How can a cultural and tourism brand resonate with a city’s spirit to achieve emotional transformation and regional revitalization?

大庆作为“百湖之城”，正持续推动从石油工业城市向现代化宜居城市的转型发展。在此背景下，合理开发利用湖泊资源、提升城市空间品质，成为城市更新的重要课题。位于东城核心的兰德湖片区，坐拥优越区位与成熟基础，却仍未充分释放其连接城市与自然的枢纽价值。湖岸场地潜力待启，亟需一个强有力的“锚点”予以激活。

As the “City of a Hundred Lakes,” Daqing is steadily advancing its transformation from an oil industry-based city to a modern and livable urban environment. In this context, the strategic development and utilization of lake resources, as well as the enhancement of urban spatial quality, have become key issues in the city’s renewal. Located in the core area of the eastern district, the Land Lake region enjoys a prime location and well-established infrastructure, yet its potential to serve as a vital connector between the city and nature has not been fully realized. The lakeside area holds significant latent value and is in need of a strong “anchor” project to activate and unlock its vibrancy.

继滨洲湖工业遗存成功焕活之后，我们与城发集团再度携手，于兰德湖岸开启新一轮城市更新实践。项目聚焦原“红酒广场”五栋欧式建筑中长期闲置的一栋，该建筑因风貌陈旧、内部空间空旷、功能单一且缺乏主题，长期处于价值沉寂状态。本次改造以此为起点，旨在唤醒湖岸潜力、重塑区域活力，将首栋建筑打造为引领兰德湖非标商业的先锋地标。它将被重新定义为一个复合型的“城市公共会客厅”——不仅是一个物理空间，更是一个激发创意、促进交流的动态平台，融合艺术展览、文化沙龙、休闲社交与品质商业于一体，成为连接市民、游客与城市文化的多维场域。

Following the successful revitalization of the industrial heritage at Binzhou Lake, we are once again partnering with the Urban Development Group to initiate a new round of urban renewal along the shores of Land Lake. The project focuses on one of the five long-vacant European-style buildings from the former “Wine Plaza.” Due to its outdated appearance, empty interior, single-function layout, and lack of thematic identity, the building has remained dormant in value for an extended period. This renovation begins with this site and aims to awaken the potential of the lakeshore and reshape the vitality of the area, positioning the first building as a pioneering landmark for new-format commerce at Land Lake. It will be redefined as a multi-functional “urban public living room.” It is not only a physical space, but also a dynamic platform that sparks creativity and encourages interaction. The venue will integrate art exhibitions, cultural salons, leisure socializing, and quality retail, forming a multidimensional environment that connects citizens, visitors, and the cultural character of the city.

设计提取了大庆“冰雪之城”的视觉基因，通过“轻介入”的策略，将原本的建筑体量进行消解与像素化重构。以白色波纹板与穿孔板作为建筑的表皮，为原有立面叠加了一层轻盈而半透明的视觉层次。周边环境经梳理后更为开阔纯净，建筑四周引入一圈净水面，延伸视觉边界的同时更让建筑宛如漂浮于湖岸之上，与自然景观融为一体。

The design draws from the visual identity of Daqing as a “city of ice and snow,” using a light intervention approach to dissolve and pixelate the original building mass. White corrugated panels and perforated panels are applied as a new exterior skin, adding a light and semi-transparent visual layer to the existing facade. After reorganizing the surrounding environment, the site becomes more open and pure. A shallow reflecting water surface is introduced around the building, extending the visual boundary and making the architecture appear to float along the lakeside, blending naturally into the landscape.

价值焕活：从闲置空间到多元场景

Value Renewal: From Idle Space to Diverse Urban Scenes

首层空间以开放、灵活为设计原则，整体规划为集游客服务与主题展览于一体的复合型公共空间。它既是城市形象的展示窗口，更是一个充满潜力的“城市艺术发生场”，通过持续引入艺术展览与文化事件，推动公众美育、激发城市活力，实现公共服务与文化创新的深度融合。

The first floor is designed with openness and flexibility as its core principles, planned as a hybrid public space that integrates visitor services and thematic exhibitions. It serves both as a showcase of the city’s identity and as a vibrant site for artistic happenings. By continuously introducing art exhibitions and cultural events, the space promotes public aesthetic education, stimulates urban vitality, and achieves a deep integration of public services with cultural innovation.

