Functional Aesthetics & Artistic Symbiosis

本案是个203㎡的二手房改造项目，位于中鹰黑森林。本次设计聚焦于空间功能重构，以餐厨区为核心对原户型进行优化改造，。针对业主四口之家的生活诉求，着重升级烹饪系统的实用性与家庭互动场景，结合业主平日对艺术藏品的喜爱，在舒适的基础上增添一些艺术浪漫的气息，于日常栖居中平衡功能主义与浪漫美学表达。

This project involves the renovation of a 203㎡ resale property in Zhongying Black Forest. Our redesign focuses on spatial reconfiguration with the kitchen-dining area as its core, transforming the original layout to better serve a four-member family. We've prioritized enhancing culinary functionality while creating interactive family spaces, thoughtfully integrating the homeowners' art collection to infuse artistic romance into comfortable living. The final design achieves a harmonious balance between practical efficiency and aesthetic poetry, crafting a daily living experience where functionalism gracefully coexists with romantic expression.

玄关

入户映入眼帘的是小众艺术家作品以“塑料花和珍珠泪”为主题发售的艺术品，寓意着岁月沉淀和激情涌动，冥冥中也展现了业主的生活态度。玄关处敲除了原始实体隔墙，定制整排通顶储物柜，以开放格与封闭柜组合满足进门衣物、鞋履的收纳需求，让功能与尺度共生。

Upon entry, visitors are immediately captivated by a limited-edition artwork titled Plastic Flowers and Pearl Tears by an emerging artist. This piece symbolizes the coexistence of life’s enduring沉淀 (sedimentation) and passionate spontaneity, subtly mirroring the homeowners’ philosophy of embracing both nostalgia and vitality. In the foyer, we demolished the original solid partition wall and replaced it with floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry. A strategic mix of open shelving and closed compartments addresses practical needs for storing coats, shoes, and daily essentials, achieving a symbiotic relationship between functionality and spatial poetry.

一体式餐厨

定制岩板餐岛一体桌内置金属收边条，隐蔽原洗衣机位的排水管路；将洗衣机位移至过道区域，通过L型柜体延伸重构操作台面，形成烹饪——就餐——储物的复合功能模块，灰调柜体与岩板肌理在光影中强化了空间整体性，也方便了平日的起居生活。

The custom lava stone dining island, edged with sleek metal trim, ingeniously conceals the original laundry area’s drainage system. By relocating the washing machine to the corridor, we extended the L-shaped cabinetry to reconfigure countertop space, creating a multifunctional hub that seamlessly integrates cooking, dining, and storage. Gray-toned cabinetry and textured lava stone surfaces harmonize under ambient lighting, enhancing spatial cohesion while streamlining daily routines with pragmatic elegance.

客厅

从装饰与功能两方面改造原客厅的两侧白墙，一侧打造展储一体柜，满足了业主平日喜欢收藏潮玩艺术品的展示陈列需求和储物功能，另一侧延展整面电视柜，让艺术表达与生活实用达成默契平衡。

软装上以业主原有地毯的红色为基调，搭配B&B布艺沙发、玻璃茶几及中式红凳，并在其中穿插低饱和绿色单品呼应电视背景墙，对比间形成连贯的色彩体系。

The original white walls flanking the living room were reimagined through both decorative and functional lenses. On one side, a hybrid display-storage cabinet was crafted to showcase the homeowner’s curated collection of trendy art toys while providing practical storage – a testament to how curation meets utility. Opposite, a full-wall media unit extends seamlessly, striking a harmonious interplay between artistic expression and everyday functionality. 

For soft furnishings, we anchored the scheme in the vibrant red tones of the client’s existing rug. A B&B Italia fabric sofa, glass coffee table, and traditional Chinese crimson stools form the foundation, punctuated by muted green accents that echo the TV feature wall. This chromatic dialogue – bold reds contrasted with earthy greens – weaves a cohesive yet dynamic color narrative throughout the space.

舞蹈区

通顶储物柜以极简线条贯穿过道，消弭琐碎感的同时，为日常收纳提供优雅解决方案。行至尽头，是业主女儿的开放式舞蹈练习区，镜面墙延伸了空间维度，实现了律动与休憩的有机结合。

Floor-to-ceiling storage cabinets, defined by clean minimalist lines, streamline the hallway’s visual rhythm while offering an elegant solution to daily organization. At the corridor’s terminus lies an open dance studio for the homeowner’s daughter, where a mirrored wall visually expands the spatial dimensions, achieving a seamless integration of movement and relaxation. This design choreography transforms functional zones into poetic intersections of discipline and tranquility.

主卧

以现代简约的笔触勾勒主卧，墙面蓝调渐变如晨雾氤氲，与床尾实木书桌的沉稳色调形成冷暖对话，通过色彩过渡柔化空间气质，极简线性落地灯结合无主灯照明设计保持视觉的纯净度，整个空间温馨又不乏艺术感。

The master bedroom is rendered in a modern minimalist ethos, where walls washed in hazy gradients of blue evoke the delicate veil of morning mist. This cool tonal narrative initiates a warm-cool dialogue with the earthy depth of the solid wood desk at the foot of the bed, its chromatic transition softening the room’s ambiance. A sleek linear floor lamp harmonizes with the recessed lighting scheme, preserving visual purity through disciplined simplicity. The space ultimately achieves a harmonious blend of warmth and artistic sophistication – a sanctuary where contemporary restraint dances with emotive subtlety.

次卧

次卧沿窗悬浮式书桌延展为超长台面，最大化引入自然光线，构建专注而通透的学习场所。在未来床品入驻之前，空间暂以纯粹功能叙事，为成长预留弹性的呼吸。

In the secondary bedroom, a floating desk cascades along the window wall, unfolding into an expansive workspace that harnesses natural light to forge an immersive, sunlit study alcove. For now, the space embraces a minimalist functional ethos – its uncluttered geometry and restrained materiality intentionally withholding decorative gestures to preserve adaptive potential. This deliberate pause in the design narrative allows room for the organic evolution of use, growing harmoniously with the occupant’s changing needs over time.
