「描绘空间，为自然而至；舒适和平静，都市新区中彰显静谧的张力」

项目位于南阳市南泰东路666号。项目面积8735㎡，场地面积较狭小，团队在建筑立面已既定时介入，没有可以玩套路的空间，没有可以随便花的预算，条框的限制是命题作文，是提给OPC团队一份有意思的考卷。

The project is located at No. 666, Nantai East Road, Nanyang City. The project area is 8735 square meters, and the site area is relatively small. The team intervened when the building facade was already established. There was no room for routines and no budget to spend casually. The restrictions of the rules and regulations were like a composition, which was an interesting test paper for the OPC .

三栋住宅楼，一个主入口，篇幅不大。

将自然引进来，将繁杂搁置，让自然衍生，把空间串联。

Three residential buildings, one main entrance, not a lot of space.

Bringing in nature, putting aside the complexity, letting nature derive, connecting the spaces.

自然的生长并非静态结果，而是持续演化的过程，每一阶段都包含变化的可能性。也许是园中的一砖一瓦，也许是植物林木的枯败再生，砖瓦与绿色的包容共存，是内在的修复智慧。

The growth of nature is not a static result, but a process of continuous evolution, and every stage contains the possibility of change. Perhaps it is the bricks and tiles in the garden, or the regeneration of plants and trees. The inclusive coexistence of bricks and tiles and green is the inherent wisdom of restoration.

在项目主入口设计中，团队创新性将入口建筑向外延伸，打造了一个开阔的廊下空间，让入口更具层次感，入口建筑的延伸，让空间更加开阔，光影交错间，展现出独特的建筑美感。迎客松的点缀，赋予了入口空间一种“宾至如归”的仪式感。

In the design of the main entrance of the project, the team innovatively extended the entrance building outward to create an open corridor space, making the entrance more layered. The extension of the entrance building makes the space more open, and the interweaving of light and shadow shows a unique architectural beauty. The embellishment of the welcoming pine gives the entrance space a sense of ritual of "feeling at home".

晴天阳光正好，它是光影大师，在地上投出「免费艺术展」；雨天灰调时刻，它突然变成「水滴交响乐厅」，雨声BGM自动播放；

On sunny days, it is a master of light and shadow, casting a "free art exhibition" on the ground; on rainy days, it suddenly turns into a "water drop symphony hall" with rain sound BGM playing automatically;

核心廊架

如果把建筑比作一本立体漫画书，核心廊架就是那个藏在书脊里的“隐形弹幕”——表面低调，实则疯狂刷存在感！

现状三座住宅楼之间，核心的景观位置已然显现，既定的位置，如何能让核心称得上核心。团队意欲打造形态创新的廊架，把廊架二层打开，让来此的业主得以登高，以另一种视角回顾自己温暖的家。

If the building is compared to a three-dimensional comic book, the core gallery is the "invisible barrage" hidden in the spine of the book - low-key on the surface, but crazy about its presence!

The current situation: The core landscape position has already appeared between the three residential buildings. Given the given position, how can the core be called the core? The team intends to create a gallery with innovative forms and open the second floor of the gallery, so that the owners who come here can climb up and look at their warm home from another perspective.

冷知识：当你在空中连廊拍照时，脚下踩的可能是核心廊架的“冲天辫”（结构延伸件）。建议发朋友圈配文：“今天在钢筋混凝土的静脉上舞蹈过。”

消防登高面

消防登高面作为消防车展开救援的“VIP通道”，登高面附近的绿化必须“躺平”，树木高度超过4米就成了“云梯刺客”。

The fire climbing surface serves as the "VIP channel" for fire trucks to launch rescue operations. The greenery near the climbing surface must be "flat", and trees over 4 meters in height become "ladder assassins".

△儿童活动空间

团队通过汇总登高场地数量，结合景观功能布局，分布设置：中小型运动场地、儿童活动场地及弹性广场；在每个登高面的场地中，将活动空间、软化空间、通过空间合理布设，在一个既定的框架内求变。最后将具有主题色的跑道围绕串联，将消防登高面等硬化做的“合格”且“有趣”。

The team summarized the number of climbing sites and combined them with the landscape functional layout to set up small and medium-sized sports venues, children's activity venues and flexible squares; in each climbing surface, the activity space and softened space were reasonably arranged through space, seeking change within an established framework. Finally, the running track with the theme color was connected in series, and the hardening of the fire climbing surface was made "qualified" and "interesting".

儿童活动区作为居住区必有的活动空间，团队采用成品器械以满足不高的造价需求，在孩童喜爱的活动方式中选择占地小、易维护的器械组合，附带家长休息区，提供“围观式带娃”服务，有效降低家庭矛盾发生率。

As a necessary activity space in residential areas, the children's activity area is designed so that the team uses ready-made equipment to meet the low cost requirements. They choose a combination of equipment that takes up little space and is easy to maintain from the activities that children like. It also comes with a parent rest area and provides a "watching baby-sitting" service, effectively reducing the incidence of family conflicts.

在面积不大的项目中，团队仍然选择设置绿植游园，将它与儿童活动区结合起来，作为孩童的活动拓展、认知延展课堂。

In a project with a small area, the team still chose to set up a green garden and combine it with the children's activity area as a classroom for children's activity expansion and cognitive extension.

提交这份答卷，团队着重在塑造空间围和感和立体感，路网结构同时连接园区内外，并连接各个功能区域，兼顾功能的同时满足业主安静的氛围。

在景观的维度，创造内外生态的动态连接，着重展现内部景观生态，连接城市空间，补充内外功能场地，让设计具备了功能和美观双重作用。

In submitting this answer sheet, the team focused on shaping the sense of spatial enclosure and three-dimensionality. The road network structure connects the inside and outside of the park and various functional areas at the same time, taking into account the functions while satisfying the quiet atmosphere of the owners.

In the dimension of landscape, it creates a dynamic connection between the internal and external ecology, focuses on showing the internal landscape ecology, connects the urban space, and supplements the internal and external functional venues, so that the design has both functional and aesthetic functions.

写在最后

设计的创意与专业是画笔，而客户的支持则是那最坚实的画布，呈现出好的设计成果，是客户尊重专业、支持创新理念的最好证明。

项目中，客户展现出对设计的尊重，愿意给好的设计留出空间去生长；在无数次的讨论与修改中，他们不轻易否定创意，而是耐心倾听，用包容的态度给予团队最大的自由。

The creativity and professionalism of design are the brushes, and the support of customers is the most solid canvas. The good design results are the best proof that customers respect professionalism and support innovative ideas.

In the project, customers showed respect for design and were willing to leave room for good designs to grow; in countless discussions and revisions, they did not easily deny the creativity, but listened patiently and gave the team the greatest freedom with an inclusive attitude.
