SAS边角边|故宫旁“老破小”变身复古两居

这套小屋是位于故宫10分钟路程的一套“老破小”，套内面积只有39平，由屋主和妈妈共同居住.

考虑到两代人不同的生活习惯及房屋面积，我们使用了真正意义上的“去客厅化”设计. 把传统的一室一厅改为餐厨结合的公共空间及两间小套房，构建两代人分合自如的居住空间.

虽然是小户型，我们依然采用了较为浓郁的棕、绿作为全屋的主色调，营造出复古又有生命力的氛围感，让两位女业主在有限的空间内，也能获得舒适的居住体验和生活应有的仪式感.

This small house is located within a 10-minute walk from the Forbidden City. It was old, dilapidated and small, with an indoor area of only 39 square meters. It is shared by the owner and his mother.

Taking into account the different living habits of the two generations and the size of the house, we adopted a truly "de-conceptualized living room" design. We transformed the traditional one-bedroom-one-living-room layout into a combined dining-kitchen public space and two small suites, creating a living space where both generations can live together harmoniously and enjoy their own privacy.

Although it is a small-sized apartment, we still adopted rich brown and green as the main color tones throughout the entire house, creating a retro yet vibrant atmosphere. This enables the two female homeowners to enjoy a comfortable living experience and the necessary sense of ceremony in a limited space.

Reorganized Layout

1.入户卫生间改为由公共空间进入，手盆外移，实现干湿分离. 玄关处也相应增添了收纳

2.原主卧改为套间，分为活动/办公区及榻榻米睡眠区，使用更为舒适. 并于两个区域分别增加储物设计，方便分类收纳

3.将阳台空间纳入餐厨，自动划分为中厨区及吧台用餐区，同时沿墙做整排收纳柜，放入冰箱及厨房电器，下厨、用餐更便利

4.原次卧依照母亲生活习惯，定制榻榻米床、衣柜、书柜及书桌，充分利用空间，动线也更为舒适.

1. After entering the house, the bathroom is now accessed from the public area. The washbasin is moved outward to achieve a separation of wet and dry areas. The entrance hall has also been enhanced with storage facilities accordingly.

2. The original master bedroom has been transformed into a suite, divided into an activity/office area and a tatami sleep area. It is more comfortable to use and additional storage designs have been added in both areas for convenient classification and storage.

3. The balcony space has been incorporated into the kitchen and dining area. It is automatically divided into a kitchen area and a bar counter dining area. Along the wall, a row of storage cabinets has been installed to accommodate refrigerators and kitchen appliances, making cooking and dining more convenient.

4. The original secondary bedroom has been customized with a tatami bed, wardrobe, bookcase and desk according to the mother's living habits. The space is fully utilized and the movement path is more comfortable.

主卧

Master Bedroom

入户右手边便是主卧加会客空间的入口，这个空间属于女儿.

最初考虑这个空间的时候，我们便想到了套间的处理方式，让动区和静区分隔开来，在两代人共同居住的空间里，即使是自己的卧室，也可以拥有一个完整的“一室一厅”.

起居互不打扰的同时，个人活动也拥有了更多私密性.

On the right-hand side as you enter the door is the entrance to the master bedroom and the living area for guests. This space belongs to the daughter.

When we initially considered this space, we thought of the way to handle the suite, separating the activity area from the quiet area. In a space where two generations live together, even in one's own bedroom, one can have a complete "one-bedroom one-living room".

While the living areas do not disturb each other, personal activities also have more privacy.

整个主卧以棕色为主色调，温暖又有安全感. 顶部则为石膏色艺术漆及圆弧顶角线，让精致的小空间即使被深色包裹也丝毫不觉得压抑.

空间的中心，一座漆黑典雅的壁炉让整个房间鲜活起来.

面前的两把单椅虽然设计充满了现代感，却反而神奇地加剧了复古氛围. 漆黑色的皮革与身后的壁炉反射着同样的温润光泽，古老和现代在此刻交融.

主人有着收藏玩具手办的爱好，因此沿墙我们做了两排完整的收纳柜，并在顶部用吊顶拉齐，让柜体更加“隐形”，仿佛原本就是这个房间的一部分.

The entire master bedroom is dominated by brown as the main color tone, which is warm and gives a sense of security. The ceiling is decorated with plaster-colored artistic paint and arc-shaped ceiling corners, making the small, exquisite space not feel oppressive even when it is covered in dark colors.

At the center of the space, a dark and elegant fireplace makes the entire room come alive.

