“

屋主の诉求

本案的委托人是一对90后的小夫妻，新潮的外表下竟然怀揣一腔老上海的情怀，非常喜欢室内复古混搭的调性。老上海风格源于20世纪30年代中西文化交融的特殊历史时期，以民国海派文化为根基，既保留东方美学精髓，又融合了法式、英式、南洋等西洋建筑装饰元素，形成独特的“混搭美学”。其通过空间叙事（如黑胶唱片墙、老电影海报）唤起情感共鸣，内核反映了我们的委托人对生活品质和精神层面的一种高要求。

The clients of this case are a young couple born in the 1990s. Beneath their trendy appearance lies a deep affection for old Shanghai, and they are very fond of the retro and mixed interior style. The old Shanghai style originated from the special historical period of the integration of Chinese and Western cultures in the 1930s. It is based on the Shanghai-style culture of the Republic of China era. It not only retains the essence of Eastern aesthetics but also integrates Western architectural and decorative elements such as French, British and Southeast Asian styles, forming a unique "eclectic aesthetics". It evokes emotional resonance through spatial narratives (such as vinyl record walls and old movie posters), and the core reflects a high demand of our client for the quality of life and the spiritual aspect.

# ENTRANCE #

原始户型就预留了门厅。推门而入，进到这方寸天地，是摩登与怀旧的和解：脚下Art Deco几何纹拼花地砖晕开琥珀色光斑；左手边是一面镶嵌着骨骼线和精致古铜色门把手的门板，复刻了1930s老克勒的考究。门板后是一间非常实用的衣帽间/储物间。

The original layout reserved a foyer. Pushing the door open and stepping into this small world, it is a reconciliation of modernity and nostalgia: the Art Deco geometric patterned Mosaic floor tiles underfoot glow amber spots; On the left side is a door panel inlaid with skeletal lines and exquisite bronze door handles, replicating the meticulousness of the 1930s by the elder Kler. Behind the door panel is a very practical cloakroom/storage room.

# LIVING ROOM #

这是一间充满温馨与复古韵味的客厅。壁炉采用浅色石材砌成，成为整个空间的视觉核心。沙发区以米白色为主调，搭配柔软的靠垫，营造出舒适的休憩空间。色调柔和的灯饰、复古的木质家具和艺术画，以及法式折叠门上的格子窗……皆透露出老上海风情的浪漫与格调。

This is a living room brimming with warmth and retro charm. The fireplace is built with light-colored stone and becomes the visual core of the entire space. The sofa area is mainly in off-white tones, complemented by soft cushions, creating a comfortable resting space. Soft-toned lighting fixtures, vintage wooden furniture and art paintings, as well as lattice Windows on French folding doors... All of them reveal the romance and style of old Shanghai.

在柔和晨曦的沐浴下，客厅的一角显现出一幅宁静而温馨的画。

女主人悠闲地坐在地毯上，靠在白色软垫扶手椅上，面前是一张别致的原木茶，桌面拓印着不同树叶的标本，

仿佛将大自然的韵味悄带入室内。

这一切无不彰显出一种自然与人文的和谐美感，让人在此感受到一份难得的宁静与舒适。

Bathed in the gentle morning light, a corner of the living room reveals a peaceful and warm picture. The hostess sat leisurely on the carpet, leaning against a white upholstered armchair. In front of her was a unique wooden tea, with specimens of different leaves printed on the table, as if quietly bringing the charm of nature into the room. All of this highlights a harmonious beauty of nature and humanity, allowing people to feel a rare sense of tranquility and comfort here.

# KITCHEN AREA #

厨房设计以柔和色调与恰到好处的光线营造出温馨而高雅的氛围，奶白色的窗格和橱柜搭配米色艺术砖，充满老上海和法式混搭的艺术美感。厨房还连通了一个小阳台，上翻式窗口和白色瓷砖背景墙的搭配，非常别致而复古，同时保持了整体的视觉通透。自然光通过门窗洒入，照亮了每一个角落，传递出一种优雅的生活态度。

The kitchen design creates a warm and elegant atmosphere with soft tones and just the right amount of light. The cream-colored window lattices and cabinets are paired with beige artistic tiles, exuding an artistic beauty that blends old Shanghai and French styles. The kitchen is also connected to a small balcony. The combination of the upward-flipping window and the white tiled background wall is very unique and retro, while maintaining the overall visual transparency. Natural light spills in through the doors and Windows, illuminating every corner and conveying an elegant attitude towards life.

