# PREAMBLE #

“

屋主の诉求

项目位于普陀区苏州河畔，享有开阔的河景视野。在首次现场勘测时，窗外景色便给设计师留下了深刻印象，这也与业主的愿景不谋而合：希望将这个家打造成一处能让人彻底放松、静心感受生活，并沉醉于落日余晖中体验自由与幸福的河畔栖居。套房内面积为145㎡，设计师根据业主需求，将原始的四房格局优化为两房，这一调整极大地释放了空间潜力，为设计创造了更多可能性。

The project is located on the banks of the Suzhou River in Putuo District, enjoying a wide view of the river. During the first on-site survey, the view outside the window left a deep impression on the designer, which also coincided with the owner's vision: to turn this home into a riverside residence where people can completely relax, calmly experience life, and be immersed in the afterglow of the setting sun to enjoy freedom and happiness. The suite covers an area of 145 square meters. According to the owner's requirements, the designer optimized the original four-bedroom layout into a two-bedroom one. This adjustment greatly unleashed the spatial potential and created more possibilities for the design.

# ENTRANCE #

玄关处以悬挑式换鞋凳构成视觉亮点，它与入户门框统一铺贴洞石，并刻意保留了材质的原始孔洞与朴拙气质。整体设计在提升空间通透感的同时，也营造出一种轻盈、自然的归家氛围。

The visual highlight of the entrance hall is the cantilevered shoe-changing stool. It is uniformly covered with travertine along with the door frame of the entrance, and the original holes and simple and unadorned quality of the material are deliberately retained. The overall design not only enhances the sense of spatial transparency but also creates a light and natural homecoming atmosphere.

# LIVING ROOM #

整个空间设计是暖色调，电视背景墙连着侧面的主卧隐形门被定制的海洋板桦木皮一体包裹，形成一个温润的木作体块。地面铺陈人字拼实木地板，进一步强化了空间的质感与松弛氛围。

The entire space design is in warm tones. The TV background wall and the hidden door of the master bedroom on the side are all wrapped in custom-made ocean board birch veneer, forming a warm wooden volume. The floor is covered with herringbone parquet solid wood flooring, further enhancing the texture and relaxed atmosphere of the space.

在规整方正的客厅格局中，设计师在软装上选择Dandy曲线沙发，优雅弧线成为视觉焦点，与空间结构形成美妙的曲直对比。Puddle茶几未经雕琢的自然纹理，在木质的温润基调上，更添一分粗犷的质朴。而Santa&Cole壁灯散发出的柔和光晕，最终将这份温馨感交织升华

In the regular and square layout of the living room, the designer chose the Dandy curved sofa for soft furnishings. The elegant arc becomes the visual focus, creating a wonderful contrast of curves and straight lines with the spatial structure. The unadorned natural texture of the Puddle coffee table adds a touch of rugged simplicity to the warm and mellow wooden base. The soft glow emitted by the Santa&Cole wall lamps ultimately interweaves and elevates this sense of warmth.

客厅局部抬高打造多功能地台，既是阅读角、健身区，也是观景台。通过“高低差”划分功能，既保持开放感，又赋予空间层次，告别平铺直叙的单调。亚麻材质的窗帘轻柔飘逸，既能保证一定的隐私，又能让光线柔和地透进来。

The living room is partially raised to create a multi-functional platform, which serves as a reading corner, a fitness area and a viewing platform. Through the "height difference" division function, it not only maintains an open sense but also endows the space with layers, bidding farewell to the monotony of plain and straightforward narration. The linen curtains are soft and flowing, ensuring a certain degree of privacy while allowing the light to pass in gently.

餐厨区

# KITCHEN AREA #

开放的格局将客厅、餐厅与厨房自然衔接，融为一体。设计师选用造型简约的Androgyne餐桌与丹麦Carl Hansen & Son餐椅相得益彰，摒弃繁复雕饰，强调了功能主义与自然材料的原始质感。而上方的PH 5吊灯，则以优雅的造型成为视觉焦点，堪称点睛之笔。

The open layout naturally connects the living room, dining room and kitchen, integrating them into one. The designer chose the minimalist Androgyne dining table to complement the Danish Carl Hansen & Son dining chairs, discarding elaborate carvings and emphasizing functionalism and the original texture of natural materials. The PH 5 pendant lamp above, with its elegant design, becomes the visual focus and can be regarded as the finishing touch.

厨房柜门延续了空间的整体语言，同样采用海洋板桦木皮饰面，以温暖的木质肌理统一视觉氛围。岛台与厨房区域自然衔接，形成一体化设计。它不仅拓展了操作空间，更扮演着社交枢纽的角色，兼顾简易就餐与交流功能。此外，为契合业主的身高需求，操作台与岛台均定制为90公分的高度，极大提升了使用的舒适度。

The kitchen cabinet door continues the overall language of the space and also adopts the Marine board birch veneer finish, unifying the visual atmosphere with the warm wood texture. The island counter and the kitchen area are naturally connected, forming an integrated design. It not only expands the operational space but also plays the role of a social hub, integrating the functions of simple dining and communication. In addition, to meet the height requirements of the owner, both the operation console and the island console are customized to a height of 90 centimeters, which greatly enhances the comfort of use.

书房

# STUDY ROOM #

书房与主卧构成大套房布局，功能整合且私密性强。墙面设计采用开放式层架，同时满足书籍收纳与艺术陈列的实用需求；悬浮式书桌则以简约的体块感为空间视觉减负。在柔和纱帘的过滤下，自然光线为空间提供了舒适照明。无论是工作阅读，还是会客品茶，这个空间都能感到格外宁静和放松。

The study and the master bedroom form a large suite layout, with integrated functions and strong privacy. The wall design adopts open shelves, which simultaneously meet the practical needs of book storage and art display. The suspended desk reduces the visual burden of the space with its simple volume sense. Under the filter of the soft gauze curtains, natural light provides comfortable lighting for the space. Whether it's for work reading or receiving guests and enjoying tea, this space can make one feel exceptionally peaceful and relaxed.

卧室

BEDROOM

床头原窗得以保留，并新增了两扇移门。这样既保留了采光和视野，又能在需要时拉上门，让睡眠区域更显私密与安稳。

The original window at the bedside was retained and two sliding doors were added. This way, not only is the lighting and view preserved, but also the door can be pulled open when needed, making the sleeping area more private and secure.

床尾墙面通过桦木皮的多元拼贴组合，整个看起来像搭积木的感觉。

The wall at the end of the bed, through the multi-layered collage combination of birch veneer, gives the overall impression of building with blocks.

次卧保持着整体调性，细腻的配色营造出温馨宜人的休憩氛围。

The secondary bedroom maintains the overall tone, and the delicate color matching creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.

卫生间

# BATHROOM

主卫采用幽灵门设计，门板材质与客厅保持一致，视觉上更为统一。人字拼实木地板与瓷砖实现了无缝拼接，过渡自然。

The master bathroom adopts a ghost door design, with the door panel material being consistent with that of the living room, creating a more unified visual effect. The herringbone parquet solid wood flooring and tiles achieve seamless splicing, with a natural transition.

卫生间采用干湿分离设计，以大理石奠定空间基调。悬浮式储物柜在提升空间利用率的同时，更带来了无卫生死角的清洁体验。

The bathroom adopts a dry-wet separation design, with marble setting the tone of the space. The suspended storage cabinet not only enhances the space utilization rate but also offers a clean experience without any hygiene blind spots.
