当快餐文化裹挟众生，在流量轰鸣中，仍有这样一群执灯者：他们俯身于时光的褶皱里，将浮躁锻造成精钢，把喧嚣熔铸为琉璃。任凭窗外霓虹闪烁，独守工作台这方微光宇宙。匠心如弦，终将在时代的噪音中震颤出永恒的和鸣。

INNER

 BUILDING

内建筑的手法

住宅不仅是容纳日常的器皿，更是一种对时间与生活节奏的回应。在高速流转的信息时代，居住的意义不止于遮蔽与安顿，更关乎内在秩序的重建。

空间不急于表达宏大的形式，而更注重人与自然、家人之间的关系流动。居所整体气质被设定为有机且具穿透感的存在，拥有时间的沉淀感，也向生活给予适度的空白与留白。

Housing is not only a vessel for daily life but also a response to time and the rhythm of life. In the fast-paced information age, the meaning of living goes beyond shelter and settlement, and is more about the reconstruction of inner order.

Space does not rush to express grand forms but pays more attention to the flowing relationship between humans and nature, as well as among family members. The overall temperament of the residence is designed to be organic and penetrative, with a sense of temporal precipitation, while also leaving appropriate blank spaces for life.

设计师李亚芹重新梳理空间布局，以更疏朗的结构与更柔性的尺度，将这个780㎡的四层之家，转向一种更为放松、亲密的状态，并带有适度的留白。空间不强调即时的感官刺激，更倾向于提供可被时间慢慢填满的丰盈——在光影游移、路径延展之间，渐次显露出居所的温度与秩序。

Designer Li Yaqin has reorganized the spatial layout. With a more open structure and softer scale, she has transformed this 780㎡ four-story home into a more relaxed, intimate state with moderate blank spaces. The space does not emphasize immediate sensory stimulation but tends to provide abundance that can be gradually filled by time—between the shifting light and shadow and the extending paths, the warmth and order of the residence gradually emerge.

在家宅的生活秩序中，垂直的动线是一种状态的切换：由开放走向私密，交互过渡至静谧。起居空间的日常起伏，在时间的推移中沉淀，建筑的美感透过结构渗透到生活的不同面向，串联起原本各个角落。

In the living order of the home, the vertical moving lines represent a switch of states: from openness to privacy, and from interaction to tranquility. The daily ups and downs of the living space precipitate over time, and the beauty of architecture penetrates into different aspects of life through the structure, connecting originally separate corners.

光线被软化至恰好的明度，穿过透明、对称的结构界面，在木质上沉静停驻。空间不作过度表达，也不设戏剧场景，仅以低语般的节奏，将材质的温度、植物的生长节律与建筑的结构逻辑，交织为日常的背景。

Light is softened to an appropriate brightness, passing through transparent and symmetrical structural interfaces and resting quietly on the wood. The space does not over-express or set up dramatic scenes but weaves the temperature of materials, the growth rhythm of plants, and the structural logic of architecture into the background of daily life with a whisper-like rhythm.

悬浮楼梯是这个家令人无法忽视的元素，在轻盈的张力中，台阶有秩序地向上铺展，它的存在充满了理性的语言，又与光影和木材形成了诗意感性的氛围，拓展着横向空间与竖向空间的对话关系。

The suspended staircase is an element that cannot be ignored in this home. In its light tension, the steps spread upward in an orderly manner. Its existence is full of rational language, yet it forms a poetic and perceptual atmosphere with light, shadow, and wood, expanding the dialogue between horizontal and vertical spaces.

拾阶而上，与户外自然相交，延续不断，设计师在天光绝佳的地方，为主人设置了开敞的书吧和品茶区。延续体块的语言，抬升与下沉的步阶高差形成了“步入”的仪式感，无形中营造出沉潜专注的氛围。

As one ascends the stairs, intersecting with the outdoor nature continuously, the designer has set up an open book bar and tea-tasting area for the owner in the place with the best skylight. Continuing the language of volume blocks, the height difference between the raised and sunken steps forms a sense of ceremony of "stepping into," invisibly creating an atmosphere of concentration.

LIGHT

 BREATHES NATURALLY

栖于光自然呼吸

原建筑地下面积过大，为了充分利用地下空间，设计师将客餐厅与中西厨都放置在地下一层，通过庭院营造，为内部带来自然气息，步入其中，光影摇曳、松弛自在。

The original building had an excessively large underground area. To make full use of the underground space, the designer placed the guest dining room and Chinese-Western kitchens on the underground first floor. Through courtyard creation, natural breath is brought to the interior. Stepping into it, the light and shadow flicker, and one feels relaxed and free.

