本案为一处住宅改造设计，屋主为一对年轻夫妇。基于场地客厅窄长视距局促、异形厨房与阳台难以充分利用、空间碎片化严重等现状问题，我们通过布局重构、动线重组以及材质运用，将原本存在诸多问题的“房子”转化为可满足多元生活场景、兼具诗意美学的“生活容器”，同时保持空间弹性，为未来迎接孩童等生活变化预留充足的可能性。

This case is a residential renovation design, and the owners are a young couple. Based on the current problems such as the narrow and long viewing distance of the living room, the difficulty of making full use of the special-shaped kitchen and balcony, and the serious fragmentation of space, we transformed the "house" with many problems into a "living container" that can meet multiple life scenes and have poetic aesthetics through layout reconstruction, circulation reorganization and material use, while maintaining space flexibility and reserving sufficient possibilities for future life changes such as children.

原始户型存在的缺点

Disadvantages of the original house type

1.视距局促：

客厅进深过长（7.5m）、面宽仅2.6m，传统布局导致视距不足。

Cramped viewing distance: 

The living room is too deep (7.5m) and the surface width is only 2.6m, and the traditional layout leads to insufficient viewing distance.

2.异形割裂：

异形厨房（梯形结构）与多边形阳台难以利用，空间碎片化严重。

Special-shaped fragmentation: 

Special-shaped kitchens (trapezoidal structures) and polygonal balconies are difficult to use, and the space fragmentation is serious.

3.收纳无序：

玄关与客卫缺乏系统性收纳，杂物侵占生活空间。

Disorderly storage: 

The entrance and guest bathroom lack systematic storage, and debris encroaches on the living space.

客厅 | 轴向串联 克制的丰富

Living room | Axial series restrained abundance

客厅场地进深长、面宽窄，且受到承重墙的制约，可改动空间较小。我们在保留客厅原始墙体结构的前提下，挖掘空间本身潜力，采用轴向布局串联公共区域，构建一条清晰、富有节奏的空间轴线。

The living room site is long in depth and narrow, and is restricted by the load-bearing wall, so there is little room for change. On the premise of preserving the original wall structure of the living room, we tap the potential of the space itself, and use an axial layout to connect the public areas in series to build a clear and rhythmic space axis.

岛台、餐桌、沙发随空间向窗景方向依次铺设，家具高度由高至低形成自然过渡，形成视线通达、层次丰富的空间场域。乳白主色调，勾勒纯净包容的空间基底，极具质感的木质、金属、自然石材相互对话，展现出“克制的丰富”，凝结为生活的温度与品质。

The island, dining table, and sofa are laid out in turn with the space to the window view, and the height of the furniture forms a natural transition from high to low, forming a space field with clear sight and rich layers. The main color of milky white outlines a pure and inclusive space base, and the textured wood, metal, and natural stone dialogue with each other, showing the "richness of restraint" and condensing into the temperature and quality of life.

LDK一体化布局，岛台、餐厅、客厅既相互独立，又因视线和动线的贯通而紧密相连，厨房通过可自由开合的隐藏式门连接，构建出开放有机的空间系统，满足日常起居、用餐、社交等多元生活场景。

LDK integrated layout, the island, dining room and living room are not only independent of each other, but also closely connected by the connection of sight and circulation, and the kitchen is connected by hidden doors that can be opened and closed freely, building an open and organic space system to meet the daily living, dining, social and other diverse life scenes.

阳台 | 引景入室 日常与诗性

在客厅轴线布局的尽端，我们结合异形场地特征与室外景观资源，构筑一方宽敞通透的独立阳台，作为整个空间序列的自然收束与视觉焦点，营造内外交融的诗意对景，消解异形场地局限性的同时，也实现了日常到诗性的过渡。

At the end of the living room axis layout, we combine the characteristics of the special-shaped site and the outdoor landscape resources to build a spacious and transparent independent balcony, which serves as the natural convergence and visual focus of the entire spatial sequence, creating a poetic contrast between internal and external integration, dissolving the limitations of the special-shaped site, and also realizing the transition from daily to poetic.

