Project: Residential Design – D-12, IslamabadClient: Mr. Irfan Khan

We designed full house of our client’s D-12 residence with two primary objectives:

Creating a fully functional YouTube studio, and

Designing a dedicated Airbnb rental space.

For the studio, our focus was on achieving proper sound isolation, professional lighting, and an effective color scheme suitable for on-camera recording. We also introduced improvements to the house elevation, enhancing the overall architectural character.

In addition to the design work, we supported Mr. Irfan Khan by selecting appropriate furniture, interior products, and providing skilled workers for the execution. The project was completed under our direct supervision to ensure quality and design integrity.
