说在前面

本案位于二环一线滨江，对话青山最美江景房，隔岸眺望一线江景，在设计中，

用老钱风风格打开家居的设计，用法式的精致，扩容生活的浪漫，打造生活的松弛感。整合空间的动线

消除空间中的边界感，将空间变得更为开放，赋予空间更多的可塑性，营造一个褪去张扬的喧嚣，用奶白色调与暗调编织岁月故事，让每一处空间都诉说着沉淀的优雅。

设计思路

1：增加玄关功能，满足鞋子的收纳。

2：客厅阳台打通，在阳台打造一个休闲区。

3：增加一个多功能房，可随业主需要临时变化需求。

4：去掉一个房间改为衣帽间，满足业主的收纳和化妆需求。

5：主卧大套房设计，增加浴缸，满足屋主的需求。

ENTRANCE HALL

玄关

玄关简明而逸静，细节陈设在动静之间寻找纵向的空间平衡，以流动姿态唤起生活共感。

The entrance is concise and tranquil, with details arranged to find a vertical spatial balance between movement and stillness, evoking a sense of shared life through a flowing posture.

LIVING ROOM 

客厅

走入客厅，感受美学大宅客厅应有的雅度，豁然开朗。布局赋予了客厅超凡的空间感，阳光得以肆意洒落，显得更加明亮和通透，空间利用率也直线飙升。餐厅处

大面积深胡桃木墙板构建了温润沉稳的基调，

形成一种既沉稳又轻盈的平衡。

Walking into the living room, experiencing the elegance that an aesthetic mansion's living room should have, suddenly enlightened. The layout endows the living room with an extraordinary sense of space, allowing sunlight to freely fall, appearing brighter and more transparent, and the space utilization rate also skyrockets. The large area of deep walnut wood wall panels in the restaurant creates a warm and steady tone, creating a balance that is both calm and light.

阳台纳入客厅中，落地窗是自然的画框，将四季晨昏框作一幅动态长卷。在此落座，仿若置身时间之外，与对面湖光对饮。

Incorporating the balcony into the living room, the floor-to-ceiling windows serve as natural picture frames, framing the four seasons and the morning-to-evening changes into a dynamic long scroll. Sitting here, one seems to be outside of time, toasting with the lake view opposite.

The whole house is dominated by cream white, and the enclosed small sofa adds a touch of delicacy and elegance to the entire space. Accents of black walnut, stainless steel, and travertine, set against neutral tones, enhance the texture and depth, making the entire space appear more composed and grand.

KITCHEN AREA

餐厨区

餐厅是家人情感交流的重要场域。基于居者的生活模式，设计师将原本封闭的厨房改造为开放式餐厨一体空间，打破物理隔阂，让烹饪与用餐自然交融。在这里，美食的香气与欢声笑语交织，家人间的互动也将变得更加亲密无间。

The dining room is an important venue for family emotional communication. Based on the residents' lifestyle, the designer transformed the original closed kitchen into an open kitchen-dining integrated space, breaking the physical barrier and allowing cooking and dining to blend naturally. Here, the aroma of delicious food mingles with laughter, and interactions among family members become more intimate.

在开放式客餐厅流转，家人的温馨互动于此暖暖上演。流畅的动线让空间从容应对各色派对，在社交的欢愉与独处的静谧之间，设计的

意义显现。

Flowing through the open-plan living and dining area, warm interactions among family members unfold here. The smooth circulation allows the space to gracefully accommodate various parties, where the significance of design emerges in the balance between the joy of socializing and the tranquility of solitude.

主卧宽阔舒适的开间尺寸给休憩空间最自洽的氛围，纵深感与视觉延伸刻画出空间范围内的通透与自由。将生活方式塑造成独有的形态，在日复一日里，承载着平淡却绵延的情感。

The master bedroom's spacious and comfortable bay size creates the most harmonious atmosphere for the resting space, with a sense of depth and visual extension depicting the transparency and freedom within the spatial scope. Shaping lifestyle into a unique form, it carries plain yet enduring emotions day after day.

The integrated design of the master bedroom and bathroom perfectly blends privacy and comfort. The addition of a bathtub makes it not just a place for bathing, but also a spiritual haven exclusive to you. Every immersion is a deep conversation with yourself, unlocking a brand-new experience of refined living.

次卧纯粹而舒适，是设计师赋予卧室的基调，在这里，独享一片宁静，远离喧嚣，润润的床品，温润的木地板都在传递着舒适与惬意。

The secondary bedroom features a pure and comfortable tone given by the designer. Here, one can enjoy exclusive tranquility, staying away from the hustle and bustle. The soft beddings and warm wooden floors both convey comfort and coziness.

此空间以榻榻米为多功能房的形式呈现，红色的悬浮书桌，满足日常在此处办公需求。实现空间自由切换。

This space is presented in the form of a tatami multi-functional room. The red floating desk meets the daily office needs here, enabling the free switching of the space.