庭院与会客厅、餐厨空间、茶室形成多个连续的对景，自然绿意透过大面积玻璃渗入日常动线，成为起居之间的延伸。院中花木随季节更替轻轻变动，一种未言明的生活节奏，从中缓缓展开。

The courtyard forms multiple continuous opposite scenes with the reception hall, kitchen and dining space, and tea room. Natural greenery seeps into the daily moving lines through large-area glass, becoming an extension of the living space. The flowers and trees in the courtyard change gently with the seasons, and an unspoken rhythm of life unfolds slowly from it.

生活场景在开放与遮蔽之间切换，使家中的每一次走动都多了一分不经意的观感节奏。围绕内院三面围合的空间形态，形成一种向内安顿的收拢感。水吧区与会客厅安然地坐落其间，被丰富交错的景观衬托着，掬满了自然灵动的光线，呈现出开放共享的状态。

Living scenes switch between openness and shelter, making every walk at home have an inadvertent rhythm of perception. The spatial form enclosed on three sides around the inner courtyard forms a sense of inward settlement. The water bar area and reception hall are peacefully located within it, set off by the rich and interlaced landscape, filled with natural and agile light, presenting an open and shared state.

弱化家具边界，使动线更接近一种流动的语法，让生活以一种近乎自然生长的方式自由蔓延。去中心化的客厅显得更为舒适、轻盈，柔软的沙发与自由组合的座位呈现出可交谈、可独处的状态，在视线、体感与行为中引导人更多地在空间里行走交流。

Weakening the boundaries of furniture makes the moving lines closer to a flowing grammar, allowing life to spread freely in a way almost like natural growth. The de-centered living room appears more comfortable and light. The soft sofas and freely combined seats present a state of conversation or solitude, guiding people to walk and communicate more in the space through vision, body sensation, and behavior.

一整面落地玻璃将庭院的植物与光影引入室内，室外树影与简约的家具形成呼应，餐厨空间朝向西南庭景，形成了观看与被观看的关系，用餐也拥有了更为惬意的自然场景。

A whole wall of floor-to-ceiling glass introduces the plants and light and shadow of the courtyard into the interior. The outdoor tree shadows echo with the simple furniture. The kitchen and dining space faces the southwest courtyard view, forming a relationship of watching and being watched, making dining have a more pleasant natural scene.

吧台与西餐桌共处一隅，水吧区是一家人轻食简餐、轻松小憩的日常据点。树影摇曳在光洁的木质台面，映衬着茶与咖啡的氤氲热气。分享醇茶、浓咖啡或微醺酒意，正如分享着生活里层叠的滋味。在这样的空间中，俯仰之间，目光所及皆为风景。

The bar counter and western dining table share a corner. The water bar area is the daily stronghold for the family to have light meals and relax. The tree shadows flicker on the smooth wooden countertop, setting off the dense heat of tea and coffee. Sharing mellow tea, strong coffee, or slightly tipsy wine is like sharing the layered tastes of life. In such a space, looking up and down, all that meets the eye is scenery.

许倬云先生说：“要内观，不要浮躁，向里走，安顿好自己。”喧嚣而又快节奏的生活，人需要独处静思。经过走廊转角，榻榻米茶室临庭而立，与自然敞开的水吧区遥相对望，气氛柔和而静谧，在微暗光影中形成私密内省的氛围。偏安一隅，席地而坐，纸灯低垂，帘幕轻拂，这是沉淀、自省的静默剧场。

Mr. Xu Zhuoyun said: "We should look inward, not be impetuous, go inside, and settle ourselves." In the noisy and fast-paced life, people need to be alone and think quietly. After turning the corner of the corridor, the tatami tea room stands facing the courtyard, facing the open water bar area from a distance. The atmosphere is soft and quiet, forming a private and introspective atmosphere in the dim light and shadow. Taking refuge in a corner, sitting on the floor, with paper lamps hanging low and curtains fluttering, this is a silent theater for precipitation and self-reflection.

庭院的尺度被刻意压低，植物、碎石、卵石步道交错铺陈，回应着和风式的造园语汇，使自然成为生活的背景音。在这里，语调不追求宏大，也不强调仪式，而是在松弛与克制中保留情绪的流动，使居住回归一种可被细细感知的日常轨迹。

The scale of the courtyard is deliberately reduced. Plants, gravel, and pebble paths are interlaced, responding to the garden vocabulary of Japanese style, making nature the background sound of life. Here, the tone does not pursue grandeur or emphasize ceremony but retains the flow of emotions in relaxation and restraint, allowing living to return to a daily track that can be carefully perceived.

借景为饮，与枫树、碎石、竹制器具共同编织出庭园生活的日常图景，使家中的日常生活在“可见自然”与“可达自然”之间循环展开，成为一种空间气质的寄托。家宅像一块被时光雕琢的石头，沉默、温润，却让人想停下来，坐一坐，画一幅树的影子。

Using the scenery as a drink, together with maple trees, gravel, and bamboo utensils, it weaves the daily picture of courtyard life, making the daily life at home cycle between "visible nature" and "accessible nature," becoming a sustenance of spatial temperament. The home is like a stone carved by time, silent and warm, but it makes people want to stop, sit down, and draw a shadow of a tree.

