淮海路神秘新项目：上海龙凤.PRSCO

Huaihai Road TOD is making progress and taking shape as seen on a recent site visit to the historic   Huaihai Road Preservation Zone.

近期，实地考察了历史悠久的淮海路保护区，发现淮海路 TOD 项目正在取得进展并初具规模。

Once complete, the project will bring a fully accessible rooftop garden and community space, the latest retail options, a below-grade metro station, and two repurposed buildings that will function as multi-level event spaces and an integrated anchored bookstore. Project completion is slated for 2025.

项目竣工后，将带来一个完全无障碍的屋顶花园和社区空间、最新的零售选择、一个地下地铁站以及两座改建的建筑，可用作多层活动空间和综合固定书店。项目预计于 2025 年完工。
