说在前面

本案为年轻三口之家打造的成长型住宅，原始四房结构被重构为双卧室体系，以“儿童成长”为设计线索，通过开放式公区、模块化家具、全域收纳系统三大策略，构建出可随家庭生命周期演变的空间容器。设计师以现代极简为美学基调，通过岩板、原木元素、大理石的有机组合，在满足当前育儿需求的同时，为未来十年的生活变迁预留生长接口。

设计思路

1.格局重构

根据业主需求，拆除冗余隔墙，将书房、客厅、餐厅整合为连续开放空间，

保留主卧+儿童房双套房系统，原次卧改造为复合功能区；

2.成长预埋

客厅采用零茶几设计+模块沙发，预留儿童活动区，

书房植入长书桌，

满足家长办公与未来辅导作业的双重需求；

3.收纳革命

全域设置通顶储物柜，

重点打造书房-客厅-餐边柜-衣帽间四大收纳矩阵，

隐蔽式电器嵌入设计，保持空间整洁。

ENTRANCE HALL

玄关

入户处以悬浮式大理石吊柜作为视觉缓冲，兼顾遮挡与收纳功能。

柜体底部悬空区域嵌入雾化壁炉，为入户区域注入温馨氛围，成为归家第一幕的视觉焦点。

The suspended marble hanging cabinet at the entrance serves as a visual buffer, balancing the functions of obstruction and storage. The suspended area at the bottom of the cabinet is embedded with an atomized fireplace, injecting a warm atmosphere into the entrance area and becoming the visual focus of the first act of returning home.

LIVING ROOM 

客厅

地面铺就的白色大理石纹理地砖，以其简洁纯净的气质，赋予空间干净雅致的基调。沙发背景墙则匠心独运，在带有细腻纹理的浅色岩板上做出几何造型，搭配木质元素，于质朴自然之中，不着痕迹地流露出高级质感，彰显空间的不凡品味。

The white marble textured floor tiles laid on the ground, with their simple and pure temperament, give the space a clean and elegant tone. The sofa background wall is ingeniously crafted, with geometric shapes made on light colored rock slabs with delicate textures, combined with wooden elements, revealing a high-end texture without any trace in the simplicity and nature, highlighting the extraordinary taste of the space.

无茶几设计为小孩留出宽敞的玩耍和活动空间，模块化沙发可根据小孩的成长自由组合。木饰面包裹的横梁延伸至阳台，弱化结构存在感，落地窗引入充沛光线，让空间更显通透。

The coffee table design provides spacious play and activity space for children, and the modular sofa can be freely combined according to their growth. The beam wrapped in wood decoration extends to the balcony, weakening the sense of structural existence. french window introduce abundant light, making the space more transparent.

KITCHEN AREA

餐厨区

岛台餐桌延伸承担一部分烹饪功能，满足日常用餐、储物与亲子烘焙等互动活动，搭配造型别致的潘通椅，现代感十足。上方悬挂的长条形吊灯，设计简约，提供精准照明。

The island dining table extends its cooking functions to meet interactive activities such as daily dining, storage, and parent-child baking. Paired with uniquely designed Pantone chairs, it exudes a strong sense of modernity. The long hanging chandelier above is designed to be simple and provide precise lighting.

餐边柜采用仿不锈钢饰面柜体，嵌入式设计将直饮机、蒸烤箱、冰箱整合为现代感界面。

木质天花板从

客厅延伸至此，串联起整个公区的温暖基调。

The dining cabinet adopts a stainless steel veneer cabinet body, and the embedded design integrates the direct drinking machine, steaming oven, and refrigerator into a modern interface. The wooden ceiling extends from the living room to this point, connecting the warm tone of the entire public area.

书房

深色原木书桌背靠通顶储物柜，上方悬浮书架陈列书籍与艺术摆件，白色壁灯投下精准光域。原木色天花与深色木饰面承重柱形成材质对话，浅色大理石地面平衡空间色调，开放式布局既保有工作专注度，又与公区保持视觉呼吸感。

The dark wooden desk is backed by a overhead storage cabinet, with suspended bookshelves above displaying books and art pieces, and a white wall lamp casting a precise light field. The natural wood colored ceiling and the dark wood veneer load-bearing columns form a material dialogue, while the light colored marble floor balances the spatial tone. The open layout not only maintains work focus, but also maintains a visual breathing sense with the public area.

The space reshapes the sleeping scene with deconstructive aesthetics, with wooden veneer as the base and white backboards arranged in geometric modules. Linear lighting interacts horizontally with it, forming a three-dimensional picture frame that combines reality and virtuality. The snowflake white marble partition cleverly embeds natural wood lines, creating a seamless dialogue between the cold stone and warm wood in the vertical direction.

收纳腕表与首饰。镜面收纳柜储藏不常穿的衣服，还能增加空间视觉效果。

The open style secondary clean clothing area is equipped with a hanging rod system to carry seasonal clothing, with shelves displaying female owners' bags, and a suspended drawer cabinet at the bottom for storing watches and jewelry. Mirror storage cabinets can store infrequently worn clothes and increase the visual effect of the space.

顶部软膜天花模拟自然天光倾泻而下，均匀照亮织物肌理与皮革光泽，让每日穿搭成为沉浸式的美学仪式。

The top soft membrane ceiling simulates natural sunlight pouring down, evenly illuminating the fabric texture and leather luster, making daily dressing an immersive aesthetic ritual.

主卫

浴室通铺的大理石墙面彰显空间质感，大镜子延伸空间感，玻璃隔断实现马桶、淋浴、洗手台三分离，确保干湿分区。整体设计与主卧、衣帽间风格一致，大理石元素贯穿其中，营造出协调统一的现代美学体验。

The marble walls throughout the bathroom showcase the spatial texture, while the large mirrors extend the sense of space. The glass partition separates the toilet, shower, and sink, ensuring dry and wet zones. The overall design is consistent with the style of the master bedroom and dressing room, with marble elements running through it, creating a coordinated and unified modern aesthetic experience.

以“可成长”为核心，将极简美学与功能性深度融合。模块化家具、弹性收纳与开放式设计，让空间如同会呼吸的生命体，伴随孩子的成长悄然蜕变。当阳光掠过岛台上的辅食机，当夜灯照亮书房里的绘本架，每一处细节都在诉说着对家庭时光的珍视——这里不仅是居所，更是记录成长的温暖容器。