INTIMATE WHISPERS

亲密的静语

陪伴与独处如呼吸般交替发生，在同一个屋檐下彼此成全。从开放的交汇转向更安静的角落。让家庭成员各自找到安放身心的所在，也支撑他们不约而同聚拢的片刻。空间的意义，也正在于为这种节奏提供合适的场所与边界。

Companionship and solitude alternate like breathing, completing each other under the same roof. From open intersections to quieter corners, family members can each find a place to settle their body and mind, and it also supports the moments when they gather spontaneously. The meaning of space lies in providing appropriate places and boundaries for this rhythm.

整个区域被书架与茶桌占据，构成空间的视觉核心，可以与亲友共聚，也可以独处品茗，或静坐。冬日夜话，夏日倚窗，文气不经意地流露，自然地嵌入日常节奏中，阅读知识的厚度与家的温度在此交融，一种精神力量也随之进入到日常生活中。

The entire area is occupied by bookshelves and tea tables, forming the visual core of the space. It can be used to gather with relatives and friends, drink tea alone, or sit quietly. Night talks in winter, leaning against the window in summer, the literary atmosphere inadvertently reveals itself, naturally embedded in the daily rhythm. The thickness of reading knowledge and the warmth of home blend here, and a spiritual force also enters daily life.

光影在细腻的木纹上缓慢游移，让人清晰地感知时间的变化。一切都变得更加平缓，不急于流动，也不刻意停留，无声地记录岁月的微小起伏。

Light and shadow slowly move on the delicate wood grain, making people clearly perceive the change of time. Everything becomes more gentle, neither in a hurry to flow nor deliberately staying, silently recording the small ups and downs of the years.

细腻与通透彼此呼应，简洁的界面共同构成了视觉和心绪上的无拘轻盈。居者的行动与停顿悄然融入柔和静谧的气质之中，自然而然地形成自己的生活节奏。

Delicacy and transparency echo each other, and the simple interface jointly constitutes a free and light visual and emotional experience. The resident's actions and pauses quietly blend into the soft and quiet atmosphere, naturally forming their own life rhythm.

人需要调动感官，通过对话来认识自然，或是自身之所在。在这栋房子里，建筑成为人与自然之间的重要媒介——以材质、光影、尺度、界面手法悄然介入，让人在每日的往复中，得以感受自然，与自然建立连接。

Humans need to engage their senses and understand nature or their own existence through dialogue. In this house, architecture becomes an important medium between humans and nature—quietly intervening through materials, light and shadow, scale, and interface techniques, allowing people to feel nature and establish a connection with it in their daily routines.

OPENING INWARD

向内打开

诗人史蒂文斯所说：“家的意义，不是屋顶与墙，而是沉思的空间。”空间的静度，往往在纵深中逐渐显现。家人个体与个体之间的安放之所，完成了一次空间语言的隐喻转折——向内，向缓，向私密。

As the poet Stevens said: "The meaning of home is not the roof and walls, but the space for contemplation." The tranquility of space often gradually emerges in its depth. The places where family members settle individually complete a metaphorical turn in spatial language—toward inwardness, slowness, and privacy.

光仍在引导，映照出通往更深处的路径，将私人的内心世界次第展开，原本开放的情绪也随之内敛。此刻，时间都不再陈述，而是留白，让人得以在静默中与自我相处。

卧室空间回归到生活本身，简洁而自然的色调氛围传递出主人对内在品质的追求。空间向庭院打开，人也就与自然产生了无限的连接。光线在一天中流转，穿过纱帘、木纹与白墙，舒适自在。

Light still guides, reflecting the path to deeper places, unfolding the private inner world one by one, and the originally open emotions converge accordingly. At this moment, time no longer speaks but leaves blank spaces, allowing people to be with themselves in silence The bedroom space returns to life itself, and the simple and natural color atmosphere conveys the owner's pursuit of inner quality. The space opens to the courtyard, creating an infinite connection between people and nature. Light flows through the day, passing through gauze curtains, wood grain, and white walls, creating a comfortable and free atmosphere.

EXTENSION OF THE SPIRITUAL MAP

精神地图的延伸

一屋之内，不同的空间有着各自的性格，如果说地

达的是松弛、柔光与自然的流动，那么地下一层，更像是一个隐秘的内核。这是充满趣味、自由和精神独处的地方，映照着主人的喜好。

Within one house, different spaces have their own characters. If the above-ground area expresses relaxation, soft light, and the flow of nature, then the underground first floor is more like a hidden core. It is a place full of fun, freedom, and spiritual solitude, reflecting the owner's preferences.