The two single chairs in front are designed with a modern touch, but they strangely intensify the retro atmosphere. The dark black leather reflects the same warm glow as the fireplace behind them. Ancient and modern blend together at this moment.

The owner has a hobby of collecting toys, so we made two rows of complete storage cabinets along the wall and used ceiling panels to unify the top, making the cabinets more "invisible" and as if they were originally part of this room.

立体的黑色木框围绕着斑驳的橙色手工砖，古典、优雅，又洋溢着生命力.

质朴的木质小几流露出原始气息，与壁炉的细腻、单椅的简洁形成鲜明对比，却又彼此和谐.

The black wooden frame in three dimensions surrounds the mottled orange handmade bricks, presenting a classical and elegant appearance while exuding vitality.

The simple wooden side table exudes an original atmosphere, contrasting sharply with the delicacy of the fireplace and the simplicity of the single chair, yet remaining harmonious with them.

主卧内侧为围合式的榻榻米睡眠区，与活动区使用海棠花玻璃折叠门隔开，光线柔和又有质感，格子的造型增添了舒适的仪式感，整个空间都温柔起来.

关闭后，门的另一侧就完全是主人自己的世界，顶部加装了投影，不仅可以舒适观影，更可以随时更换卧室的“窗景”，仿佛一个专属于自己的避世所，安全感爆棚.

The inner side of the master bedroom is a closed-style tatami sleep area, separated from the activity area by a folding door made of Chinese crab apple flower glass. The light is soft and has a rich texture. The lattice-shaped design adds a sense of comfort and ceremony to the space. The entire area becomes gentle and harmonious.

When closed, the other side of the door becomes the owner's own world. A projector is installed on the top, allowing for comfortable movie-watching and the ability to change the "window view" of the bedroom at any time. It feels like a secluded haven exclusively for oneself, with an overwhelming sense of security.

睡眠区的剩余空间刚好定制为衣橱，收纳分区更为合理.

撞色的门板设计与格子门的复古气息相得益彰.

顶部内藏投影幕布，再狭小的空间也能容纳主人丰富的世界.

The remaining space in the sleeping area is precisely customized as a closet, making the storage divisions more reasonable.

The color-matching door panel design complements the retro charm of the lattice door.

The top is equipped with a hidden projection screen, allowing the owner to enjoy a rich world even in a cramped space.

温润的胡桃木让收纳也兼具美感，像被深邃护墙板包裹的中古小屋，房间即使被柜体包围也不觉得局促. 中部的柜门点缀折叠门同款海棠花玻璃，为整面柜体增添呼吸感，也隐约透出主人心爱的收藏.

The smooth and warm walnut wood makes the storage area not only practical but also aesthetically pleasing. It is like a small cottage from the past wrapped by deep wainscoting. Even when the room is surrounded by cabinets, it doesn't feel cramped. The middle cabinet door is decorated with glass flowers in the same style as the folding door, adding a sense of breathing to the entire cabinet and faintly revealing the owner's cherished collections.

餐厨

Dining Room/Kitchen

玄关到彩色的海棠花玻璃隔断结束，拉开餐厨区的序幕.

原餐厨面积非常小且收纳规划混乱，根据屋主二人的生活习惯，重新整理布局，餐桌与岛台合二为一，不仅可以增加收纳，厨房区域看起来也更完整统一.

在这个特别的区域，顶部被浓郁的棕色艺术漆填满，墨绿、棕，搭配车厘子色手工长条砖，复古又摩登. 海棠花玻璃继续扮演重要角色，让狭小的厨房既能拥有更多储物空间，又不失呼吸感.

水槽上方增加一处隔板，方便日常随手拿放小物件，小小西厨同时也是家庭小酒吧.

The entrance hall ends at the position where the colored crab apple flower glass partition is placed. This marks the beginning of the dining and kitchen area.

The original kitchen area was very small, and the storage planning was chaotic. We reorganized the layout based on the living habits of the two homeowners. The dining table and the island counter were combined into one, which not only increased the storage space but also made the kitchen area look more complete and unified.

In this particular area, the ceiling is filled with rich brown artistic paint, complemented by emerald green, brown, and cherry-colored handmade long bricks, creating a blend of retro and modern styles. The Crab Apple Flower glass continues to play a significant role, allowing the small kitchen to have more storage space while also providing a sense of breathing room.

An additional shelf is added above the sink to facilitate the convenient placement of small items for daily use. This small kitchen also doubles as a family mini-bar.

厨房的另一侧同样做了满墙收纳，让洗烘套组、冰箱等重要家庭电器不仅能被完美收纳，更便于使用，同时也创造更多的储物空间.

