PROJECT INTRODUCTION

国信会视集团办公空间设计项目位于中国青岛，方案围绕企业元素蓝色科技提炼空间的核心主题，秉持

“

少即是多

” 

的设计原则，以简洁的线条、纯净的色彩和功能性的布局， 打造一个既能强化品牌形象，又高效、舒适且富有现代感的办公空间，摒弃繁杂装饰，突出空间本质与实用性，让员工在简洁明快的环境中专注工作，提升效率。

空间规划：采用开放式布局，减少空间阻隔，使各功能区域联系紧密又相对独立。设置开放式办公区、独立会议室、洽谈区、休闲区等，确保空间利用最大化，人员流动顺畅。

打破传统办公空间定式，构建流动进化的空间体系。以人本体验为内核，打造灵活精准的功能布局，适配多元工作与交互场景，重新诠释 “办公室” 新内涵。

The office project of Guoxin Huishi Group is located in Qingdao City. The plan centers on the core theme of extracting space with the enterprise element of blue technology. Adhering to the design principle of "less is more", it uses simple lines, pure colors and functional layout to create an office space that can not only enhance the brand image, but also be efficient, comfortable and modern, and discards complicated decorations. Highlight the essence and practicality of the space to enable employees to focus on their work in a simple and lively environment, thereby enhancing efficiency. Spatial planning: An open layout is adopted to reduce spatial barriers and ensure that each functional area is closely connected yet relatively independent. Open office areas, independent meeting rooms, negotiation areas, leisure areas, etc. are set up to ensure maximum space utilization and smooth personnel flow. Break the traditional pattern of office space and build a fluid and evolving spatial system. With human-oriented experience as the core, we create a flexible and precise functional layout to adapt to diverse work and interaction scenarios, and reinterpret the new connotation of the "office".

空间，既起到一定分隔作用，又不阻碍视线，保持空间连贯性与开阔感。

At the entrance of the space, a transparent partition featuring the "Guoxin Huishi LOGO" is designed to separate the public office area from the corridor. This partition not only serves as a visual delineation but also maintains spatial continuity and openness by allowing unobstructed views.

公共办公区在色彩运用上以白色、蓝色和木色为主色调。白色营造明亮开阔感，蓝色增添冷静、专业氛围，木色带来自然温暖氛围，局部点缀亮色软装，活跃空间气氛。

The public office area features a color scheme centered around white, blue, and wood tones. White creates a bright and airy ambiance, blue adds a sense of calm professionalism, and wood introduces natural warmth. Accented with vibrant soft furnishings in select areas, the space achieves a balanced blend of functionality and visual energy.

深蓝色用于天花板区域，增加空间层次感与稳重感，同时与白色、浅灰色搭配协调，避免空间过于单调。

Dark blue is used for the ceiling area to enhance the spatial hierarchy and a sense of stability. Meanwhile, it is harmoniously matched with white and light gray to avoid the space from being overly monotonous.

空间中追求造型的简洁性和功能性，避免过多的装饰和繁琐的细节。采用直线条，没有过多的雕刻和装饰，以简洁流畅的线条展现其优雅的气质。

In the space, there is a pursuit of simplicity and functionality in form, avoiding excessive decoration and cumbersome details. Straight lines are adopted without excessive carving and ornamentation, presenting its elegant charm with simple and smooth lines.

摒弃过多隔断，采用开放式办公形式，让空间开阔通透，促进员工交流协作，提高空间利用率。如谷歌办公室，员工可自由交流想法，激发创意 。

By abandoning excessive partitions and adopting an open-office format, the space becomes open and transparent, fostering employee communication and collaboration while enhancing space utilization. Take Google's office as an example, where employees can freely exchange ideas and spark creativity.

，布置有蓝白配色的沙发、木质与白色结合的小茶几，以及高脚桌椅。该区域供员工短暂休息、头脑风暴或小型会议，增强了空间的多功能性。

A comfortable discussion area is set up on the left side of the public office zone, furnished with blue-and-white sofas, small coffee tables combining wood and white tones, and high-top tables with chairs. This area allows employees to take short breaks, hold brainstorming sessions, or conduct small meetings, enhancing the multi-functionality of the space.

展厅入口两侧靠墙设有大型显示屏，既能突出展示科技感十足的界面，还可用于展示企业产品功能、数据信息或项目成果等。下方白色柜体用于收纳展示设备及相关资料。

Large display screens are installed along the walls on both sides of the entrance, showcasing highly technological interfaces. These screens are used to present corporate product functions, data information, project achievements, etc. Below the screens, white cabinets provide storage for display equipment and related materials.

天花板采用大面积的矩形透光设计，并以线条灯勾勒轮廓，提供了充足且均匀的基础照明，同时营造出科技感与未来感。光线的运用不仅增强了空间的明亮度，还突出了展示内容。

The ceiling features a large-scale rectangular light-transmitting design, with contour lines outlined by linear lights, providing ample and uniform basic illumination while creating a sense of technological and futuristic ambiance. The use of light not only enhances the brightness of the space but also highlights the displayed content.

会议室呈现出现代简约风格，以中性色调为主，营造出沉稳、专业且舒适的氛围。空间布局规整大气，线条简洁流畅，给人一种简洁高效的视觉感受，适配于商务洽谈、企业决策等正式会议场景。

The meeting room presents a modern and simple style, with neutral tones as the main color, creating a stable, professional and comfortable atmosphere. The spatial layout is regular and grand, with simple and smooth lines, giving people a visual impression of simplicity and efficiency, and is suitable for formal meeting scenarios such as business negotiations and enterprise decision-making.

在色彩运用上以浅木色、灰色、白色为主色调，搭配绿植的绿色，色彩搭配和谐统一，营造出简洁、沉稳又不失活力的空间氛围。

In terms of color application, the main tones are light wood color, gray and white, complemented by the green of green plants. The color combination is harmonious and unified, creating a simple, stable yet vibrant spatial atmosphere.

在照明设计上

采用大面积的矩形透光设计，提供充足且均匀的基础照明，使整个空间明亮通透。辅助筒灯、灯带等间接照明，进一步丰富空间层次感，同时避免强光直射带来的不适感，满足不同会议场景的照明需求。

In terms of lighting design, large-area rectangular translucent designs are adopted to provide sufficient and uniform basic illumination, making the entire space bright and transparent. Supplementary indirect lighting such as recessed spotlights and light strips further enriches the spatial layering, while avoiding discomfort caused by direct strong light and meeting the lighting needs of different conference scenarios.

The chairman's office employs clean and smooth modern lines, neutral tones, and geometric shapes, while integrating high-quality materials, delicate finishes, and stylish designs. Using wood veneer, glass, marble, and other materials to create the spatial structure, and matching with exquisite soft furnishings, it creates a calm, comfortable, and elegant atmosphere.
