At the heart of Casa Pietra lies the pool — a calm, contemplative space centered around an olive tree that anchors the composition and reinforces the connection to nature. Framed by the full-height glazing, the tree appears like a living painting, visible both from the pool area and from the barbecue zone, visually uniting the two spaces. Natural light filters through the glazing, moving across the water and softening the atmosphere. A series of minimalist arches and a travertine floor introduce depth and a subtle link to traditional architectural forms.

Beyond the glazing, the barbecue area continues this material logic — warm, social, and designed for gathering. Wood, stone, a built-in oven and an elongated kitchen island create an inviting setting for shared moments, while the transition between water and fire, between rest and activity, feels effortless. The project forms a contemporary retreat with a refined Mediterranean character, aligned with the way we live today.
