Projeto conceitual de um quiosque de uma cafeteria fictícia "Slow Coffee Club" para shopping. O conceito desse projeto surge de inspiração nas ilustrações do “Slow Coffee Club”, explorando uma ironia sutil entre o nome da marca e o formato compacto do quiosque, utilizado para otimizar o atendimento e tornar o fluxo mais ágil. Com uma identidade visual marcante, o projeto busca traduzir essa narrativa por meio de soluções arquitetônicas e de design que sejam claras, funcionais e esteticamente coerentes.Conceptual project for a fictional coffee kiosk, “Slow Coffee Club,” designed for a shopping mall. The concept of this project draws inspiration from the illustrations of the “Slow Coffee Club,” exploring a subtle irony between the brand’s name and the kiosk’s compact format, which was designed to optimize service and create a faster customer flow. With a strong visual identity, the project aims to translate this narrative through architectural and design solutions that are clear, functional, and aesthetically coherent.

O fluxo do quiosque se inicia pelo autoatendimento, onde o cliente realiza o pedido com tranquilidade, explorando o menu no tempo que precisar. O posicionamento estratégico do totem ao lado da loja reforça a presença da marca e facilita a compreensão do serviço. Assim que o pedido é finalizado, o atendente inicia o preparo, enquanto o cliente é naturalmente conduzido a acompanhar o processo através da divisória de vidro de até 1,60, altura máxima permitida para o quiosque, criando transparência e aproximação com a produção.The kiosk flow begins with the self-service station, where customers can place their orders at their own pace, exploring the menu comfortably. The strategic placement of the self-service totem next to the store reinforces brand presence and makes the service easier to understand. Once the order is completed, the attendant begins preparation, while the customer is naturally guided to observe the process through the 1.60 m glass partition, the maximum height allowed for the kiosk, ensuring transparency and a closer connection to the production.

No interior do quiosque, o layout foi organizado para facilitar o fluxo de atendimento. Após receber a via do pedido, o atendente se direciona à pia posicionada estrategicamente ao lado da entrada, permitindo uma higienização rápida e eficiente antes de manipular qualquer produto. Em seguida, na bancada de inox, inicia-se o preparo do pedido na área destinada à produção. Nos momentos finais, a superfície onde ficam posicionados os copos é orientada no sentido oposto, conduzindo naturalmente o fluxo em direção ao balcão de retirada.Inside the kiosk, the layout was designed to ensure an efficient workflow. After receiving the order slip, the attendant moves to the sink positioned near the entrance, allowing for quick and proper hand hygiene before handling any products. The preparation then takes place at the stainless-steel counter within the designated production area. In the final steps, the surface where the cups are arranged is oriented in the direction of the service flow, naturally guiding the process toward the pickup counter.

Após o preparo, o cliente retira seu pedido diretamente no balcão. Próximo a esse ponto de retirada, há uma bandeja refrigerada com salgados, pensada como uma segunda oportunidade para complementar o café e incentivar escolhas adicionais.Once the order is ready, the customer picks it up directly at the counter. Next to this pickup point, a refrigerated display with savory items offers a second opportunity to complement the coffee, encouraging additional choices.

Com o pedido em mãos, o cliente se direciona à área de assentos, onde as banquetas têm bancos embutidos no próprio balcão, solução adotada devido à metragem reduzida do quiosque e à necessidade de manter todos os elementos dentro dos limites estabelecidos. Da mesma forma, a mesa foi projetada para ser móvel, garantindo praticidade sem ultrapassar a área permitida.With the order in hand, the customer moves to the seating area, where the stools have seats integrated into the counter itself, a solution chosen due to the kiosk’s limited floor area and the need to keep all elements within the permitted boundaries. Similarly, the table was designed to be mobile, ensuring practicality without exceeding the allowed space.
