ZIMMERMANN上海兴业太古汇旗舰店｜奢华与艺术的交响

澳大利亚奢侈品牌ZIMMERMANN上海兴业太古汇旗舰店于近日盛大启幕，这座占地375平方米的双层空间，由品牌长期合作伙伴Studio McQualter倾力打造，是品牌目前在中国规模最大的门店。

Australian luxury brand ZIMMERMANN recently opened its new flagship store at Shanghai Taikoo Hui. The two-story space of 375 square metres, designed by ZIMMERMANN’s long-term partner Studio McQualter, is considered the largest store in China so far.

Nicky和Simone ZIMMERMANN姐妹以自己姓氏为命名，于1991年的悉尼创立了同名品牌ZIMMERMANN。作为澳大利亚标志性的奢侈品牌，ZIMMERMANN始终秉持初心，以对细节的追求、对色彩和印花的热忱，来打造独一无二的自由且精致的女性气质。

Sisters Nicky and Simone ZIMMERMANN founded their eponymous label ZIMMERMANN in Sydney in 1991. ZIMMERMANN is an iconic Australian luxury brand that has remained true to its roots, creating a uniquely free-spirited and sophisticated femininity with an eye for detail and a passion for colour and print.

门店外立面以白色水泥饰面与顶部氛围洗墙灯勾勒出简约而优雅的轮廓， 定制陶瓷圆角细节环绕挑高玻璃门与橱窗，宛如一位优雅的绅士，迎接着每一位宾客的到来。

The boutique’s striking storefront is defined by white stucco render and wall-washer lightings that highlights its clean lines. Hecian customised the bespoke bullnose ceramic that surrounds the entrances and show windows, inviting customers into this vivid space where each room is carefully crafted to create a unique ambiance.

店内高光白色天花与意大利手工花纹水磨石地坪交相辉映， 隐藏式圆柱设计巧妙地融入纯净舒缓的线条之中，进一步增强了空间的简约美感。一层中央悬挂着意大利设计大师Vico Magistretti于1950年代创作的Triclinio吊灯， 而二层饰品区澳大利亚艺术家Clare Mileage的作品则进一步提升了空间的艺术氛围，让店铺宛如一个充满艺术气息的博物馆。

Upon entering, customers are greeted by high-gloss white ceilings paired with a rich patterned Italian hand-crafted terrazzo tiles that personalise the space while the cladded round column is submerged in the simplicity of the design. The large centre piece of Triclinio chandelier by Italian designer Vico Magistretti in 1950s is the dazzling feature of the ground floor. The artwork exhibition by Australian artist Clare Mileage also creates a unique artistic ambience to the space.

店铺中心的现浇混凝土楼梯，以其未经修饰的原始质感， 展现出一种宁静而质朴的自然力量。它不仅巧妙地连接着双层空间，更以其独特的造型成为店内一道引人注目的风景。

The cast-in-situ concrete staircase in the centre of the store reveals a serene and rustic force of nature. It cleverly connects the two levels of space, becoming a striking sight in the store with its unique shape.

楼梯表面保留了现浇混凝土的自然纹理，搭配曲面造型的栏板，视觉上如雕塑般流畅而富有张力，宛如悬索桥的拉杆，坚固而优雅。楼梯栏板为整体结构部件，加上现浇混凝土，使整体的楼梯工程为此项目最大的挑战。

The surface of the concrete staircase retained its natural texture after de-moulding. With the blackened steel balustrade smoothly winds up along the steps, it is visually smooth yet tense as a sculpture, similar to the tie-rods of a suspension bridge, sturdy and elegant. Being part of the structural elements, the balustrade itself and the cast in-situ concrete staircase are the most challenging task for this project.

此项目的另一个挑战, 是澳洲设计师对店铺层高的要求远高于平常项目，项目初期和绚即用专业设备3D扫描场地建立BIM模型，持续借由管综分析的应用，与设计师共创各种可能性，把天花板上及墙体间的空间利用到极致，不妥协的精神成就了空间美学与实用功能需求的平衡。

The other challenge from the designer is the unprecedentedly demanding of the ceiling height. Through 3D scanning for the preparation of BIM modeling, our engineer kept analyzing any possibility of optimizing the space above ceiling and within wall voids in order to meet designer’s high expectation. The balance of spatial and functional needs was struck eventually.

一层临窗处构筑将近4米的挑高空间，以通透玻璃幕墙引入室外春光，形成流动的光影剧场；二层起居室的穹顶天花则以参数化建模技术，将几何韵律编织成形，这背后都凝聚了项目团队反复推敲方案至设计效果完美呈现的心血。

There’s near-4-meter soaring space on ground floor, which framed by super clear façade glazing and channels spring sunlight into fluid light-shadow choreography, while the lounge 's vaulted ceiling on first floor meticulously weaves geometric rhythms through parametric modeling, manifesting digital craftsmanship in its three-dimensional poetry. These spatial innovations crystallize the HECIAN team’s relentless iterations, where computational precision harmonizes with poetic intent to achieve architectural synesthesia.

店铺紧邻以樱花美景著称的榆景大道，店铺二层休息区的大落地橱窗能将浪漫粉色尽收眼底。

The store is adjacent to Yu Jing Avenue, which is famous for its cherry blossom views. Every blossom season, the city is adorned with a romantic pink hue, that can be fully appreciated through the facade glazing of lounge on the first floor.

为降低外立面施工对户外景观的影响，项目团队避免了搭建围挡，巧妙地调整施工流程及采用分段作业，高效精准地完成了幕墙玻璃更换。团队用智慧与匠心，保障了开业时樱花树如期绽放，增添了几分生机与梦幻。

The project team adopted a phasing approach to replace the facade glazing without large hoarding. This approach minimised the impact to the outdoor landscape, allowing the cherry blossoms to bloom on time and adding vitality to the store.
