本案是翠湖小区的一处旧宅改造，集见团队以“隐”为核心理念，藏结构之拙、显生活之逸，在极简的框架下埋入无数人性化巧思，让两位长者的居所成为一座静谧的生命容器。通过对空间的重塑，让居住者的日常与时光温柔相融。

This case is a renovation project of an old house in Cuihu Community. The Jijian team takes "hidden" as the core design concept, concealing structural imperfections while highlighting the ease of life. Within a minimalist framework, countless human-centric ingenuities are embedded, transforming the residence for two elders into a serene container for life. Through spatial重塑 (remodeling), daily life harmonizes gently with time.

隐·形

Form

设计团队拆除了所有不必要的隔墙，打造出开阔明亮的无障碍生活空间。全屋采用无高差地面处理，消除跌倒隐患，即使1.5米宽的轮椅也可以丝滑通过。特别设计的环形动线，让老人从卧室到卫生间、厨房等各个功能区的移动距离都控制在最短范围内。

原有建筑的横梁粗犷且压抑，改造后的吊顶选用了层叠结构，将其悄然消解，墙面选用原木护墙板，既抚平老房的歪斜痕迹，又以温润的肌理承载窗外斑驳的树影。 地采暖取代了老旧的墙暖，温暖在脚下无声蔓延。墙面上年轻艺术家的画作，则以一抹跳跃的色彩，打破了沉稳的基调，暗喻生命始终保有鲜活的可能。

The design team removed all unnecessary partition walls to create an open and bright barrier-free living space. The entire house features flush floor treatments to eliminate fall hazards, allowing even a 1.5-meter-wide wheelchair to glide smoothly. A specially designed circular traffic flow minimizes the moving distance for the elderly between functional areas like the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The original building’s rough and oppressive beams were subtly dissolved by a layered ceiling design in the renovation. Log-colored wall panels not only smooth out the old house’s uneven traces but also carry the dappled tree shadows from outside with their warm texture. Underfloor heating replaces outdated wall heaters, spreading warmth silently underfoot. Paintings by young artists on the walls add a splash of vibrant color, breaking the serene tone and implying that life always holds lively possibilities.

Order

空间的功能被拆解为细腻的片段，将舒适度和安全性放在第一位。双门设计，每一扇门都是隐形的守护。锁具外置，确保紧急时刻能破门而入；扇形茶桌，窗前的角落被赋予多重意义——女主人伏案时，它是书桌；男主人沏茶时，它化作茶台；两人对坐时，它又成为互动的媒介；暗光客厅，与书房位置互换后，电视墙避开了直射阳光，无需拉帘的柔和光线，打造舒适的视听体验。

Spatial functions are broken into delicate fragments, prioritizing comfort and safety. Double-door designs serve as invisible guardians: locks are外置 (external), ensuring emergency access; a fan-shaped tea table in the window corner wears multiple roles—desk for the hostess, tea station for the host, and interaction hub when they sit across from each other. In the dim-light living room (swapped with the study), the TV wall avoids direct sunlight, offering soft, curtain-free lighting for a cozy viewing experience.

Details

真正的关怀藏于毫米之间。床头木质挂勾，睡衣不必堆叠于床榻，抬手即触的便利，分区收纳系统：从保险柜到内衣抽屉，每件物品皆有归处，秩序中消弭了寻找的焦灼；感应夜灯，脚步所至，光线轻巧般亮起，既不过分刺目，亦不令人踌躇。 

True care lies in millimeters. Wooden hooks by the bed keep pajamas within arm’s reach instead of cluttering the bed. A zoned storage system—from safes to lingerie drawers—gives every item a place, eliminating the anxiety of searching. Motion-sensor nightlights light up gently as footsteps approach, neither too harsh nor hesitant.

当空间被剥离冗余，留下的便是人与生活的真实对话。这里没有适老房的标签，只有一扇窗外的四季、一盏茶的余温，以及那些未曾言说却触手可及的守护。极简的形制之下，是设计者对生命最深的敬意——让逝去的时间变得从容和舒缓。

When space sheds excess, what remains is an authentic dialogue between people and life. There’s no label of an "elderly-friendly home" here—just the changing seasons outside the window, the lingering warmth of a cup of tea, and silent, tangible guardianship. Beneath the minimalist form lies the designers’ deepest respect for life: making passing time feel calm and unrushed.

好的适老房，是用前瞻性设计化解生理局限，用科技手段延续独立生活能力，最终实现"大隐于市"的养老理想——让长者在熟悉的环境中优雅老去，在现代化住宅里延续生活热情，在细节呵护中保持生命尊严。这不仅是空间改造，更是一种对生命历程的温柔致敬。

A good elderly-friendly home uses forward-looking design to dissolve physical limitations and tech to extend independent living, ultimately realizing the ideal of "hidden in plain sight" aging—letting seniors age gracefully in familiar surroundings, sustain their passion for life in modern homes, and maintain dignity through meticulous care. This is more than a spatial renovation; it’s a gentle tribute to the journey of life.