为增加车库的趣味性，以金属材质诠释工业感调性，局部墙面定制艺术涂鸦，绘出星球、引擎与飞行器的想象图景，感性与理性，浪漫与严谨，个人天性与生活趣味的释放，内在生命力因自由与速度而澎湃激昂。

To increase the (fun) of the garage, metal materials are used to interpret the industrial tone, and custom art graffiti on partial walls depicts imaginary scenes of planets, engines, and aircraft. Sensibility and rationality, romance and rigor, the release of personal nature and life interests—inner vitality surges with freedom and speed.

整面的柜体划分出重要的收纳区，家政与储物空间被有意识地置于清晰而有序的结构之中，设计师强调该区域的功能导向，塑造出一个兼具功能与美感的归家“后台”。

The full-wall cabinet divides important storage areas. Housekeeping and storage spaces are consciously placed in a clear and orderly structure. The designer emphasizes the functional orientation of this area, creating a home "backstage" that combines functionality and aesthetics.

空间彼此之间不设过多遮蔽，更多通过材质、灯光与层高的微妙变化完成节奏调控，再逐步延展为更为开放自由的活动场景，使整体气质也从内敛走向从容。

There is no excessive (shelter) between spaces. Rhythm regulation is achieved more through subtle changes in materials, lighting, and floor height, which gradually extend into more open and free activity scenes, making the overall temperament shift from introversion to composure.

明暗对比与饱和色彩打造出一种近乎未来感的氛围，大面积蓝色渐变光衬托着潮玩展示柜，中央区域流线型沙发和沉浸式影音系统组成一个自在的休闲区，既适合安静观影，也能容纳朋友小聚。

Light-dark contrast and saturated colors create an almost futuristic atmosphere. A large area of blue gradient light sets off the trendy toy display cabinet. In the central area, streamlined sofas and an immersive audio-visual system form a free (relaxation area), suitable for both quiet movie-watching and small gatherings of friends.

主人酷爱健身，设计师希望营造出极具反差感的运动空间。一道圆弧太空舱门，在若隐若现间，健身器材散落其间，玻璃墙面无限延伸，吸引着人走进去。自然光从天井上方投落，改变了地下室的阴暗逼仄，在自然气息中挥洒汗水、畅快呼吸。

The owner is passionate about fitness, and the designer hopes to create a sports space with a strong sense of contrast. An arc-shaped space capsule door, half-hidden, with fitness equipment scattered around, and glass walls extending infinitely, attracting people to enter. Natural light falls from above the patio, changing the dark and cramped basement into a place where one can sweat and breathe freely in a natural atmosphere.

一个具备关怀的家宅，也能照顾到身体的觉醒，而非简单的感官满足。角落里的日式枯山水小景，唤起对自然的微妙感知。家的意义不再局限于栖息，而是一个人精神地图的延伸与拓展。

A caring home can also attend to the awakening of the body, not just simple sensory satisfaction. The Japanese-style dry landscape in the corner evokes subtle perceptions of nature. The meaning of home is no longer limited to shelter but becomes an extension and expansion of one's spiritual map.

瀚墨视觉成立于2011年，早期以产品，服装，家纺等摄影为主，于2017年全线主攻空间摄影，目前涉及板块有，空间照片、空间视频，摄影培训、自媒体运营、文案撰写等。业务涉及，家装、地产、酒店、民宿、餐饮、工装等。

Hanmo Vision was founded in 2011, initially focusing on product, clothing, home textiles, and other photogr

phy. In 2017, it fully focused on spatial photography and currently covers various areas such as spatial photography, spatial video, photography training, self media operations, and copywriting.. The business involves home decoration, real estate, hotels, homestays, catering, workwear, etc.

「 团队」

团队一直维持在30人左右，也是目前国内人员规模最大的空间摄影机构之一，10年工龄以上小伙伴3人，5年以上7人，3年以上8人，也是同行业人员最稳定的摄影机构之一，团队拥有摄影分组6组，摄影师14名，摄影助理若干。

The team has been maintained at around 30 people, making it one of the largest spatial photography institutions in China. There are 3 colleagues with over 10 years of experience, 7 with over 5 years of experience,and 8 with over 3 years of experience. It is also one of the most stable photography institutions in the same idustry. The team has 6 photography groups, 14 photographers, and several photography assistants.

「 团建」

团队定期组织小伙伴进行“团建”活动，但我们从来不组织所谓增强团队凝聚力的团建，就是纯玩，让平时超强的工作节奏得以放松调节，同时工龄满5年以上的小伙伴还能享受每年一次的出国游。

The team regularly organizes "team building" activities for its members, but we never organize so-called team building activities to enhance team cohesion. It's just pure play, allowing the super strong work pace to relax and adjust. At the same time, members who have worked for more than 5 years can also enjoy an annual overseas trip.
