入户端景

本案聚焦三口之家的居住需求，针对一套面积充裕但空间布局零散、存在多处夹角与不规整结构的精装房，展开系统性改造设计。通过彻底的空间重构，将核心生活区—客厅、书房及三间卧室整合至南向采光面，厨房与卫浴系统布局于北侧，空间尺度实现功能与舒适度的精准匹配。改造后住宅呈现出南北通透、动静分离的高效布局，不仅极大提升了空间利用率，也强化了不同区域的实用性与舒适度。整体形成开阔明亮、利于家庭成员互动的开放式共享空间，实现了功能、光线与流动性的有机统一。

This project focuses on the living needs of a family of three, addressing a well-sized but poorly organized luxury apartment with multiple angular spaces and irregular layouts. Through comprehensive spatial reconfiguration, the core areas—the living room, study, and three bedrooms—are integrated into the south-facing sunlight zone, while the kitchen and bathroom systems are positioned on the north side. The spatial dimensions achieve precise coordination between functionality and comfort. The renovated residence features a north-south ventilation system and clear separation of active and quiet zones, significantly enhancing space efficiency while improving practicality and comfort across different areas. The overall design creates an open, bright shared space that facilitates family interaction, achieving organic unity of function, light, and circulation.

客厅的沙发与长书桌以流畅的几何线条衔接，巧妙引导家人的视线与动线自然交汇，从而促进日常生活中的情感交流与互动。空间选用温润而内敛的天然材质：肌理漆粗粝中泛着细腻的珠光，如大地原石般沉静温厚。从门厅端景起始，视线转折过渡至电视墙，再经由弧形处理的承重墙，延伸至落地窗。整个过程中，沉静如大地深处的原木铺底，深邃黑色电视背景柜悬浮其上，依托切割与解构手法重塑体块关系。灯光、材质与色彩的明暗对比，大大延展了电视墙的视觉维度，更赋予空间大气开阔的整体感受。

The living room's sofa and long desk are connected by fluid geometric lines, skillfully guiding family members' visual flow to naturally converge, thereby enhancing emotional communication and interaction in daily life. The space employs warm yet understated natural materials: textured paint with a rough surface that glimmers with delicate pearlescence, resembling the serene warmth of raw earth stones. Starting from the entrance foyer, the visual transition guides the gaze to the TV wall, then extends through an arched load-bearing wall to the floor-to-ceiling windows. Throughout this sequence, the quietness of deep earthy wood serves as the foundation, while a dark television backdrop cabinet floats above it, redefining spatial relationships through cutting-edge deconstruction techniques. The contrast between lighting, materials, and colors significantly expands the visual dimension of the TV wall, ultimately creating an expansive and airy overall atmosphere.

书桌后方的展示柜延续相同材质、形态与色彩，一路延伸至落地窗，形成视觉上的连贯与延展，强化了空间的整体感和统一性。

The display cabinet behind the long desk continues the same material, form and color, extending all the way to the floor-to-ceiling window, forming a visual continuity and extension, strengthening the overall sense of space and unity.

客厅空间

西厨岛台选用黑白色调的宝格丽花纹岩板，以大胆的视觉碰撞打破黑色方盒的沉静，为空间注入一抹浓烈而现代的意趣。于克制与张力之间，平衡出高级的质感氛围。餐厅的阴角与阳角均以弧形柔化，顶面顺势嵌有一条纤细的灯带，光影蜿蜒流转，悄然消解空间的方正感，为餐厅注入几分灵动气息。搭配圆形餐桌，更显柔和协调。这里无需被传统的餐桌定义所束缚。当窗外景致正盛，不妨将餐桌轻移至落地窗前，在美食与风景的交融之中，成就一餐心旷神怡的时光。

The kitchen island features Bvlgari-patterned stone slabs in black and white tones, creating bold visual contrasts that break the solemnity of the black square box, infusing the space with vibrant modern charm. A delicate balance between restraint and tension achieves a sophisticated texture atmosphere. Both concave and convex corners of the dining area are softened by curved lines, with a slender light strip seamlessly embedded in the ceiling. The interplay of light and shadow subtly dissolves the rigid spatial configuration, infusing the dining area with a touch of fluid grace. Paired with a circular dining table, the harmonious arrangement transcends traditional dining table definitions. When the outdoor scenery is at its peak, simply move the dining table to the floor-to-ceiling window. In this fusion of culinary delights and landscape views, a meal becomes an experience that delights both mind and soul.

Seeking a few chairs and a book, I immerse myself in serene tranquility with utmost composure. At a leisurely pace, I watch the world outside the window buzz with traffic, while awaiting the sunset's golden glow to illuminate the pages and warm this corner of peace.

空间

我们调换主卫与衣帽间的位置，让光线涌入，成就一个豁达的明卫。继而打破隔墙，使衣帽区成为连接睡眠区与南北动线的优雅枢纽。最终，空间边界被模糊，光线与空气自由流动，塑造出一个通透、敞亮且充满呼吸感的整体大空间。卧室以大面积留白构筑宁静基底，黑色以精炼的笔触点缀其间，仿佛一首光与影合奏的静谧月光曲。

By repositioning the master bathroom and wardrobe area to let natural light flood in, we created an open and airy space. Breaking down the partition walls transformed the dressing zone into a graceful bridge connecting the sleeping area with the north-south circulation. The spatial boundaries became blurred, allowing light and airflow to flow freely, resulting in a transparent, bright, and breathably spacious living area. The bedroom features large blank spaces that establish a tranquil foundation, while black accents add refined details—like a serenade of light and shadow harmonizing into a serene moonlight composition.
