HKRI Centre One (TERRA), designed by Newkirk Studio, transforms a once-overlooked transfer floor into an exclusive multifunctional destination that blends hospitality, business, and wellbeing. Studio Illumine’s lighting design plays a key role in shaping this environment, enhancing comfort, flexibility, and narrative identity throughout.

由Newkirk Studio设计的香港兴业中心一座TERRA，已成功蜕变为集接待、商务与休憩功能于一体的高端第三空间。在这方天地中，一昱照明工作室的照明设计扮演着举足轻重的角色——它以光影为笔，通过精妙的叙事强化空间辨识度，更全面提升了环境的舒适度与功能灵活性。

The strategy is human-centric, supporting wellness and adaptability. A tunable white system follows natural daylight rhythms, shifting from cool, energizing tones to warm, calming hues. High-CRI fixtures and glare control ensure visual comfort and authentic color rendering, creating atmospheres suited for both focus and relaxation.

这份设计策略始终秉持以人为本的核心理念，将健康福祉与空间适应性置于首位。可调白光系统巧妙遵循自然日光节律，从清晨令人振奋的冷色调，渐变为暮色中舒缓身心的暖色调，让空间的光影流转与自然韵律同步。高显指灯具与防眩光技术的双重加持，既确保了视觉舒适度，又实现了色彩的真实还原，最终构建出既能满足专注工作需求，又可适配休憩放松状态的多元光环境。

At the social core, the Club-Lounge and Island Wellness Bar combine elegant materiality with warm, layered lighting. Decorative luminaires and concealed accents create a sculptural canopy of light, evoking the sophistication of a private members’ club while anchoring the space in wellbeing.

作为社交核心区的酒廊 (Club-Lounge) 与康养吧 (Island Wellness Bar)，更是将优雅材质与层次丰富的暖调照明完美融合。装饰性灯具与隐藏式光源在此协同发力，共同构筑出具有雕塑感的光穹顶——它既以璀璨光影彰显空间的精致格调，又通过细腻的光影叙事，将休憩理念悄然深植于每一段空间体验之中。

The meeting suite draws inspiration from elemental forces—Air, Water, Wood, Metal, Sun, and Earth—each room telling its own story through tailored atmospheres of soft washes, warm accents, or crisp highlights. Advanced lighting control ensures seamless transitions between general meetings, presentations, and video conferencing, balancing function with storytelling.

会议空间的设计灵感源自“气、水、木、金、日、土”六大自然元素，每个空间皆通过定制化的照明叙事展现独特气质：或采用柔光漫射营造静谧氛围，或运用暖色点染勾勒温润质感，或以精准聚光塑造清晰视觉层次。智能照明控制系统更实现了常规会议、演讲模式与视频会议场景的无缝切换，在功能性与艺术叙事间取得精妙平衡，而其配备的智能多媒体技术与照明系统的协同运作，更让会务体验得以跃升。

The FORUM, a versatile event space, is defined by a dramatic acoustically treated ceiling. Integrated lines of light and adjustable downlights adapt to multiple uses, from bright presentations to intimate talks or branded events. Together with flexible partitions and AV systems, the space becomes a dynamic stage for connection.

多功能活动场所FORUM空间以极具视觉张力的声学天花造型为设计核心。嵌入式线性光带与可调角度射灯在此协同运作：既能为演讲环节提供明亮清晰的照明，亦可瞬间转换为私密会谈或品牌活动所需的定制光环境。结合灵活的模块化隔断、可移动设施与视听系统，整个空间化身为促进人际连接的动态舞台，将云端商务体验演绎得淋漓尽致。

Finally, the Wellness Lounge offers a sanctuary for rest and meditation. Low-contrast lighting, natural finishes, and integrated highlights reduce stimulation and nurture calm, reinforcing the space’s restorative character.

康养空间 (Wellness Lounge) 作为休憩与冥想的庇护所，采用低对比度照明系统：天然材质饰面与嵌入式重点照明相得益彰，有效降低感官刺激的同时，更滋养出宁静心境。它以独特的光影语言，强化了空间特有的疗愈属性，助力人们快速恢复身心状态。

HKRI Centre One shows how lighting can go beyond function—shaping narrative, enhancing wellbeing, and setting a new benchmark for shared workplace amenities in Shanghai.
