由gmp·冯·格康,玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所设计的杭州城东大厦项目位于杭州东站枢纽核心区,地处天城路与环站东路交汇处,紧邻二号港河道。作为杭州未来的国际枢纽商务中心,该区域地块资源日益稀缺。业主在此地择址打造高端写字楼,体现其对未来发展的长远布局。
Designed by the architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp) , Chengdong Mansion is located at the heart of the Hangzhou East Railway Station hub, at the intersection of Tiancheng Road and Huanzhan East Road, adjacent to the No. 2 Harbor Canal. As Hangzhou’s future international gateway business center, the area has become increasingly scarce in prime development sites. By selecting this strategic location for a premium office tower, the client underscores a forward-looking vision and long-term commitment to the city’s future growth.

基地内布局两栋对称交错的高层塔楼,通过通高两层的中央门厅及轻质屋架连接成统一组团,塑造简洁有力的城市地标形象。建筑限高50米,双塔高度一致,南北立面微凹以增加动感,并结合一至二层裙楼及街角柱廊式商业空间,增强街区活力与可达性。设计强调对角轴线的城市关联,串联城市主干道与沿河景观,体现自然与都市的融合。
The new development replaces the company's former office nearby, signaling a strategic commitment to future growth and integration into a high-end office cluster. The design features two symmetrical high-rise towers linked by a double-height central atrium and a lightweight roof structure, creating a unified architectural ensemble with a strong urban presence. Both towers rise to 50 meters, with subtly recessed façades on the north and south sides that add visual rhythm and dynamism. A podium with retail and columned commercial spaces activates the streetscape at the lower levels, while the layout emphasizes diagonal urban connectivity—linking key roadways and waterfront views to blend the natural and built environment.

标准层面积约2200平方米,平面规整、进深合理,具备良好的灵活分隔条件。三面布置办公空间,一侧设置会议与接待区,并配有景观阳台,提升使用舒适度。裙房屋顶与塔楼屋顶设有绿化露台,营造“空中花园”式办公体验。1号塔楼9至11层净高3.2米,整楼采用钢结构实现无柱空间,每层净高近3米,满足现代高效办公需求。独立高速电梯连接地下两层停车场与首层大堂,实现便捷交通与人流分离。
Each standard floor offers approximately 2,200 square meters of efficient, column-free space with rational depth and flexible layouts. Three sides of the towers accommodate office zones, while the remaining side features meeting and reception areas with landscaped balconies. Green terraces are incorporated on both the podium roof and the tower roof, fostering a “sky garden” experience for users. Tower 1 features floors with 3.2-meter clear heights and steel-frame construction to allow maximum spatial openness. High-speed elevators provide direct access from two underground parking levels to the ground-floor lobby, ensuring seamless circulation and vertical transportation.

外立面采用深灰与银色金属板、金属网与竖向玻璃窗带构成理性秩序,局部窗扇隐于百叶之后,兼顾通风与立面完整性。模数设计在细部形成2.25至4.5米的渐变节奏,增强体量动态感。入口大堂9.6米挑高,两侧玻璃幕墙采用张拉索网结构,提升通透感并模糊室内外边界。建筑夜景通过LED泛光照明展现科技感与识别性,具备智能灯光互动系统。
The façade combines dark-gray and silver metal panels, metal mesh, and vertical glass window bands to create a rational, ordered composition. Select operable windows are concealed behind louvers, ensuring natural ventilation while maintaining the façade’s seamless appearance. A modular design introduces a subtle rhythm with gradients from 2.25 to 4.5 meters, adding a sense of dynamic movement to the building massing. The main entrance lobby rises to a height of 9.6 meters, with glass curtain walls on both sides supported by a tension-cable net structure that enhances transparency and blurs the boundary between interior and exterior. At night, LED floodlighting highlights the building’s technological character and strong visual identity, while an intelligent lighting control system enables interactive illumination effects.

项目严格执行绿色建筑与LEED金认证标准,外墙配置10cm厚保温层,幕墙采用高性能双层中空玻璃,建筑围护系统整体热工性能优良。
The project is designed to meet stringent Green Building standards and LEED Gold certification. The exterior walls are equipped with a 10 cm insulation layer, while the curtain wall features high-performance double-glazed units, ensuring excellent overall thermal performance of the building envelope.

首层中央门厅连接各塔楼及地下车库,底部两层为商业与服务空间,三层配备员工餐厅、健身房及会议室等,部分区域可转为办公使用。庭院景观以绿化、喷泉与乔木构建舒适环境,阳台设有丰富植物,打造生态办公氛围。
The ground floor serves as a central access point connecting both towers and the underground car park. The lower levels house commercial and support facilities, while the third floor features a staff canteen, fitness center, and meeting rooms—with flexible space that can also accommodate future office use. Courtyard landscaping integrates fountains, trees, and shaded walkways, promoting a natural and comfortable working environment.

交通组织高效清晰,车行主入口设于环站东路,两条坡道通达地下,地下首层净高6米。地下二层设499个机动车位及充电设施,以满足绿色出行需求。地块内部形成对角线人行通廊,连接周边道路与绿地系统,整体布局兼顾功能性与开放性,体现现代企业总部办公的高标准与高品质定位。
The project presents efficient and well-organized traffic planning. The main vehicular entrance is positioned on Huanzhan East Road, where two ramps lead smoothly to the underground levels. The first basement level offers a generous clear height of 6 meters, ensuring convenient access and operations. The second basement level provides 499 parking spaces with integrated EV charging facilities, supporting a sustainable, green mobility concept. Inside the site, a diagonal pedestrian corridor connects surrounding streets with the landscape network, creating a spatial arrangement that balances functionality and openness. This thoughtful design reflects the high standards and premium quality of a contemporary corporate headquarters.
