Apartment in the center of Stara Pazova, 70 m²

The concept of this apartment is built around a warm, contemporary aesthetic with balanced, neutral tones and subtle accents of blue. The kitchen is organized around a large central island that served as the starting point for the entire design. All remaining elements were developed to complement the island—visually, functionally, and spatially—allowing it to remain the dominant feature of the room. Carefully selected details, lighting, colors, and textures are aligned with the rest of the interior to create a cohesive whole.

In the living room, a spacious leather sofa and a clean, understated TV wall provide everything needed for comfortable everyday use. The built-in bench below the window serves a dual purpose: concealed storage and additional seating. From the moment you enter the open plan, the space flows logically, unobstructed, and inviting.

The bedroom combines a calm, modern atmosphere with a sense of softness. Although primarily gray, the room avoids feeling cold thanks to the warm wood details that bring balance and a more intimate character.

The study doubles as a wardrobe and guest room. A large built-in closet maximizes storage, while a compact desk and open shelving are placed by the window. The sofa can easily convert into an additional bed when needed. A playful wall covering adds a light, relaxed note to the otherwise practical layout.