空间以极致的纯白基调，奠定纯净、未来的艺术场域气质。贯穿其中的红色金属构件，既是整合管线、引导流线的功能装置，更是向大庆石油工业记忆致敬的视觉符号。以当代语汇实现历史文脉的转译，使空间本身成为连接城市过去与未来的一件核心展品。

The space adopts a pure white palette to establish a clean and futuristic artistic atmosphere. The red metal components that run through the interior function both as structural and circulation elements and as visual symbols paying tribute to the memory of Daqing’s oil industry. Using contemporary spatial language to reinterpret historical context, the space itself becomes a central exhibit that connects the city’s past with its future.

Along the central axis of the space, an installation inspired by the “freezing and melting of ice” is quietly presented. Suspended geometric light forms, white pedestals, and flowing water features create a threefold dialogue. Through layered structural details, the composition outlines an aesthetic where solidity and fluidity intertwine. 用品牌精神唤醒城市基因 融合咖啡与湖光的社交容器

Awakening the City’s DNA through Brand Spirit A Social Vessel Blending Coffee and Lakeside Light

二层空间引入大庆城市品牌“猛咖咖啡”，以咖啡为媒介，将“猛”所代表的城市开拓精神融入当代体验场景。设计保留了原始天花结构与裸露管线，与吧台金属构件形成质感碰撞，在粗犷与细腻的并置中，以现代消费场景转化历史记忆，激发有温度的情感共鸣。

The second floor introduces “Meng Coffee,” a local Daqing city brand that uses coffee as a medium to embody the city’s pioneering spirit represented by the word “Meng.” The design preserves the original ceiling structure and exposed pipelines, creating a tactile contrast with the metallic components of the bar. Through the juxtaposition of roughness and delicacy, the space transforms historical memory into a contemporary consumer experience, evoking an emotional resonance filled with warmth.

过厅作为进入咖啡区的转场，延续了建筑的穿孔元素，内置光源柔和渗透，营造出温暖朦胧的层次光影。由此向内，流动的咖啡香与音乐声交织，以富有戏剧性的方式，引导人们步入下一个体验场景。

The foyer, serving as a transitional space leading into the café area, continues the architectural motif of perforated panels. Soft, embedded lighting gently diffuses through the surfaces, creating a warm and hazy interplay of light and shadow. Moving inward, the drifting aroma of coffee mingles with ambient music, guiding visitors into the next experiential scene in a subtly dramatic way.

设计以一道景窗重构了人、空间与自然的关系。它不仅是取景框，更是一个与湖对话的界面。对称的空间序列确保了视觉的延续性，使湖畔的场域感不再依赖于临界的一瞥，而是升华为一种稳定、持续的内在感知。

The design redefines the relationship between people, space, and nature through a framed scenic window. More than just a viewfinder, it serves as an interface for dialogue with the lake. The symmetrical spatial sequence ensures visual continuity, allowing the lakeside atmosphere to transcend a fleeting glance and evolve into a stable, enduring inner perception.

入口空间以整体镜面构筑了一个超现实的视觉场域。红色金属管以建构逻辑穿插组合，其间嵌入亚克力隔板，形成点线面的韵律交织。镜面反射消解了实体边界，创造出无限延伸的虚实维度。这里未来将作为文创展陈区，其本身即成为一件可供沉浸体验的巨型艺术装置。

The entrance space is constructed entirely with mirrored surfaces, creating a surreal visual realm. Red metal tubes intersect and assemble according to a structural logic, while embedded acrylic panels weave a rhythmic interplay of points, lines, and planes. The mirrored reflections dissolve physical boundaries, generating an infinite continuum between reality and illusion. In the future, this area will serve as a cultural and creative exhibition zone—an immersive, large-scale art installation in its own right.

会客厅与咖啡区通过差异化软装营造互补的空间体验。会客厅以暖色调与围合布局传递温馨亲和的氛围，咖啡区则凭借阶梯座、观景吧凳等多元布局，将兰德湖景最大化引入室内。设计使每个角落都成为天然取景框，在强化视觉吸引力的同时，也通过可传播的场景画面，持续塑造着空间的场所认同感。

The lounge and café area create complementary spatial experiences through differentiated soft furnishings. The lounge, with its warm tones and enclosed layout, conveys a sense of comfort and intimacy, while the café—featuring tiered seating and a lakeside viewing bar—maximizes the introduction of the Land Lake scenery into the interior. Every corner is designed as a natural frame, enhancing visual appeal while generating shareable, image-driven moments that continuously reinforce the space’s sense of place and identity.

