猫肥家润/南京拙木空间设计

这是一套已入住一半年左右的二居室，房主夫妇以及与他们相伴多年的两只猫咪是这个家的均衡使用者。设计的初衷源于房主对原始户型在家庭多面向功能上受限的觉察，希望以新的布局更好的编排生活的动线，让家庭中的每一位都能在这个空间中获得能量的滋养。由此，“猫肥家润”是设计的最终诉求。

This is a two bedroom apartment that has been occupied for about half a year. The homeowner couple and their two cats who have been with them for many years are the balanced users of this home. The original intention of the design originated from the homeowner's awareness of the limitations of the original layout in various aspects of the family's functions, hoping to better arrange the flow of life with a new layout, so that every member of the family can receive energy nourishment in this space. Therefore, 'Cat Fat Home Run' is the ultimate goal of design.

生活中的那些持续精进者是能时刻纠正自己与世界以及与自我的相处模式，正如房主徐女士，她在设计之初已非常清晰自己的想要和不想要。原始的户型是以餐厅为家庭生活的核心，以它来衔接客厅、厨房、洗手间以及两个卧室。形成一个以中心向四周环绕的层次。但这种单一的层次限制了未来要增加的更多新功能，如玄关、洗手间的干湿分离、衣帽间等。因此设计的首要决策是打破原先布局，以更丰富且清晰的动线串联起全新的功能。

Those who constantly strive for improvement in life are able to constantly correct their patterns of interaction with the world and with themselves, just like Ms. Xu, the homeowner, who was very clear about her own wants and dislikes at the beginning of the design. The original layout was centered around the dining room as the core of family life, connecting the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. Form a hierarchy that surrounds from the center to the surroundings. But this single level limits the addition of more new features in the future, such as the separation of dry and wet areas in the foyer and bathroom, and the cloakroom. Therefore, the primary decision in design is to break the original layout and connect new functions with richer and clearer flow lines.

入户区新增了玄关功能，除西侧客厅视角外，我们将东侧的厨房和背侧的其他生活内容一并区隔。折线墙体合并了进门的衣帽柜体和背侧餐厅区的冰箱柜体。这是新布局的第一个环绕中心，它串联了进门区、客厅、餐厅、洗手间和厨房。同时，考虑到购入家用物品进门后，需要拎袋环绕柜体一周才能到达厨房，我们在厨房隔墙处设置了窗口，可以直接将物品从窗口放入后再依次换鞋更衣。

The entrance area has added a foyer function. In addition to the view from the west living room, we have also separated the kitchen on the east side from other living contents on the back side. The folded wall combines the wardrobe cabinet at the entrance and the refrigerator cabinet in the back dining area. This is the first surrounding center of the new layout, which connects the entrance area, living room, dining room, bathroom, and kitchen. At the same time, considering that after purchasing household items, it is necessary to carry a bag around the cabinet to reach the kitchen, we have set up a window at the kitchen partition wall, where items can be directly placed through the window and then changed shoes and clothes in sequence.

客厅由原来靠阳台一侧的房间移至东侧，虽然采光有所减少，但不与阳台串联的安排使单纯的、不被打扰的休憩得以实现。

The living room has been moved from the room on the balcony side to the east side. Although the lighting has decreased, the arrangement of not being connected to the balcony allows for a simple and undisturbed rest.

与餐区正对的门窝是这个家的另一个环绕中心，相对于玄关的实体中心，门窝则是一个隐性的虚体中心。由它串联起餐厅、衣帽间、卧室和书房。两个环线在餐厅处得以交织形成空间的互动关系。书房隔墙上端设置了猫咪麻团的专属蹲点，这是第一次和这位胆小却又敏感的家庭成员见面后就默默定下的任务条。这个点位的关键是在于它在上端就能扫视家中其他成员的一举一动，给足自己安全感。而洞口背侧则是书房兼次卧。

The doorway facing the dining area is another surrounding center of this home, and relative to the physical center of the entrance, the doorway is an implicit virtual center. It connects the dining room, dressing room, bedroom, and study. The two loops interweave at the restaurant to form an interactive spatial relationship. At the top of the partition wall in the study, there is an exclusive squatting spot for the cat burly, which was silently set as a task after meeting this timid yet sensitive family member for the first time. The key to this position is that it can scan the every move of other members in the house from the top, giving itself a sense of security. On the back side of the cave entrance is the study and second bedroom.

卧室延续客厅海洋板的视觉连贯效果，平淡之处显天真。

The bedroom continues the visual coherence effect of the living room ocean board, and the plain areas appear innocent.

洗手间从原来的功能中剥离出干区，在强化实用性的同时也方便猫咪的日常饮水。第一环形区域的尽头即是厨房。从厨房回望客厅，以框中之景回应整个布局的安排。亦如园林，在一隅之地创造可居可游的居家生活。

The bathroom has been separated from its original function as a dry area, which not only enhances practicality but also facilitates cats' daily drinking water. The end of the first circular area is the kitchen. Looking back at the living room from the kitchen, respond to the overall layout arrangement with the scenery within the frame. Like a garden, creating a livable and touristic home life in a corner of the land.