简洁干净的客厅背景墙不断向前延伸，至阳台入口处交汇成一个“画框”，以巧妙的视觉界面表达空间转换的节奏。阳台区域通过地台抬升构建场域微高差，地面与两侧墙面皆被温暖的木饰面包裹，消弭空间的生硬；电动幕布隐藏于顶部，此处不仅可以阅读、喝茶，还可沉浸观影；宽大的落地玻璃窗将窗外景色引入室内，模糊室内外界限，晴日云影漫入，雨落声韵轻叩，四季风物随光影流转，为空间注入流动的诗意与浪漫。

The simple and clean living room background wall continues to extend forward, and converges to form a "picture frame" at the entrance of the balcony, expressing the rhythm of space transformation with a clever visual interface. The balcony area is built by the lifting of the floor to build a slight height difference, and the ground and walls on both sides are wrapped in warm wood veneer to eliminate the stiffness of the space; The electric curtain is hidden at the top, where you can not only read, drink tea, but also immerse yourself in watching movies; The wide floor-to-ceiling glass windows bring the scenery outside the window into the interior, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor, clouds and shadows on sunny days, the sound of rain tapping, and the four seasons flow with light and shadow, injecting flowing poetry and romance into the space.

此外，阳台空间亦被赋予灵动、可变化基因，可随着生活需求的变化灵活作出调整，此刻的阅读区能够演变为未来亲子的互动场所，这种可生长的空间属性，既回应了当下又给家的未来创造更多的可能性。

In addition, the balcony space is also endowed with flexible and changeable genes, which can be flexibly adjusted with the changes in life needs, and the reading area at the moment can evolve into a place for parent-child interaction in the future.

玄关 | 系统收纳 从容的秩序

Entrance | systematic storage and calm order

玄关空间作为入户的必经之路，亦是内外空间的缓冲场，我们布置了系统化收纳，以保证长期居住的整洁性。玄关通顶柜与公区卫生间隐形门一体化设计，消弭界面零碎感，以简洁统一的视觉语言塑造归家的第一感受；柜内配置可调节层板与洞洞板，适配不同物品的归置需求；定制化衣柜系统深度契合衣物悬挂、叠放及大件物品存放需求，让收纳行为从“将就”变为“精准适配”，为生活注入从容的秩序感。

As the only way to enter the home, the entrance space is also a buffer field for the interior and exterior space, and we have arranged systematic storage to ensure the cleanliness of long-term residence. The integrated design of the entrance cabinet and the invisible door of the public bathroom eliminates the fragmentation of the interface and shapes the first feeling of returning home with a simple and unified visual language; The cabinet is equipped with adjustable shelves and perforated boards to adapt to the storage needs of different items; The customized wardrobe system is deeply in line with the needs of clothing hanging, stacking and storage of large items, so that the storage behavior changes from "willing" to "precise adaptation", injecting a calm sense of order into life.

厨房 | 功能主义 烹饪幸福

Kitchen | Functionalism Culinary bliss

针对厨房梯形结构，我们以提高空间利用率与功能性为目标，运用几何切割与空间组合，划分出厨房区与杂物储藏室。厨房区域60cm进深台面拓展操作界面，释放更多可运用余地；置物柜系统采用一体化设计语言，实现上下柜体的形态与材质延续，构建简洁干净的空间基调；操作区与置物区以不同的材质和色调形成明确区分，在视觉统一中构建功能分层；柔和的灯光，易清洁材质，于细节处体现对使用者的深度关照，提升烹饪的幸福感。

For the trapezoidal structure of the kitchen, we used geometric cutting and space combination to divide the kitchen area and the utility storage room with the aim of improving space utilization and functionality. The 60cm deep countertop in the kitchen area expands the operation interface, freeing up more room for application; The locker system adopts an integrated design language to realize the continuation of the form and material of the upper and lower cabinets, and build a simple and clean space tone; The operation area and the storage area are clearly distinguished by different materials and tones, and functional layering is built in visual unity. Soft lighting and easy-to-clean materials reflect deep care for users in the details, enhancing the happiness of cooking.