将咖啡的“猛”与大庆的“人文精神”深度绑定

Binding the “Boldness” of Coffee with the “Humanistic Spirit” of Daqing

三层空间通过楼梯与二层咖啡区自然贯通，形成连续流畅的体验脉络。该层规划为图书阅览区与文化沙龙空间，核心区域采用局部挑空设计，与下层空间形成立体联动，拓展了视觉纵深感。一座延续红色金属元素的空中连桥，串联起各功能分区，行走其间可俯瞰二层咖啡区的活力场景，实现了上下空间在视觉与行为上的有机互动。

The third floor connects seamlessly with the second-floor café via an open staircase, forming a continuous and fluid experiential flow. Designed as a reading lounge and cultural salon, this level features a partially double-height core that visually and spatially links it to the floor below, enhancing the sense of vertical depth. A suspended bridge, echoing the red metal elements, weaves through the space and connects different functional zones. Walking across it offers a panoramic view of the vibrant café scene below, enabling an organic interaction between the upper and lower levels—both visually and experientially.

阅读区延续了建筑“轻、透、纯净”的整体语汇。半透明书架与金属构件相结合，在局部镜面顶棚的反射下，将自然光线温柔漫射。读者静坐于巨幅湖景窗前，光影、书影与湖面波光交织，营造出沉浸于自然与文字中的静谧阅读氛围。

The reading area continues the building’s overarching language of lightness, transparency, and purity. Semi-transparent bookshelves combined with metal components gently diffuse natural light through reflections from mirrored ceiling panels. Sitting before the expansive lakeside window, readers find themselves immersed in a tranquil atmosphere where light, shadows of books, and the shimmering water intertwine—creating a serene experience suspended between nature and words.

通高的书架在承担藏书功能的同时，也巧妙地充当了半透明的空间隔断，划分出数个相对独立、半私密的阅读角落。人与书、人与人在其中若隐若现。顶部镜面不时将室外的绿植与天光映入室内，进一步模糊了自然与空间的边界。

The double-height bookshelves not only serve as storage but also function as semi-transparent partitions, subtly dividing the space into several relatively independent, semi-private reading nooks. Within these zones, the presence of people and books appears and disappears in gentle layers. Overhead, mirrored panels reflect glimpses of greenery and daylight from outside, further softening and blurring the boundaries between nature and the interior space.

书架间点缀着冰块状的小灯，当人们穿行浏览时，会与预设的光影节奏不期而遇，在动静之间感受空间带来的探索趣味。坐在窗边，这些细微的光与远处湖景共同构筑出一方宁静天地，使阅读成为身体与精神的双重沉浸。

Between the bookshelves, small ice-like lamps are scattered, creating a subtle interplay of light. As people wander through the space, they encounter these shifting illuminations unexpectedly, experiencing the quiet delight of exploration between motion and stillness. Sitting by the window, the gentle glow of these lights merges with the distant lakeside view, together forming a serene world where reading becomes a dual immersion of body and mind.

Square openings left in the walls serve as visual anchors that connect the entire space. Framed by these windows, the shimmering lake waters are woven into a continuous visual rhythm. Whether pausing or passing through, visitors encounter the lake’s light and reflection.

Whether it’s abundant natural sidelighting, guiding linear lights, or task lighting for reading, each element is carefully orchestrated to create a space that is bright and airy by day, yet warm and tranquil by night. This lighting strategy not only extends visitors’ dwell time but also enhances their experience, attracting and retaining audiences, thereby converting spatial usage into sustainable operational value.

圆形下沉休憩区以全景镜面构建了一个超现实的过渡场景。唯一保留的窗洞将视线引向湖景，与内部的无限反射形成极致反差。这一精心策划的构图，使其天然成为沉浸式打卡点，让空间体验在离场时得以延续与升华。

The circular sunken lounge is crafted as a surreal transitional space using panoramic mirrors. A single preserved window directs the gaze toward the lake, creating a striking contrast with the infinite reflections within. This carefully composed setting naturally becomes an immersive photo-worthy spot, allowing the spatial experience to extend and elevate even as visitors depart.

