——这座活力四射的都市地标，坐落于昆明市繁华的盘龙区！项目横跨南北两个地块：北区包括一座6层高的零售商场和一座350米高的办公大楼，而南区则是一座250米高的酒店及服务式公寓大楼，并配套有五层的休闲设施。通过三层连廊与四层地下空间的巧妙衔接，将两区紧密相连，形成集地下零售空间与地铁2、3号线无缝接驳的一体化综合体。设计以"联结"为核心理念，通过建筑与景观的有机融合，营造出多维连接的沉浸式体验空间。

这座现代都市综合体以六层中庭广场为核心，汇聚酒店、服务式公寓、商务办公、潮流购物、环球餐饮、影院娱乐等多元业态。设计灵感源于"茶马古道"，蜿蜒曲折的动线与错落的建筑体量，共同营造出宜人舒适的室内步行网络，吸引着本地居民和游客。

步入这片自然与都市文明交融的奇妙之境！从挺拔如竹的写字楼塔身、到灵感源自昆明石林的酒店及服务式公寓楼，每一处细节都在讲述一个动人的故事。此外，我们更引以为傲的是，项目以

Discover Kunming Spring City 66,

 a vibrant hub in the lively Panglong District of Kunming! Spanning two sites, the North Plot features a 6-storey retail mall and a 350-meter Office Tower, while the South Plot has a 250-meter Hotel and Serviced Apartment Tower with five levels of amenities. A link bridge at Level 3 and four levels of basement connect the two, creating an integrated development with basement retail space and direct access to MTR lines 2 and 3. This design emphasizes “connectivity,” enhancing both the architecture and landscape to offer multi-level connections and diverse experiences.

This modern urban complex combines hotels, serviced apartments, offices, shopping, dining, cinemas, and entertainment around a public square with a stunning six-storey atrium. Inspired by the "Ancient Tea Horse Road," its zigzag paths and building volumes create inviting indoor pedestrian spaces for locals and tourists alike.

Step into a world where nature meets urban sophistication! From the elegant Office Tower that mirrors bamboo shoots to the Hotel & SA Tower inspired by the Kunming Stone Forest, every detail tells a story. Plus, we are proud to be

 certified, committing the project to net-zero carbon emissions.
