在老武汉,人们也会搬出竹床到室外,例如天台、江边码头、家门口,这不仅是消暑的方式,也承载着武汉人的深厚情怀。
In old Wuhan, people would put bamboo beds outdoors, like rooftops and riverfronts, to beat the heat, which held sentimental value for them.

结合法国的露台文化和在老武汉生活的经历,我们发觉人们在室外往往会获得不一样的松弛感,于是以“室外”作为设计出发点 。
Inspired by French terrace culture and old Wuhan's outdoor life, we designed with "outdoor" as our starting point, aiming for a unique relaxation experience.

咸安坊是武汉现存的优秀历史建筑之一,属于民国早期里坊式住宅建筑群,是汉口石库门式里弄建筑的代表作。
Xian'an Fang is one of the existing excellent historic buildings in Wuhan, belonging to the early Republican-era residential complex in the form of lifang (alleyway communities), and is a representative work of the Shikumen-style lane houses in Hankou.

为了尊重建筑本身,在院子也没有做复杂的处理,在前院用户外木将座椅和花坛的功能融合在一起的同时在造型上做了斜面处理引导客人进入餐厅。
To respect the building itself, the courtyard remains uncluttered. In the front yard, outdoor wood is used to integrate seating with flower beds, with a sloped design guiding guests int
o the restaurant.

项目原始平面有两个入口,主入口面向街道,次入口面向广场。为了保证流线的通畅和空间的完整,我们将空间划分为完整的两部分,上半部分为厨房空间,下半部分为用餐空间。
The original floor plan of the project has two entrances: the main entrance facing the street and the secondary entrance facing the plaza. To ensure smooth traffic flow and spatial integrity, we divided the space into two complete parts, with the upper half designated as the kitchen space and the lower half as the dining space.

客人落座后通过门洞可以看到厨房,塑造街边店的感觉。
把用餐区对面的墙,用与咸安坊建筑群相似的粗糙材料、线条和窗台做了“室外化处理”,同时安置路灯,以塑造街道的感觉。
并对厨房开口进行处理,保证合适的大小,以便客人与主厨之间的交流,并不会互相打扰。
Guests can see the kitchen upon seating, resembling a street-side café. The opposite wall mimics Xian'anfang's rough style with street lamps, while the kitchen door's size ensures
guest-
chef interaction without disturbance.

用餐区尺寸13m*4m,为了打破重复性,将长条形空间分为三段处理,相对独立但又互相连接。
The dining area measures 13

m. To break the monotony of the rectangular space, it has been divided into three sections that are relatively independent but interconnected.

一侧采用地台抬高,另一侧采用芦苇作为软隔断进行分离,具有一定的私密性,在必要时两侧也可以作为包间使用。
One side features an elevated floor platform, while the other side uses reeds as a soft partition for some privacy. These sections can also be used as private rooms when necessary.

厨房开口正对用餐区中间的鲸鱼挂画,点缀空间的同时,方便主厨在工作时可以看到。
The kitchen opening faces a whale painting in the middle of the dining area, which decorates the space and allows the chef to have a clear view while working.

色 彩 与 材 料 /
Color and Materials

采用弱对比的大地色系将空间色彩的视觉干扰信息降低,并在可触摸部分大面积的采用柔软的面料,以便客人感受到材料带来的触感。正中间用餐区后的墙面和餐厅内的软包采用羊毛面料进行包裹。
A subdued earth-tone palette reduces visual clutter, with soft fabrics on touchable surfaces for tactile enjoyment. Wool wraps the wall behind the dining area and upholstery inside the restaurant.

两端的墙面则采用半透光的纱帘垂挂,配合灯光营造温柔轻松的感觉。
The walls at both ends are adorned with semi-transparent gauze curtains, which, combined with the lighting, create a gentle and relaxing atmosphere.

羊毛的重与纱帘轻产生对比,同时这些织物面料的细腻柔软与对面墙壁的粗糙坚硬也有了对比,室内和室外的感觉也就交融在一起,以此来塑造“熟悉的陌生感”。
The contrast between wool's weight and gauze's lightness, along with the texture difference, blends indoor and outdoor feelings, creating a "familiar strangeness."

在空间正中间墙上,挂
了一组金属质感的画,与背景羊毛的质感产生反差,画上的鲸鱼采用黑色的丙烯与墨水绘制,作为整个空间中最深的颜色进行点缀。
On the wall at the center of the space, a set of paintings with a metallic texture is hung, creating a contrast with the woolen background. The whales in the paintings are depicted using black acrylic paint and ink, serving as the darkest accents in the entire space.

这次项目的色彩也正好与2025年的潘通色相似,温润柔和 。
The colors of this project also happen to resemble the warm and soft Pantone colors for 2025.

细 节 与 灯 光 /
Details and Llighting

考虑到餐厅有播放音乐的需求,但安装传统的音响系统价格偏高而且存在美观问题,于是我们将烛台上固定Homepodmini音响露出纱帘,正好覆盖整个用餐区。
Considering the restaurant's need for music, but with traditional audio systems being costly and aesthetically problematic, we placed HomePod minis on candlesticks, partially concealed by sheer curtains, covering the entire dining area.

为了给空间增加室外感,利用光轴型材DIY法式的雨棚,并对雨棚的造型进行精简,以符合整个空间简单轻松的氛围。
To enhance the outdoor ambiance of the space, a French-style canopy was DIY-built using linear shaft profiles, with its design streamlined to align with the simple and relaxed atmosphere of the entire area.

在灯光上,使用统一的间接和低位灯光为空间烘托出温柔而私密的氛围,再配合桌灯来完成照亮桌面的功能需求。
For lighting, a unified approach of indirect and low-level lighting is employed to create a gentle and intimate ambiance for the space, complemented by table lamps to fulfill the functional need of illuminating the tabletop.

后院连接着冷库和后厨,是餐厅的次入口,我们在次入口挂了一把工人留下的梯子,并对其进行重新喷涂改色,保证餐厅色调的一致。
The backyard, which co
nnects to the cold storage and kitchen, serves as the secondary entrance to the restaurant. We hung a ladder left behind by the workers at this secondary entrance and repainted it to ensure consistency with the restaurant's color scheme.
