宁波自古因港而兴，自古是重要港口，对外藩贸窗口，城内水道纵横，三江汇流。缦岛湾位于东钱湖景区大IP辐射范围内，一面繁华，一面归隐，拥有核心的自然和人文资源。

Ningbo has thrived since ancient times because of its port. It has always been an important port and a window for foreign trade. The city is crisscrossed by waterways and has the confluence of three rivers.

售楼处以大地色调为主传递出柔和、放松的感受，一抹绿色将窗外自然蔓延至室内，让身心放松下来，带来沉浸式度假体验。

The sales office mainly uses earth tones to convey a soft and relaxing feeling. A touch of green naturally spreads from outside the window into the interior, allowing the body and mind to relax and bringing an immersive vacation experience.

郁郁葱葱的苔藓与花朵一路蔓延，在角落绽放如同春天倾泻而出，将春天独有的温柔和新生的绿意融入空间氛围。这是缦岛的春天。

The lush moss and flowers spread all the way, blooming in the corner as if spring were pouring out, infusing the unique tenderness and fresh greenery of spring into the spatial atmosphere. This is the spring of Man Island.

以缦岛随处可见的一棵树、一朵花为灵感把生长的形态变成花朵的形状。向下扎根，向上生长。

Blossom takes inspiration from a tree or a flower that can be seen everywhere on Aman Island, transforming its growth form into the shape of a flower. Take root downward and grow upward.

打造沉浸式互动场域，处于这个场域，与空间、与建筑、与环境相融，处于这个场域，能唤醒关于环境的记忆，沉浸其中。

Create an immersive interactive space. In this space, one can blend with the space, the building and the environment. In this space, one can awaken memories of the environment and immerse oneself in it.

流线延续，元素融合

自然中的曲线代表着生生不息的生命力和自由，这种力量延续到项目的景观、建筑线条、室内空间，再到软装当中，身处其中，却能在不断变化的流动视角中感受到统一和谐性

。

引入自然，感知自然。

The curves in nature represent the ever-lasting vitality and freedom. This force extends to the project's landscape, architectural lines, interior space, and even the soft furnishings. Being in it, one can feel the unity and harmony in the constantly changing and flowing perspective.

洽谈区以现代的手法重新呈现和组合，细腻和粗糙材质的对比和高底层次的组合形式，把自然的气息引入空间。保留其部分自然肌理，感受自然赋予的不同材质带来的温度与情感，丰富空间层次和视觉享受。

The negotiation area is re-presented and recombined with modern techniques. The contrast between smooth and rough materials and the combination of high and low heights bring a natural atmosphere into the space.

健身房、游泳池都比照专业的尺度进行设计，器械整齐排列。透过落地窗，树影随呼吸晃动，景色尽收眼底。运动间，身心渐入佳境。与窗外自然景观和光影婆娑相融

Through the floor-to-ceiling Windows, the tree shadows sway with each breath, and the scenery comes into full view.During exercise, both the body and mind gradually enter a good state.

将空间可感受释放在嗅觉与触觉上，火山岩黏土等肌理感强的材质，带来接近泥土的芬芳与雨后的甘苔香。

Release the spatial perception through the sense of smell and touch, using materials with strong texture such as volcanic rock and clay. It brings a fragrance close to the earth and a sweet moss scent after the rain.

留白是让空间呼吸的哲学

Leaving blank space

VIP室空间中适当的留白，使光影赋予空间更多的温度和情感。秩序与边界之间，借助光与影细致阐述无限的生活方式，容纳所有思绪的自由性，这里是缦岛之冬。

The appropriate blank space in the VIP room enables the light and shadow to endow the space with more warmth and emotion.Between order and boundaries, through light and shadow, the infinite way of life is elaborately expounded, accommodating the freedom of all thoughts.

脚下是柔软，心中是温柔。褪去装饰只留下纯粹白和一片宁静摇曳的花火带来温度与生机，以散淡的姿态静静等待落日余晖。

The feet are soft and the heart is gentle. Stripping away the decorations, only pure white and a serene flickering fireworks remain, bringing warmth and vitality. With a relaxed posture, it quietly awaits the afterglow of the setting sun.

In a flowing perspective

Feel the inner and outer elevation of life

树影摇曳、水光粼粼，交相掩映，激活空间来客穿行其中。还原自然所营造的情绪体验，就像是在探索艺术中的沉浸式精神狂欢。

The swaying tree shadows and the shimmering water complement each other, enlivening the space as visitors wander through it. Restoring the emotional experience created by nature is like exploring an immersive spiritual carnival in art.

茶室在材质上以木材、石材、布艺营造有机的平衡，山石木的自然肌理，生命之美，自然之美，生活之美 ，由视觉体验到内心的生活感知，不流于惊艳，而追求长久的内心舒适。

The tea room creates an organic balance in terms of materials such as wood, stone and fabric. The natural texture of mountains, stones and wood, the beauty of life, nature and living, from visual experience to inner perception of life, does not merely aim for amazement but pursues long-lasting inner comfort.

将层林尽染的秋色装裱成画层层叠叠变幻的色彩为空间增添一抹色彩，寓意着收获与圆满丰收之意的私宴厅是缦岛之秋。

The autumn colors of the forest are framed into a painting. The layers of changing colors add a touch of color to the space. The private banquet hall, symbolizing harvest and a bountiful harvest, is the autumn of Man Island.

亲子互动区简洁流畅的线条勾勒空间轮廓，色调明亮而清新，高低错落的软垫模仿山丘绿坡，在这里释放天性，自由自在，充满童趣，为孩子们提供了充满想象和创造力的空间，这是缦岛的夏天

。

The parent-child interaction area features simple and smooth lines outlining the spatial contours. The color scheme is bright and fresh. The soft cushions of varying heights imitate the green slopes of hills. Here, one can release their nature, be free and easy, and be full of childlike fun. It provides children with a space full of imagination and creativity. This is the summer of Man Island.

将生活与文化相融合，以艺术视角和自然纯粹带动感官，探寻人与自然的平衡，传递出未来城市寻觅的精神品质及更高的价值追求。透过缦岛遥望一座城市的春夏秋冬。

Integrating life with culture, driving the senses with an artistic perspective and the purity of nature, exploring the balance between humans and nature, and conveying the spiritual qualities and higher value pursuits that future cities seek. Looking out through Man Island, one can see the four seasons of a city.
