ZNANEWS|阿丽拉珠海东澳岛提名第三届「三联人文城市奖」

由珠海格力海岛投资有限公司开发、ZNA主持建筑师董晖领衔设计，历时九年打造的「阿丽拉珠海东澳岛」，近日入选第三届三联人文城市奖生态友好奖提名项目。

项目坐落于珠海东澳岛独特的悬崖海岸。面对这片原始地貌，ZNA的设计未选择“征服”，而是以谦逊的渐近线布局，将103间全海景套房嵌入嶙峋礁石肌理，使建筑成为地形的延续。标志性的15米悬挑无边泳池，以一道凌厉的切口楔入崖壁，在浪涌拍岸时与海平面形成微妙的视觉延续。

Perched on Dong'ao Island's cliffs, the project embraces the primal terrain through a stepped configuration. ZNA eschews domination, instead embedding 103 ocean-view suites within splintered rock formations to extend the topography. Its signature 15-meter cantilevered infinity pool cuts dramatically into the cliff fa

ce—during swells, the waterline dissolves visually into the sea horizon.

在董晖看来，设计的核心价值不仅在于物理空间的营造，更在于对自然敬畏、场地记忆与情感共鸣的三重诠释。场地原石、老木板等材料的质朴选择，和对地貌的最小干预，让建筑本身诠释了奢华的本质

For her, design transcends physical space, manifesting as reverence for nature, embedded site memory, and emotional resonance. The use of indigenous stone and reclaimed timber, coupled with minimal land intervention, redefines luxury as symbiotic simplicity—a dialogue with the terrain. 

This creates not merely shelters perched above the sea, but habitats engaging the cosmic essence.
