泛域设计×餐饮案例·果茂咖啡GOMORRA·周和|90m²水晶晶的南浔店

「序」

当快餐文化裹挟众生，在流量轰鸣中，仍有这样一群执灯者：他们俯身于时光的褶皱里，将浮躁锻造成精钢，把喧嚣熔铸为琉璃。任凭窗外霓虹闪烁，独守工作台这方微光宇宙。匠心如弦，终将在时代的噪音中震颤出永恒的和鸣。

OUTDOOR

户外

在南浔古镇的百年民居中，设计师为果茂咖啡进行了空间、品牌的升级改造。

南浔传统建筑空间布局受封建社会伦理、儒家传统、风水民俗、近现代文明等多方面的影响，这也是人文因素在意识形态上的反映。在民居保护与活化，江南水乡沿岸，具有东方底色的古镇咖啡店，应有什么样的面貌？

In the ancient town of Nanxun in the centuries-old residential houses, the designer for the fruit of the Mao coffee space, brand upgrading and remodeling. Nanxun traditional architectural spatial layout by the feudal society ethics, Confucian tradition, feng shui folklore, modern civilization and other aspects of the impact of humanistic factors in the ideological reflection. In the residential protection and revitalization, along the Jiangnan waterfront, with an oriental undertone of the old town coffee shop, what kind of appearance should be?

这个项目中

70%的空间都在户外，而这片区域与其说属于果茂，更多的是与古镇社区的对话与相互浸润，穿着文艺的咖啡青年、摇着扇子的大伯、手持相机的游客，提供给这片区域更多公共属性的可能。

In this project, 70% of the space of 

is outdoors, and this area, rather than belonging to Guomao, is more of a dialog and mutual immersion with the community of the ancient town, with coffee youths dressed in literature, old men shaking fans, and camera-wielding tourists, providing more possibilities of public attributes to this area.

INDOOR

室内

原始的石头，或直、或横，构筑在空间的内与外，成为坐凳、吧台、柱子

......东方的底色，当代的构筑，灵动的体验。在小型咖啡店的空间中，设计师认为过多的家具对于空间的使用反而是一种过多的负担，减少管理者对秩序的整理，让空间结构融合空间功能，在20m²的空间里规划出更为舒适的空间体验。

The original stone, either straight or horizontal, constructed in the space inside and outside, become stools, bar, columns ...... Oriental undertones, contemporary constructions, and dynamic experiences. In the space of a small coffee shop, the designer believes that too much furniture is too much of a burden for the use of space, and reduces the manager's organization of order, so that the spatial structure is integrated with spatial function, and a more comfortable spatial experience is planned in a 20m² space.

果茂的品牌感受，是松弛、东方，且又拥有咖啡的精致感，融合两种不同的基因，用老木头这种温润的质地，和精致现代的银色金属，在阳光色系的空间散发出咖啡的香味。

The brand feeling of Gomao is loose, oriental, and with a sense of coffee sophistication, blending two different genes, using the warm texture of old wood and delicate modern silver metal, emitting the fragrance of coffee in the sunny-colored space.

在剥离开原始建筑表皮时，沿街一面的墙体的红砖慢慢显现，是一种巧合也是一种设计的注定，设计师将其保留了下来，作为果茂咖啡与南浔古镇的链接。

In peeling off the original building skin, along the street side of the wall of the red brick slowly revealed, is a coincidence and a design destiny, the designer will be retained as a link between the fruit Mao coffee and Nanxun ancient town.

庭院、流水、松弛、阳光、清香，沿着河畔南浔百年传统民居群落中，青瓦是沉睡的鱼鳞，白墙是展开的宣纸。每天下午三点，阳光从河面上放射，波光粼粼的水纹穿过窗户映射在室内的屋顶上，木雕花窗记录了每日此时，来自自然的仪式感。

Courtyard, flowing water, relaxation, sunshine, fragrance, along the river in Nanxun century-old traditional residential communities, green tiles are sleeping fish scales, white walls are unfolded rice paper. At three o'clock in the afternoon every day, the sunlight radiates from the river, and the sparkling water ripples through the windows and maps onto the indoor roof, and the carved wooden windows record the sense of ritual from nature at this time of the day.

瀚墨视觉成立于2011年，早期以产品，服装，家纺等摄影为主，于2017年全线主攻空间摄影，目前涉及板块有，空间照片、空间视频，摄影培训、自媒体运营、文案撰写等。业务涉及，家装、地产、酒店、民宿、餐饮、工装等。

phy. In 2017, it fully focused on spatial photography and currently covers various areas such as spatial photography, spatial video, photography training, self media operations, and copywriting.. The business involves home decoration, real estate, hotels, homestays, catering, workwear, etc.

「 团队」

团队一直维持在30人左右，也是目前国内人员规模最大的空间摄影机构之一，10年工龄以上小伙伴3人，5年以上7人，3年以上8人，也是同行业人员最稳定的摄影机构之一，团队拥有摄影分组6组，摄影师14名，摄影助理若干。

The team has been maintained at around 30 people, making it one of the largest spatial photography institutions in China. There are 3 colleagues with over 10 years of experience, 7 with over 5 years of experience,and 8 with over 3 years of experience. It is also one of the most stable photography institutions in the same idustry. The team has 6 photography groups, 14 photographers, and several photography assistants.

「 团建」

团队定期组织小伙伴进行“团建”活动，但我们从来不组织所谓增强团队凝聚力的团建，就是纯玩，让平时超强的工作节奏得以放松调节，同时工龄满5年以上的小伙伴还能享受每年一次的出国游。

The team regularly organizes "team building" activities for its members, but we never organize so-called team building activities to enhance team cohesion. It's just pure play, allowing the super strong work pace to relax and adjust. At the same time, members who have worked for more than 5 years can also enjoy an annual overseas trip.

瀚墨视觉小伙伴连续5年IDCHINA全国十佳空间摄影师殊荣。

协助设计师获得Andrew Martin、iF Design Award、Red Dot Design Award、International Design Awards、SBID International Design Awards、A'Design Award、APIDA亚太区室内设计大奖、CIDA中国室内设计大奖、艾特奖（IDEA-TOPS）、金堂奖、筑巢奖、金外滩奖等等....

拍摄项目发表设计腕儿，环球设计、安邸、家居廊等一级平台几百余篇，其中2023年入选环球设计年度top9篇，2024环球年度top11篇。