餐厅和厨房空间连通，整体色调温暖而雅致。胡桃木色的餐边柜和吊柜提供了充足的收纳空间，而门板镶嵌的骨骼线，充满着复古而优雅的气息。圆形实木餐桌和四把餐椅，搭配设计师款的别致吊灯，柔和的光线让整个餐厅更加温馨有氛围。

The dining room and kitchen space are connected, and the overall color tone is warm and elegant. The walnut-colored sideboard and wall cabinets offer ample storage space, while the door panels inlaid with skeletal lines exude a retro and elegant charm. The round solid wood dining table and four dining chairs, paired with the designer's unique chandelier, the soft light makes the entire dining room more warm and atmospheric.

# TOILET #

公共卫生间，散发着老上海的摩登格调。立面是柔和的米色艺术砖点缀立体花卉图案的手工砖，细腻的花纹与色彩交织，搭配几何复古拼花地砖，营造出一种温馨而雅致的氛围。大理石台面光滑如镜，搭配金色的水龙头和把手和淋浴房的金色边框，尽显奢华与精致。

The public restrooms exude the modern style of old Shanghai. The facade is decorated with soft beige artistic tiles and handcrafted tiles featuring three-dimensional floral patterns. The delicate patterns and colors interweave, complemented by geometric retro parquet floor tiles, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The marble countertop is as smooth as a mirror. Paired with the golden faucet and handle and the golden frame of the shower room, it exudes luxury and refinement.

主卫台盆柜采用弧面造型，胡桃木色的柜体搭配弧形大理石台面，充满了老上海的复古韵味。

The master bathroom countertop cabinet adopts an arc-shaped design. The walnut-colored cabinet body is paired with an arc-shaped marble countertop, exuding a retro charm of old Shanghai.

# BEDROOM #

当清晨的第一缕阳光穿透若隐若现的麻质窗帘，木地板上泛起柔和的光晕。这一刻，自然与现代的完美融合悄然唤醒空间的灵魂。整面飘窗将室外绿意引入室内，业主DIY的书桌静立于晨光下，仿佛为思绪搭建了一座与自然对话的桥梁。米色调墙面与实木家具相得益彰，窗帘的垂坠感在微风中轻舞，让每一次指尖敲击键盘的节奏，都化作与自我深度对话的诗意。

When the first ray of sunlight of the morning pierced through the faintly visible linen curtains, a soft glow spread across the wooden floor. At this moment, the perfect blend of nature and modernity quietly awakens the soul of the space. The entire bay window brings the greenery from outside into the room. The owner's DIY desk stands quietly in the morning light, as if building a bridge for the thoughts to communicate with nature. The beige walls and solid wood furniture complement each other perfectly. The drape of the curtains dances gently in the breeze, turning every tapping of the keyboard into a poetic dialogue with oneself in depth.

复古的主吊灯和床头吊灯，恰似一件件被光影雕琢的现代艺术品。

The retro main chandelier and bedside chandelier are just like modern artworks carved by light and shadow.

次卧未来可作为儿童房使用。卧室偏西南方，落日的余光将窗外风景与室内肌理编织成一卷流动的视觉诗。双层Low-E玻璃在滤降噪尘的同时，将光影温柔递送至每一寸空间。

The secondary bedroom can be used as a children's room in the future. The bedroom is located in the southwest. The afterglow of the setting sun weaves the view outside the window and the interior texture into a flowing visual poem. The double-layer Low-E glass filters out noise and dust while gently delivering light and shadow to every inch of space.

推开长辈房的大门，时光仿佛被轻轻拨转至旧时上海滩的鎏金岁月。这间父母房以海派风情为骨，将东方雅韵与西洋摩登悄然融汇。定制檀木镶铜床头柜成双而立，柜角台灯倾洒琥珀色光晕，恰似外滩夜色中摇曳的烛火剪影。当夜风拂过，光影在墙面织就流动的暗花，恍惚间仿佛听见留声机流淌的爵士乐，与窗外梧桐树影共谱一曲浮生旧梦。

Pushing open the door of the elders' room, time seems to be gently turned back to the golden days of old Shanghai Bund. This parents' room is based on the essence of Shanghai style, quietly blending the elegance of the East with the modernity of the West. The custom-made sandalwood bedside tables with copper inlays stand in pairs, and the table lamps at the corners of the cabinets emit an amber-colored glow, just like the silhouette of flickering candlelight in the night of the Bund. When the night breeze blows, the light and shadow weave flowing dark flowers on the wall. In a trance, it seems as if one can hear the jazz music flowing from the phonograph, and together with the shadows of the paulownia trees outside the window, they compose a piece of old dreams of fleeting life.
