IAPA DESIGN 董事总经理彭勃先生将受邀出席 10 月 10 日在希腊雅典欧洲建筑艺术设计与城市研究中心举办的官方颁奖典礼，同期开幕的 Future House 展览将持续至 11 月 26 日，集中展示这一融合光线叙事与未来社区理念的获奖作品。作为写入《Future House: Modern Living and Dynamic Functionality》全球设计年鉴的代表性项目，其 “以光为引、以居为核” 的设计哲学，创新诠释了现代住宅的功能性与人文温度。

Mr. Paul Peng, Managing Director of IAPA, is invited to attend the official Awards Ceremony on October 10 at the European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies in Athens, Greece. The concurrent Future House Exhibition, running until November 26, will showcase this award-winning project that integrates light narrative with future community concepts. Featured in the global design catalog Future House: Modern Living and Dynamic Functionality, its design philosophy of "light as guide, living as core" innovatively interprets the functionality and humanistic warmth of modern residences .

沙漠气候适应性建筑创新方案

 Innovative Design for Desert Climate Adaptation

本方案融合地域传统智慧与现代科技，提出面向沙漠气候的可持续建筑解决方案。通过优化通风结构、设置庭院水景与地下循环水系统，实现高效被动降温；采用3D打印夯土预制模块（450㎡标准化单元），支持灵活组合与快速建造，满足多元居住需求；BIM+AR协同系统提升施工精度与装配效率，相变涂料降低空调能耗。集成光伏薄膜穹顶与AI能源管理，提升能源自给能力；12米宽蓝绿生态廊道串联社区，缓解内涝与热岛效应。整体构建低碳、智能、生态的未来人居环境。

This project integrates traditional wisdom with modern technology to deliver a sustainable architectural solution for desert climates. Optimized ventilation, courtyard water features, and subsurface water circulation enable efficient passive cooling. Prefabricated 3D-printed rammed earth modules (450㎡ standardized units) allow flexible configurations and rapid construction for diverse housing needs. The BIM+AR system enhances construction precision and assembly efficiency, while phase-change coatings reduce air conditioning demand. Solar domes integrated with AI-driven energy management improve self-sufficiency. A 12-meter-wide blue-green corridor network connects the community, mitigating flooding and urban heat islands. Together, this creates a low-carbon, smart, and ecologically resilient living environment.
