序 言

PREAMBLE

本案是一个现代黑白灰的极简家，全屋极尽克制简约之美，却又不乏绵绵温情，这正是屋主对家的期待——沉静而高级、纯粹而雅致的完美呈现。

空间布局强调开放性与通透性，摒弃繁琐隔断，让光线能够自由穿梭，辅以极简的处理手法，打造宽敞明亮、利落时尚有张力的舒心居所。

客厅以简洁的黑白语言铺叙，彰显空间理性而高级的现代感，利落有型的线条，简练有序的布局，让沉静的高级美与独具个性的时尚美共存。

敞开式大横厅设计，赋予空间互动流畅、张弛有度的自由感，于无声处彰显空间布局的精巧与灵动，也将多元生活范式平静呈现于眼前。

The living room is described in simple black and white language, showcasing a rational and sophisticated modern sense of space. The neat and stylish lines and concise and orderly layout allow for the coexistence of serene high-end beauty and unique fashionable beauty.

The open style large horizontal hall design endows the space with smooth interaction and a sense of freedom in tension and relaxation, showcasing the exquisite and dynamic layout of the space in a silent place, and presenting diverse life paradigms calmly in front of the eyes.

阳台拓宽了客厅边界，赋予了更为开阔的视野，更将自然光与风景引入室内，窗帘如同轻纱般飘逸，为这片空间增添了一抹柔美与梦幻。

沙发双向式设计，满足居者多向视角的需求，无论是沉浸于荧屏中的精彩故事，还是沉醉于窗外旖旎风光，皆能在这寻得一方惬意角落。

The balcony widens the boundaries of the living room, providing a broader view and introducing natural light and scenery into the interior. The curtains are as elegant as light gauze, adding a touch of softness and dreaminess to this space.

The bidirectional design of the sofa meets the needs of residents with multiple perspectives. Whether you are immersed in the exciting stories on the screen or the beautiful scenery outside the window, you can find a comfortable corner here.

餐厨区以开放格局延伸了空间的广度，场域的共享提高了互动频率；吧台替代餐桌，简餐美食，惬意尽享，小酌一杯，也别有情调。

一门到顶高柜嵌入厨房电器，化繁为简，视觉上更和谐统一，满足餐厨区多元的收纳需求的同时，让空间更显简约大气、井然有序。

The open layout of the kitchen area has extended the breadth of space, and the sharing of the field has increased the frequency of interaction; The bar counter replaces the dining table, offering light meals and delicious food for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. A small drink also adds a unique charm.

A ceiling high cabinet is embedded with kitchen appliances, simplifying complexity and creating a more harmonious and unified visual experience. It meets the diverse storage needs of the kitchen area while making the space appear simple, atmospheric, and orderly.

吧台另一面墙选择留白设计，与黑色

通顶电器柜形成撞色效果，相互映衬，增添了空间的层次感与视觉深度。

黑色餐椅与墙上艺术画作相呼应，精致吊灯带来点点灯火，温柔地点燃空间的温馨与美好，让居者在一蔬一菜中享受生活的浪漫与闲适。

The other wall of the bar counter is designed with white space, creating a contrasting effect with the black overhead electrical cabinet, complementing each other and adding a sense of hierarchy and visual depth to the space.

The black dining chair echoes the art paintings on the wall, and the exquisite chandelier brings a little bit of light, gently igniting the warmth and beauty of the space, allowing residents to enjoy the romance and leisure of life in one vegetable and one dish.

走廊尽头作为公区终点，也是动静区的交叉点，于此摆放一盏艺术落地灯作为端景，起到点睛之笔的作用，无形中提升空间的美感。

At the end of the corridor, as the endpoint of the public area and the intersection of the dynamic and static areas, an artistic floor lamp is placed here as the finishing touch, enhancing the beauty of the space invisibly.

主卧延续黑白基调，极尽克制美学，诠释出中性配色的高级质感，落地窗引景入室，将光线与生机注入空间，氤氲出静谧雅致的韵味。

闲暇时光里，摆放一张单椅，几个柔软的抱枕，斟上一盏馥郁香茗，翻开一本书籍，便足以让人忘却尘嚣，沉醉于这份美好之中。

The master bedroom continues the black and white tone, and fully restrains aesthetics, interpreting the advanced texture of neutral color matching. french window introduce scenery into the room, injecting light and vitality into the space, and creating a quiet and elegant charm.

In leisure time, placing a single chair, a few soft pillows, pouring a fragrant tea, and opening a book are enough to make people forget the hustle and bustle and immerse themselves in this beauty.

衣帽间由两组相对平行的衣柜组成，双向收纳使衣物分类清晰，使用起来非常便捷；简约线条与理性色调交织，演绎出一种时尚的高级感。

The cloakroom consists of two sets of relatively parallel wardrobes, with two-way storage for clear classification of clothes, making it very convenient to use; The interweaving of simple lines and rational color tones creates a fashionable sense of sophistication.

主卫将智能马桶、浴缸、淋浴区，双台盆进行精细分区，凸显品质感的同时，让使用动线更加合理，也让疲惫在这放松时刻一扫而空。

The main bathroom will finely partition the smart toilet, bathtub, shower area, and double basin to highlight the texture and make the usage flow more reasonable, while also sweeping away fatigue during this relaxing moment.
