设计前言

Preface

本案是一个私宅设计项目，一个127平三室户，位于贵阳市花溪区

房子是一家三口自住，长辈也偶尔回来住，所以需要充分考虑全家人的需求。

男屋主是个律师，同时是个女儿奴，在家除了工作就是喜欢陪娃写作业玩耍，当然了，作为男生也希望在家里拥有自己私人空间。

女屋主是个大学老师，内心少女感满满，充满童趣，

所以非常期待一个能在各种细节满足她的小心愿，情绪价值拉满的家

这套房子位于一楼，原始户型的采光不是很好，而且公共空间比较中心的地方有一堵承重墙拆不掉，比较尴尬。如何解决采光问题，如何巧妙的消化这堵承重墙，让每个家庭成员都满足自己的心愿，同时又做出亮点，是我们的设计重点

This case is a private house design project, a 127-square-meter three-bedroom apartment located in Huaxi District, Guiyang City

The house is for a family of three, and the elders come back occasionally, so the needs of the whole family need to be fully considered.The male homeowner is a lawyer and a daughter slave. In addition to working at home, he likes to do homework and play with his children. Of course, as a boy, he also hopes to have his own private space at home.The female homeowner is a university teacher, full of girlishness and childlike fun.So I am very looking forward to a home that can satisfy her little wishes in various details and fill her emotional value.

This house is located on the first floor. The original apartment has not been well-lit. Moreover, there is a load-bearing wall in the center of the public space that cannot be removed, which is embarrassing. How to solve the lighting problem, how to skillfully digest this load-bearing wall, so that every family member can satisfy their wishes, and at the same time make highlights, is our design focus

改造前：

1.客厅有一堵承重墙无法拆除，和屋主想要一个宽敞通透的公共空间的心愿有冲突

2.房子原本在一楼采光就不是很好，外加朝南的空间被分割得比较细碎，让采光问题变得更加棘手

Before the renovation:

1. There is a load-bearing wall in the living room that cannot be removed, which conflicts with the owner's wish to have a spacious and transparent public space.

2. The lighting on the first floor was not very good, and the south-facing space was divided into finer details, making the lighting problem even more difficult.

改造后：

1.结合承重墙做了一个滑梯游戏盒子，并且兼做了电视背景墙

2.通过地台链接客厅、游戏盒子和多功能游戏区，

极大的增加了公共空间的宽敞和通透性

3.拆除朝南面零碎的墙，用两扇落地窗纳入所有的光线

4.

多功能游戏区墙面放置一整面玻璃墙，空间效果宽敞加倍

5.公共空间设立了咖啡角，女主人还通过薄柜极致的收纳各式各样的咖啡杯

After the transformation:

1. A slide game box was made in combination with the load-bearing wall, and also used as a TV background wall

2. Connect the living room, game box and multi-functional game area through the platform, greatly increasing the spaciousness and transparency of the public space

3. Remove the fragmented walls facing south and incorporate all the light with two floor-to-ceiling windows

4. Place a complete glass wall on the wall of the multi-functional game area, and the space effect is more spacious and doubled

5. A coffee corner was set up in the public space, and the hostess also used a thin cabinet to store all kinds of coffee cups

入户口的咖啡角可是大藏玄机，薄柜中藏着女主人从世界各地收藏的杯子，整齐收纳柜中，开门即是琳琅满目的咖啡杯展示墙（女主人的心头好，每一只都承载着回忆），关门则瞬间恢复整洁收纳态。

”，将爱好与生活完美融合。在这里冲一杯咖啡，看着孩子在不远处安全地玩耍，便是最理想的居家画面

The coffee corner where you enter your household registration is a secret. In the thin cabinet is a cup that the hostess has collected from all over the world. In the neat storage cabinet, the door opens to a wide range of coffee cup display walls (the hostess’ favorite, each carrying memories), and when it closes, it returns to the neat storage state immediately. "Display when opening the door, and storage when closing the door", perfectly integrates hobbies with life. Make a cup of coffee here and watch the children play safely not far away, it is the most ideal home picture

本次设计将屋子承重墙设计成一个内藏滑滑梯的城堡，大胆的采用了明黄色，这面墙瞬间化身为孩子们专属的

“黄色城堡”，在大人看电视时小

朋友也能快乐玩耍，做到互不干扰又能轻松自洽

This design designs the load-bearing wall of the house into a castle with slides, boldly adopting bright yellow. This wall instantly turns into a "yellow castle" exclusive to children. Children can also play happily when adults watch TV, so that they do not interfere with each other and can be easily and self-consistent

多功能区域装上了酷酷的黑色的洞洞板，纽扣装饰的箱子延续了可可爱爱的风格

The multi-function area is equipped with cool black hole boards, and the button-decorated box continues the cute style

阳光撒进屋里，从餐厅望向客厅，糖果味满满

The sun shines into the house, looking from the dining room to the living room, full of candy smell

Integrated into the multi-functional area, the swing has become the perfect "discharge tool" for children! Paired with a large carpet in the game area, the "big baby" and "little baby" can sit on the ground at any time and enjoy lazy time. I heard that the child even removed the swing and reinstalled it because he was punished.

“空间魔术师”！镜面反射有效延伸了视觉边界，让小空间瞬间感觉开阔了一倍，为孩子腾挪出更充裕的活动场地

The use of glass mirrors to enlarge the space of the multi-functional platform game area. This is not only a design element, but also a real "space magician"! The mirror reflection effectively extends the visual boundaries, making the small space feel twice as wide as possible, and provides more abundant activity venues for children.

The fun wall composed of hole boards + enamel boards... All of this together constitutes a powerful and fun children's exclusive playground. Children are here to play, consume energy, safe and happy