光线通过阳台洒满整个厨房，即使是深色空间，也同样洋溢着温暖的烟火气.

On the other side of the kitchen, full-wall storage is also installed. This enables the washing and drying appliances, refrigerator and other important household appliances to be perfectly stored and used more conveniently. At the same time, it creates more storage space.

The light pours into the entire kitchen through the balcony. Even in a dark space, it still exudes a warm and cozy atmosphere.

中厨灶具被规划到阳台，让面积不大的空间得到最大化利用.

The cooking appliances in the kitchen are placed on the balcony, thus maximizing the utilization of the relatively small space.

西厨区设计了一座小吧台，与橱柜连通，既可作为厨房操作台，也是业主两人的用餐区.

低垂的吊灯照亮了这一片小小的区域，无论是一起喝杯小酒，或是享用家庭料理，生活的仪式感都不会因为面积的大小而有所牺牲.

A small bar counter was designed in the Western kitchen area, which is connected to the cabinets. It can serve as a kitchen workbench and also serves as the dining area for the two homeowners. 

The low-hanging chandeliers illuminate this small area. Whether it's having a drink together or enjoying homemade meals, the sense of ceremony in life won't be compromised by the size of the space.

吧台另一侧的空间没有空置，满足日常动线的情况下设计了一组小薄柜，储存杂物以及部分展示品.

On the other side of the bar counter, the space is not vacant. While meeting the daily movement requirements, we have designed a set of small thin cabinets for storing miscellaneous items and some display purposes.

次卧

Second Bedroom

推开别具一格的双开门，便来到属于业主妈妈的空间. 

海棠花玻璃格子的双开门，演绎出别样的复古风情，让每个空间的起始都充满仪式感.

Push open the unique double doors, and you will enter the space belonging to the owner's mother. 

The double doors with crab apple flower glass panels present a distinctive retro style, making each space's beginning filled with a sense of ceremony.

妈妈的卧室同样延续了绿色与胡桃木的组合.

浓郁清新的绿色石灰涂料温柔地包裹了整个空间，营造出安宁又治愈的氛围. 胡桃木纹理被黑色的石膏线区隔开来，为卧室增添了温暖的木质气息.

The bedroom of the mother also continues the combination of green and walnut wood.

The rich and fresh lime green paint gently envelops the entire space, creating a peaceful and healing atmosphere. The walnut wood grain is separated by black plaster lines, adding a warm and wooden scent to the bedroom.

床头柜其实是一只漆黑的老木箱，充满岁月痕迹. 与顶部的精致壁灯同框，仿佛在隔空对话，带来微妙的平衡感.

The bedside table is actually an old wooden box that has been painted black, bearing the marks of time. When placed together with the exquisite wall lamp on the top, it seems to be having a conversation in the air, creating a subtle sense of balance.

从这个角度可以看到，顶面的中心我们用乳白色涂抹出一个圆形的区域，好像一道光圈，打破了整屋浓郁的绿、棕带来的少许沉闷，让房间氛围更加通透、有层次.

床尾仍然是一整面墙的收纳，同女儿一样，妈妈也有很多收藏需要展示. 我们把它们的位置预留在书桌上方，房间也因此增加了更多文艺气质.

整个空间安静、舒适，又独特.

From this perspective, we can see that in the center of the ceiling, we have painted a circular area with a milky white color, resembling a circular aperture. This breaks the slight dullness brought by the rich green and brown tones, making the room atmosphere more transparent and layered.

At the foot of the bed, there is still a whole wall of storage space. Just like her daughter, the mother also has many collections that she wants to display. We reserved the positions for them above the desk. As a result, the room gained more artistic charm.

The entire space is quiet, comfortable and unique.

卫生间

Washroom

手盆外移到玄关区域后，干湿分离，不仅回家后的盥洗变得更为便利，玄关也刚好有空间增加一部分收纳.

After the basin is moved to the entrance area, the dry and wet areas are separated. Not only does this make the washing up after coming home more convenient, but it also leaves enough space in the entrance area to add some storage.

手盆区与餐厨区被彩色玻璃隔开，光影也透过玻璃染上了不同的颜色, 清新又梦幻.

黑色珍珠手工砖铺满半墙，与上方的铜色化妆镜、复古壁灯一起，演绎出闲适的复古情调.

The toilet area and the dining-kitchen area are separated by colored glass. The light and shadow passing through the glass also take on different colors, presenting a fresh and dreamy scene.

Black pearl handcrafted bricks cover half of the wall, together with the copper-colored makeup mirror above and the vintage wall lamps, creating a laid-back retro atmosphere.
