The source of urban development is the cohesion of countless people's dreams and hopes.

Designers integrate light and shadow, material, texture and other multiple textures to create a unique sales space, smooth spatial flow line, lead customers to experience different sensory enjoyment, explore the relationship between space, self, nature and art, establish emotional resonance in the space, organic combination of natural aesthetics and urban tide art, create a habitat in the city.

Sales control area

 控销区

销控区的设计，

通过体块的勾勒穿插，利用空间中柱体的间隔，建构出舒朗分明的空间格局。

窗外的风景与室内的艺术交织，都市的喧嚣在这里停滞。

沙盘上方悬挂着一盏水晶大吊灯，成为销控区的点睛之笔，增加了空间的奢华之感。大气典雅的

风格与奢石材质的组合，演绎出妙趣横生的都会气质，以庄重而优雅的姿态迎接着访客的到来。

The design of the pin control area, through the outline of the block interspersed, using the spacing of the column in the space, to construct a comfortable and clear spatial pattern. The scenery outside the window is interwoven with the art inside, where the hustle and bustle of the city stops. A crystal chandelier hanging above the sand table becomes the finishing touch of the pin control area, increasing the sense of luxury in the space. The combination of atmospheric and elegant style and luxurious stone material deduces the interesting metropolitan temperament, and greets the arrival of visitors with a solemn and elegant attitude.

 接待区

洽谈区营造的静谧优雅，在虚与实之间，设计师赋予了新的演绎手法，重构空间秩序，诠释一处舒适自然的交流场域。

时光如潮，光痕渐现。巨幅落地窗将自然景色与室内空间融合，临窗而坐，在静谧之间与自然对话。

行至水吧区域，蕴含自然纹理的家具隐喻着生命的秩序，在柔光中承载着造物者的梦境与诗意。

The quiet elegance created by the negotiation area, between the virtual and the real, the designer gives a new deductive technique, reconstructs the space order, interprets a comfortable and natural communication field. The tide of time, light trace gradually appeared. The large floor-to-ceiling Windows integrate the natural scenery with the interior space, and sit next to the window to have a dialogue with nature in the quiet space. Walking to the water bar area, the furniture with natural texture is a metaphor for the order of life, carrying the dream and poetry of the creator in the soft light.

 娱乐活动区

跟随空间动线来到娱乐区，木饰面镶贴一侧墙壁与楼梯间，圆形的软膜天花坠落着大大小小的发光圆球充满神秘感。在奇遇自然的探索旅程中种下好奇的种子，以抽象几何空间打造奇幻电影的秘境场景，勾勒出生动而立体的“自然世界”，吸引孩子们驻足玩耍，设置了家长陪伴区，营造出亲子互动的惬意与玩趣。

Follow the space moving line to the entertainment area, the wood veneer is attached to one wall and the stairwell, and the round luminous film ceiling drops large and small luminous balls full of mystery. Planting the seeds of curiosity in the exploration journey of adventure and nature, using abstract geometric space to create secret scenes of fantasy movies, outlining a vivid and three-dimensional "natural world", attracting children to stop and play, setting up a parent company area, creating a comfortable parent-child interaction and fun.

 会议室

会议室的设计注重细节和品质，从灯光、色彩、材质到家具的选择，都体现了时尚个性的设计理念。

无主灯设计巧妙地让会议室的空间感得以延伸，

橙色皮质办公椅的点缀，巧妙而不突兀。

灰色的地毯通铺，增加了空间的质感。

会议桌简约的设计风格，线条流畅、造型简洁，

彰显了会议室的现代感，也为参会者创造了一个舒适、专注的会议环境。

The design of the meeting room pays attention to detail and quality, from lighting, color, material to the choice of furniture, all reflect the design concept of fashion personality. The design of the non-main light cleverly extends the sense of space in the meeting room, and the embellishment of the orange leather office chair is ingenious but not abrupt. The grey carpet covers the floor, adding texture to the space. The simple design style of the conference table, smooth lines and simple modeling, highlights the modern sense of the conference room, but also creates a comfortable and focused meeting environment for participants.
