假设实景｜《墨煦间》66m²逆袭改造，绽放三代同堂“小而美”的丰盛生活

OWNER'S 

STORY

本案为66㎡爆改两居室，方寸天地间，盛放着四口人温热的生活场。他们喜欢简约美学，更期盼阳光能流淌进家的每个角落。

This case involves the renovation of a 66 square meter two bedroom apartment, providing a cozy living space for four people in every inch of space. They like minimalist aesthetics and look forward to sunlight flowing into every corner of their home.

设计师以现代笔触重构空间格局，以温润暖调为画布，木色与黑色恣意挥洒点缀，如墨迹在宣纸上晕染、收放，深浅相宜，是为“墨”；暖光流转，木纹低语，是为“煦”。一个名为“墨煦间”的温暖故事，就此落笔。

The designer reconstructs the spatial pattern with modern brushstrokes, using warm and mellow tones as the canvas, and freely embellishing with wood and black colors, like ink blending and expanding on rice paper, with appropriate depth, which is called "ink"; The warm light flows and the wood grain whispers softly, which is called 'xu'. A heartwarming story called 'Mo Xujian' comes to an end.

在这里，设计师重构的不只是空间，更是光的路径、生活的秩序、三代人既亲密又独立的相处哲学，使之打破紧凑格局的桎梏，完成三代人生活方式的优雅平衡。

Here, the designer is not only reconstructing the walls, but also the path of light, the order of life, and the philosophy of intimate and independent coexistence among three generations, breaking the shackles of compact patterns and achieving an elegant balance of three generations' lifestyles.

原户型缺陷

1. 入户门正对主卧，为风水禁忌；

2. 入户过道狭长，空间浪费面积大；

3. 自然光线不足，昏暗压抑，居住体验感差；

4. 户型紧凑，功能分区零碎分散，缺少家庭活动空间；

5. 全屋收纳空间不足，无法满足三代人的储物需求。

改造后亮点

1.入户门厅设置玄关柜，台盆外置作为背景墙，增加入户的私密性与仪式感；

2.开放式厨房与餐厅连通，充分利用过道，提升自然采光，让空间更显开阔；

3.增加独立客厅，推拉门作为客餐厅分界线，开合间有效隔绝油烟，提升空间的交互性；

4.主卧设置独立书桌/化妆区，增加整墙隐藏式收纳柜，满足屋主大容量的收纳需求；

5.次卧与阳台融合，保留洗烘晾晒区，同时增加独立书桌区，为小朋友营造好友的学习环境。

▲墨韵初绽 格栅引序

推门即见隐藏式玄关柜，中间镂空可随手置放钥匙、香薰、或艺术摆件；底部双层悬空结构，井然有序收纳一家四口日常进出的鞋履。门厅的光线如破晓曦光漫溢，温柔指引归途。

Pushing open the door reveals a hidden foyer cabinet, with a hollow center for easy placement of keys, aromatherapy, or artistic ornaments; The double-layer suspended structure at the bottom neatly stores the shoes that a family of four enters and exits daily. The light in the entrance hall spreads like dawn, gently guiding the way home.

垂直的木饰格栅悄然伫立，成为视觉的对景。竖直线条如展卷般，将东方意境的含蓄与仪式感引入现代空间，它巧妙地隔而不绝，既有效提升了入口的私密性，避免开门见厅的局促，又允许光线自由渗透。

The vertical wooden decorative grille stands quietly, becoming a visual backdrop. The vertical lines, like a scroll, introduce the implicit and ritualistic atmosphere of Eastern culture into modern spaces. They cleverly separate and extend, effectively enhancing the privacy of the entrance, avoiding the cramped situation of opening the door to the hall, and allowing light to freely penetrate.

▲光蕴流动 烟火生香

设计师拆除了原有过道的隔墙，让空间豁然开朗，如同打开了光的闸门，使得原本闭塞的区域瞬间被光填满。

The designer removed the partition wall of the original aisle, making the space suddenly open up, like opening a light gate, instantly filling the previously closed area with light.

L型操作台面，成为开放式厨房高效运转的核心，上方的吊柜与下方的地柜，共同构筑了强大的垂直收纳系统，洗碗机、烤箱一应俱全，升腾幸福的烟火气。

The L-shaped countertop has become the core of efficient operation in an open kitchen. The hanging cabinet above and the floor cabinet below together form a powerful vertical storage system, with dishwashers and ovens readily available, creating a joyful and lively atmosphere.

DINING ROOM

▲黄金三角 流畅动线

巧妙利用原过道释放出的空间，打造独立餐厅区域，沉稳的黑色岩板餐桌，如一方打磨光润的墨玉砚台，质感冷冽却因环境而蕴生暖意。

Cleverly utilizing the space released by the original aisle to create an independent dining area, the stable black rock dining table is like a polished jade inkstone, with a cold texture but warm atmosphere due to the environment.

用餐区与洗手台、餐边柜，三者构成了流畅高效的“黄金三角”。奶奶从厨房端菜至餐桌，妈妈在餐边柜取直饮水，爸爸在洗手台清洁水果等，行动轨迹自然交织，互不干扰。

The dining area, washbasin, and dining cabinet form a smooth and efficient "golden triangle". Grandma brings dishes from the kitchen to the dining table, Mom takes direct drinking water from the sideboard, and Dad cleans fruits at the sink. Their movements are naturally intertwined and do not interfere with each other.

