面一侧，采用现代的投影技术，将灵动活力的画面呈现其中，增添了空间的趣味性与安全感。

成为定义 “美好生活” 的重要维度，也为居民生活提供了良好的交流平台，成为重要的打卡聚集地。

On the inclined side of the distinctive “N”-shaped entrance, modern projection technology brings dynamic, lively imagery to life, adding both a sense of fun and a feeling of safety to the space. In doing so, t

he lighting defines an important dimension of “a beautiful life,” provides an inviting platform for social interaction, and establishes a landmark gathering place for residents.