主卧 | 行为导向+细节关怀，让设计生长于生活

Master bedroom | Behavior-oriented attention to detail allows design to grow in life

原布局中，三个卧室共用一条过道，日常通行时存在动线交叉重叠，相互干扰问题。在卧室区域的改造中，我们以动线优化和隐私强化为核心，通过行为导+细节关怀的设计逻辑，提升整体居住体验。

In the original layout, the three bedrooms shared an aisle, and there was a problem of overlapping and interference with each other when walking together on a daily basis. In the renovation of the bedroom area, we focus on the optimization of circulation and privacy enhancement, and enhance the overall living experience through the design logic of behavior-guided detail care.

于卧室入口引入弧形墙面形成软隔断，同时利用软装造景，不仅遮蔽进门时的直视视线，构建私密过渡场域，其流畅的线条与独具韵味的花艺也引导视线自然流转，让空间过渡更为舒缓。同时，主卧、次卧入口位置也稍作偏移调整，形成错位布局，打破共线拥堵的原始路径，使得各卧室入口自然分流，通行变得顺畅、从容。

The introduction of curved walls at the entrance of the bedroom forms a soft partition, and the use of soft landscaping not only blocks the direct line of sight when entering the door and builds a private transition field, but also guides the natural flow of the eye and makes the space transition more soothing. At the same time, the entrance positions of the master bedroom and the second bedroom are also slightly offset and adjusted, forming a dislocated layout, breaking the original path of collinar congestion, so that the entrances of each bedroom are naturally diverted, and the traffic becomes smooth and calm.

打通朝北的两间卧室重构空间格局，以居者的行为轨迹为原点，主卧采用套房式设计，整合衣帽间、主卫、梳妆台、书桌，形成“回”型动线，起居路径顺畅、便捷。设计亦更深向关注居者的生活片段，以睡前半小时的休闲活动为出发点，考虑床头重点照明等细节，以暖光晕染阅读区，让睡前阅读更为松弛、舒适。此种“行为导向+细节关怀”的设计逻辑，让居者的每一个动作都浸润于温暖的细节中——不是刻意的功能堆砌，而是让设计真正生长于生活。

The master bedroom adopts a suite-style design, integrating the cloakroom, main bathroom, dressing table, and desk to form a "back" type of circulation, and the living path is smooth and convenient. The design also pays more attention to the life fragments of the residents, starting from leisure activities half an hour before going to bed, considering details such as bedside accent lighting, and blending the reading area with warm light, making reading before bed more relaxed and comfortable. This design logic of "behavior-oriented and detail care" allows every movement of the residents to be immersed in warm details - not deliberately stacked functions, but allows design to truly grow in life.

次卧：功能复合 弹性灵活

Second bedroom: functional compound, elastic and flexible

次卧亦被打造为一个弹性空间，通过定制化榻榻米与墙柜体系，使得空间兼具办公、睡眠等多种功能，实现“一室多用”。

The second bedroom is also created as a flexible space, through customized tatami and wall cabinet systems, so that the space has multiple functions such as office and sleep, so as to achieve "one room for multiple uses".

我们在极为受限的场地中回应了居住者的功能性需求，实现了空间利用率、通透感和生活舒适性的多重提升，更以细腻的设计细节传递美学与诗意，为生活创造更为悠长的深层次居住体验。

We respond to the functional needs of residents in extremely limited spaces, achieve multiple improvements in space utilization, transparency and living comfort, and convey aesthetics and poetry with delicate design details, creating a longer and deeper living experience for life.