阅读区以纯净的视觉基调为底色，将大庆的工业记忆与冰雪意象转化为空间语言。红色金属构件作为贯穿始终的视觉线索，既是对城市精神的致敬，也结构性地划分了功能区域。巨幅开窗将兰德湖景无缝引入室内，与内部的红、白、光、影相互交融，最终塑造出一个既能静心阅读、又极具传播魅力的沉浸式空间场域。

The reading area is anchored by a pure visual palette, translating Daqing’s industrial heritage and ice-and-snow imagery into spatial language. Red metal elements serve as a continuous visual thread, both honoring the city’s spirit and structurally delineating functional zones. Expansive windows seamlessly bring the Land Lake scenery indoors, blending with the interior’s reds, whites, light, and shadows. The result is an immersive space that fosters focused reading while offering strong visual appeal for sharing and engagement.

顶层空间完整保留了原始尖顶结构，设计以统一策略，延续穿孔板将梁体与管线巧妙包裹，空间大面积白色，为小型艺术展览、装置陈列构建出纯净极致的展陈界面。穿越此处的洁白与宁静，最终抵达屋顶最佳观景平台。白色片墙以框景手法，将湖光城影定格为永恒的诗意长卷，为空间序列画上圆满句点。

The top floor fully preserves the original pitched roof structure. Following a unified design strategy, perforated panels cleverly encase beams and pipelines, while expansive white surfaces create a pristine backdrop for small-scale art exhibitions and installations. Moving through this serene, immaculate space, visitors arrive at the rooftop’s prime viewing platform. White partition walls frame the scenery, capturing the interplay of lake and city as an eternal, poetic panorama, bringing the spatial sequence to a graceful conclusion.

凝聚城市活力的湖岸新地标

A New Lakeside Landmark Energizing the City

当夕阳为建筑立面染上暖金，LED大屏随之点亮，成为城市与时代的对话窗口。它以流动的视觉符号诠释着这座城市进取、创新、开放的精神内核，向每一位驻足者讲述着大庆的当代故事。以持续进化的数字内容重塑城市夜晚，用充满生命力的视觉语言，向世界传递这座城市的蜕变与雄心。它持续传递着年轻、活力的文化主张，呈现着大庆的未来想象。

As the setting sun bathes the building façade in warm gold, the LED screen lights up, becoming a window for dialogue between the city and the times. Through flowing visual symbols, it embodies the city’s spirit of ambition, innovation, and openness, telling every passerby the contemporary story of Daqing. By continuously evolving its digital content, it reshapes the city’s nighttime landscape, using a vibrant visual language to convey the city’s transformation and ambition to the world. It consistently projects a youthful, energetic cultural identity, presenting a vision of Daqing’s future.

夜幕降临，建筑在灯光映照下，宛如一方精心雕琢的发光冰晶，静置于兰德湖畔。其如冰晶般剔透的视觉效果，与大庆“冰雪之城”的文化意象深度契合。作为城市更新的重要实践，它不仅重塑了兰德湖的夜间风貌，更以鲜明的公共性、文化性与地标性，成为凝聚市民情感、彰显城市品位、提升区域魅力的城市文化新客厅。

As night falls, the building, illuminated by lights, resembles a meticulously carved glowing crystal, quietly poised by Land Lake. Its crystal-clear visual effect resonates deeply with Daqing’s cultural identity as the “City of Ice and Snow.” As a key urban renewal initiative, it not only reshapes the nighttime landscape of Land Lake but, through its strong public, cultural, and landmark qualities, becomes a new urban cultural “living room” that unites citizens’ emotions, showcases the city’s character, and enhances the area’s appeal.

兰德湖艺术中心生动诠释了如何以一个精品“锚点”撬动区域综合复兴。通过精准业态植入与全时段运营，将闲置资产转化为持续产生价值的热点；凭借独特空间体验与文化内容，集聚多元人群并形成稳定客流；作为城市更新的标杆项目，展示了政府推动高质量发展的创新路径；更以点带面，显著提升了兰德湖片区的环境品质与商业活力，成为驱动区域整体能级跃升的核心引擎。

The Land Lake Art Center vividly demonstrates how a boutique “anchor point” can catalyze comprehensive regional revitalization. Through precise program placement and full-time operation, it transforms idle assets into continuously valuable hotspots. Leveraging unique spatial experiences and cultural content, it attracts diverse audiences and generates stable foot traffic. As a benchmark urban renewal project, it showcases innovative pathways for government-led high-quality development. Moreover, by radiating impact outward, it significantly enhances both the environmental quality and commercial vitality of the Land Lake area, becoming a core engine driving the overall elevation of the region.
