In the strategic highland east of the Outer Ring Expressway and north of the Hujia Expressway in Shanghai's Baoshan District, Lingang NanDa is charting the blueprint for a future sci-tech innovation park under the banner of "Digital Intelligence." This area is not only fertile ground for industrial development but also an ideal city brimming with innovative vitality and humanistic warmth.

紧扣 “地上一座城、地下一座城、云上一座城” 的上位规划理念，数智南大致力于打造特色化、数字化、绿色化、国际化的特色园区。以极致多元复合的公共空间体验为目标，采用 “公园 +” 的规划方式，将人、城市、环境、产业完美协调，力求成为理想办公的 “快乐星球”。

Guided by the overarching planning concept of "a city above ground, a city below ground, and a city in the cloud," Digital Intelligence NanDa is committed to building a distinctive, digital, green, and international innovation hub. With the goal of creating an exceptionally diverse and integrated public space experience, it adopts a "park+" planning approach to harmonize people, the city, the environment, and industry—striving to become the ultimate "happy planet" for ideal workspaces.

Planning Strategy: Weaving a Four-Dimensional Integrated Network

为实现这一构想，数智南大构建了空中、地面、水上、地下四层网络，形成多维交点、三大首层和一个平台的规划策略。组团内，廊道打通地下空间，廊桥连通办公塔楼；组团间，绿地步道、慢行系统、特色码头与游船系统串联各开发组团。同时，结合建筑功能布局，打造服务首层、形象首层和互动首层三大办公配套体系，全方位满足园区需求。

To realize this vision, Digital Intelligence NanDa has established a four-tiered network spanning aerial, ground, water, and underground levels, forming a planning strategy characterized by multi-dimensional intersections, three primary layers, and an integrated platform.

Within each cluster, corridors connect underground spaces while skybridges link office towers. Between clusters, green pedestrian paths, slow-traffic systems, and distinctive docks and ferry routes seamlessly integrate all development zones. Simultaneously, three tailored office support systems—the Service Layer, the Image Layer, and the Interaction Layer—are designed in alignment with architectural functions to comprehensively meet the needs of the innovation hub.

As the district's gateway waterfront, this iconic development redefines spatial boundaries through grand, expansive designs featuring aerial skybridges, vertical interactive spaces, and sunken plazas. By seamlessly blending indoor-outdoor transitions and integrating office-commercial functions, it energizes underground retail while establishing itself as NanDa's definitive waterside landmark.

2. 休闲商务水岸

Leisure Business Waterfront

位于创新商务片区，为中小型企业定制适宜的互动场所。水岸盒子的巧妙置入，增添了共享空间，让各类商务与商业活动灵活开展，形成特色商业水街。

Strategically located in the innovation business district, this development offers customized collaborative spaces designed for small and medium enterprises. The innovative "Waterfront Pods" create dynamic shared spaces that facilitate flexible business and commercial interactions, ultimately forming a distinctive commercial promenade with unique waterside character.

毗邻外环防护林带，实现从城市到生态氛围的自然过渡。科普互动空间成为中小学生的生态课堂，也为动植物提供了栖息繁衍的家园。

Adjacent to the Outer Ring greenbelt, this area creates a seamless transition from urban to natural environments. Its interactive ecological education spaces serve as outdoor classrooms for students while providing habitats for local flora and fauna.