紧邻餐桌的洗手台下方采用镂空设计，成为扫地机器人的专属“归巢”，运作完毕自动返回隐藏，视觉清爽，彻底解放双手；嵌入式双开门冰箱与餐边柜视觉上浑然一体，消弭了大型电器的突兀感。

The sink next to the dining table adopts a hollow design, becoming the exclusive "home" of the robotic vacuum cleaner. After operation, it automatically returns to hide, providing a refreshing visual experience and completely freeing hands; The embedded double door refrigerator and dining cabinet are visually integrated, eliminating the abruptness of large appliances.

LIVING ROOM

▲开阖有序 万般世界

玻璃推拉门，成为客厅与餐厅的灵动边界。门扇轻盈滑开，空间瞬时融为一体，视野纵深感倍增。天光自四面的玻璃窗涌入，毫无阻隔地漫游于整个公区。

A glass sliding door becomes a dynamic boundary between the living room and the dining room. The door leaf slides open lightly, instantly blending into the space and doubling the depth of the view. The sunlight poured in from the glass windows on all sides, wandering freely throughout the entire public area without any obstruction.

门扇闭合时，有效隔绝厨房油烟，守护空气清新，此时客厅化身专属的沉浸式家庭影厅。大面积暖白与原木色拼接柜体，玩具、日用品皆隐于无形；墨色沙发搭配柜体同色系毛绒编织地毯，刚柔并济，三代人的娱乐时光在此温柔沉淀。

When the door is closed, it effectively isolates kitchen fumes and protects fresh air, transforming the living room into an exclusive immersive home theater. Large area warm white and natural wood color splicing cabinet, toys and daily necessities are hidden invisibly; The ink colored main sofa paired with a plush woven carpet of the same color as the cabinet, combining rigidity and softness, gently settling the entertainment time of three generations here.

MASTER BEDROOM

▲自然温润 双生书房

步入主卧，木质台地将休憩区温柔托起。木地板与同质床头背景墙一体延伸，形成被温润木色环抱的“沉浸盒子”。设计师摒弃了传统床头，在床尾整墙定制收纳系统，以水墨为灵感解构柜面，穿插深邃黑色开放格，如墨迹挥洒于留白间。

Entering the master bedroom, the wooden terrace gently supports the resting area. The wooden floor extends seamlessly with the homogeneous headboard background wall, forming an immersive box surrounded by warm wood colors. The designer abandoned the traditional headboard and customized a storage system for the entire wall at the back of the bed. Inspired by ink painting, the cabinet was deconstructed and interspersed with deep black open grids, like ink splattered in the blank space.

在主卧中释放更多空间，打造多功能双生办公区，也可以是女主人的轻化妆区。黑色层板书架嵌入墙体，藏书与艺术摆件列阵其中，当男女主人浸润书香入眠，抵达心神安宁。

Release more space in the master bedroom to create a multifunctional twin office area, which can also serve as a light makeup area for the hostess. The black laminated bookshelf is embedded in the wall, with a collection of books and artistic ornaments arranged in a row. When the male and female owners immerse themselves in the fragrance of books and fall asleep, they reach a state of mental peace.

SECOND BEDROOM

▲悦光小憩 复合功能

将阳台包裹进室内，次卧化作盛放阳光的容器。以云朵白为基底，整面收纳柜消隐于墙面，纯净气息漫溢。床头大面积玻璃窗，将次卧阳光引入客厅，光线如溪流穿透玻璃，电控百叶帘，轻触即调节光影剧本，对光进行自由裁剪。

Wrap the balcony indoors and turn the second bedroom into a container to hold sunlight. Based on cloud white, the entire storage cabinet is hidden on the wall, exuding a pure atmosphere. The large glass window at the head of the bed guides the sunlight from the second bedroom into the living room. The light flows through the glass like a stream, and the electrically controlled blinds adjust the light and shadow script with a light touch, allowing for free cutting of the light.

次卧临阳台处为小朋友划出静谧的学习天地，墙面用隔板打造书架。坐在书桌区，随手就可以取一本童书摊开，阳光洒在书本，清风拂面，抬头是窗外的绿意与天穹。并在阳台保留了洗烘区，让每一平米都实现功能折叠术。

The second bedroom facing the balcony creates a peaceful learning space for children, and the wall is decorated with partitions to create bookshelves. Sitting in the desk area, you can easily take out a children's book and spread it out. The sunlight shines on the book, the breeze brushes your face, and looking up, you can see the greenery and sky outside the window. And a washing and drying area has been reserved on the balcony, allowing every square meter to achieve functional folding technology.

BATHROOM

▲干湿有别 雨林风情

卫浴间将淋浴区与马桶区干湿分离设计，部分墙面采用清新自然的印花瓷砖点缀。当结束完一天疲惫的工作，开启淋浴spa时刻，水汽升腾，绿意沿瓷砖脉络“呼吸”，仿佛顷刻间踏入热带秘境，水声为律、春风作浴，将日常盥洗酿成自然仪式。

The bathroom is designed with dry and wet separation between the shower area and toilet area, and some walls are decorated with fresh and natural printed tiles. After finishing a tiring day's work and starting the shower spa moment, the water vapor rises and the greenery breathes along the veins of the tiles, as if entering a tropical secret realm in an instant. The sound of water is the rhythm, and the spring breeze is the bath, turning daily washing into a natural ritual.
