中法交织的场所重生：北语逸夫楼空间改造实践

北京语言大学逸夫楼建于20世纪90年代，位于北京海淀区学院路15号的北京语言大学校园内。多年来，这里一直是教师和学生活跃的教学场所，培养了许多国内外一流的复合型国际人才，他们如今活跃于世界各地。法国 VP建筑设计事务所（Valode & Pistre）受北京语言大学与北京法语联盟委托有幸参与其中，以建筑为媒介，开启了一段独特的中法文化对话。

The Yifu Building of Beijing Language and Culture University was constructed in the 1990s, located on the campus of Beijing Language and Culture University at 15 Xueyuan Road, Haidian District, Beijing. For many years, it has been a vibrant teaching venue for both faculty and students, cultivating numerous top-tier international talents from both domestic and abroad, who are now active worldwide. The French architectural design firm Valode & Pistre was honored to participate in this project, commissioned by Beijing Language and Culture University and the Beijing French Alliance, using architecture as a medium to initiate a unique cultural dialogue between China and France.

我们以"色彩融合"为核心理念，在法式优雅与中国文化之间展开了一场跨越东西方的设计叙事。

The 'Fusion of Colors' design philosophy orchestrates a dialogue between French sophistication and Chinese cultural heritage.

Through a carefully curated material palette, bespoke furnishings, and layered cultural references, the space achieves a harmonious synthesis.

这一建筑改造项目代表了适应性再利用的范式转变—在保护与创新交汇处创造价值。

我们并未止步于简单的门厅翻新，而是对其空间基因进行了根本性的重构。

 This architectural intervention represents a paradigm shift in adaptive reuse - where preservation and innovation converge to create exponential value. 

Valode & Pistre (VP)

 didn't merely renovate the existing prefunction hall; we fundamentally re-engineered its DNA.

通过空间重组，我们整合了服务区域并优化了动线系统，在提升公共互动空间的同时，

将智能储物功能与服务后勤空间高效嵌入其中。 

Through strategic spatial reprogramming, we consolidated service zones and streamlined circulation, unlocking more area for public engagement while embedding smart storage service spaces and back-of-house in an efficient manner.

这一设计愿景超越了单纯的美学考量——我们将未被充分利用的空间重塑为充满活力的交流场所，把被遗忘的角落转化为沉浸式

文化体验空间。昔日的陈旧区域如今跃动着科技互动式学习环境与精致设计完美融合，让每

方寸都焕发全新价值。

This vision extends beyond aesthetics - we've reimagined underutilized areas as dynamic hubs of innovation, transforming forgotten corners into state-of-the-art educational platforms and immersive cultural experiences. Outdated zones now pulse with cutting-edge technology, where interactive learning environments coexist with refined design, creating new value in every square meter.

空间对话

THE DIALOGUE

原有的石雕被精心保留，如今以铜色铝型材重新框构——这些金属构件兼具双重功能：既保护历史遗产，又与4.9米高的垂直亚克力百叶形成光影互动。这种材料的并置，在传统手工技艺与现代工业制造之间，谱写出富有韵律的空间对话。

The original stone carvings were meticulously conserved, now framed by bronze aluminum profiles that serve dual purposes - both protecting the heritage and reflecting the 4.9-meter vertical acrylic louvers. This intentional material juxtaposition creates a rhythmic conversation between Traditional Craftsmanship and Contemporary Fabrication.

为实现这一无缝衔接的效果，设计团队对历史保留结构与现代百叶系统的接合处进行了精细的处理——这一关键细节是与专业顾问团队紧密协作的成果。

To achieve this seamless effect, thorough attention was given to the junction between the preserved structure and the contemporary louvers—a critical detail developed in close collaboration with a specialized team of consultants.

光影

THE LIGHT

既有的天窗系统——原本仅是简单的采光构件——被重新构想为一个动态色彩体验的载体。悬浮的亚克力板组将空间转化为生动的画布，从黎明到黄昏，变幻的光影色调在室内外持续演变，以瞬息万变的空灵光效重新定义场所氛围。

The existing skylights—once a simple source of daylight—were reimagined as the foundation for an ever-changing chromatic experience. Suspended acrylic panels transform the space into a living canvas, where shifting tones of light and color evolve from dawn to dusk, casting an ethereal glow that redefines the atmosphere moment by moment both inside as well as outside.

THE FIRST IMPRESSION

新外立面展现了内部空间的改造理念。

通过彩色玻璃与金属板的层叠组合，幕墙以充满动感的方式捕捉并折射光线——从白昼到暮色，整座建筑化身为闪耀的艺术地标，焕发着生生不息的艺术生命力。

The exterior’s dynamic new façade serves as a striking architectural manifesto of the interior transformation. Composed of layered colored glass and metallic panels, it captures and refracts light with kinetic energy—transforming the building into a luminous landmark that resonates with artistic vitality from daylight to twilight.

北京的法式花园

FRENCH GARDEN IN BEIJING

改造后的庭院化身为都市花园，巧妙融合法式古典园林的规整美学与北京独特的四季景致。精选栽种的法国薰衣草与黄杨绿植在此蓬勃生长。

The revitalized courtyard emerges as an urban oasis, blending the formal elegance of French jardin à la française with Beijing's distinct seasons. Meticulously curated plantings feature French lavender and boxwood topiaries—specially acclimatized to thrive in Northern China.

这一文化植栽设计围绕着定制廊架下的荫蔽休憩区展开，斑驳光影与四季花期的交织，使庭院成为室内设计叙事的自然延伸。空间呈现出独特的地域真实性：巴黎的优雅韵味，经由北京的光照、气候和使用习惯的过滤，在此完美呈现。

This cultural planting scheme frames shaded seating niches beneath custom-designed pergola, where the interplay of dappled light and seasonal blooms creates a living extension of the interior's design narrative. The space achieves that rare authenticity of place: Parisian grace filtered through Beijing's light, climate, and rhythms of use.

FROM VISION TO REALITY

我们全程主导项目从概念构思到最终落地的全过程，确保每个细节都经过精心打磨。改造后的空间蜕变为一个多功能复合场所——既能举办前沿艺术展览、沉浸式演出，又能承载跨文化对话活动，为原有建筑注入了全新的生命力。

Valode & Pistre orchestrated the project’s evolution from initial vision to final execution, ensuring each element was meticulously refined. The outcome is a versatile, dynamic environment that revitalizes the original structure—transforming it into a multifunctional platform capable to accommodate Cutting-edge exhibitions, Immersive performances and Cross-cultural dialogues simultaneously. 

这次改造项目以建筑为媒，在中法文化的交融中探索出新的可能——当法式优雅遇见东方底蕴，空间便成为两国文化对话的诗意新载体。

This is not just a renovation; it’s a reinvention—and a new benchmark for cultural 

collaboration and architectural storytelling between France and China.
