上海徐汇滨江，两栋巨型的筒仓，原为上海水泥厂的重要组成部分，它见证了上海工业发展的历史，如今作为工业遗产被保留下来。百年水泥厂的筒仓天台，作为整个商场的至高点，它拥有360°超绝观景视角，布朗石选择这里，打造新的城市地标BROWNSTONE VIEW空中花园餐厅。

Shanghai Xuhui Riverside, two colossal silos that once formed a vital part of the Shanghai Cement Factory, stand as enduring witnesses to the city’s industrial evolution. Preserved as industrial heritage, the rooftop of this century-old cement plant now serves as the highest vantage point within the shopping complex, offering unparalleled 360-degree panoramic views. Brownstone has chosen this location to create a new urban landmark: the BROWNSTONE VIEW Sky Garden Restaurant.

餐厅坐拥 360°观景视角，空间界线被彻底打破。落地折叠门使空间向江面无限延展， 绿植与花境的穿插融入，在蓝天与那一抹橙的映衬下，宛若步入一座地中海的秘密花园。露台上以橄榄树、薰衣草及香草植物构筑自然景致，微风携着植物香气与江水气息，让用餐成为一场多感官的沉浸体验。

The restaurant boasts a 360° panoramic vista, where spatial boundaries dissolve entirely. Floor-to-ceiling folding doors allow the space to extend seamlessly towards the river, while interwoven greenery and floral borders, set against the backdrop of azure skies and a hint of orange, evoke the sensation of stepping into a secret Mediterranean garden. The terrace features a natural landscape of olive trees, lavender and aromatic herbs. A gentle breeze carries the scent of plants and the river’s essence, transforming dining into a multi-sensory immersion.

本项目以西班牙南部的建筑精神与地中海的浪漫气息为灵感，采用极简主义的现代手法重构设计，构建一个凝聚阳光、色彩与人文温度的餐饮空间。空间以“拱形”与“赤陶”为核心语汇，延续西岸的艺术氛围，以当代设计手法重释地中海建筑的热烈与柔情。拱形图案结合发泡陶瓷表现，以自然，天空作为最大的背景色，质朴的材料和阳光，空气作为调色盘，共同描绘出一幅自然活泼的画卷。

This project draws inspiration from the architectural spirit of southern Spain and the romantic essence of the Mediterranean, employing minimalist modern techniques to reconstruct the design. It creates a dining space that captures sunlight, colour, and human warmth. The space employs ‘arches’ and ‘terracotta’ as its core design vocabulary, extending the artistic atmosphere of the West Coast while reinterpreting the passion and tenderness of Mediterranean architecture through contemporary design. Arch motifs are rendered in foamed ceramic, with nature and the sky serving as the primary backdrop. Rustic materials, sunlight, and air form the palette, collectively painting a vibrant, natural tableau.

空间以砖红色为主调，吧台与天花均覆以砖红色艺术涂料。肌理在灯光映照下泛出微微光泽，呈现出陶土般的温度。吧台作为空间的视觉核心与社交中心，采用环抱式布局，延续拱形语汇并强化层次感。以温暖的古铜色与赤陶红形成细腻对比。以连续的拱洞结构构成展示酒架，结合富有纹理的天然透光石烘托夜晚的餐厅氛围，石材让光在不同材质间漫反射，形成深浅变化的光影层次。地面设计延续西班牙的装饰传统，采用大面积花砖，在吧台与用餐区之间形成视觉引导。

The space adopts a brick-red palette, with both the bar counter and ceiling finished in brick-red artistic paint. Under the illumination, the texture emits a subtle sheen, evoking the warmth of terracotta. Serving as the visual focal point and social hub, the bar counter features an embracing layout that extends the arched motif while enhancing spatial depth. A subtle contrast is achieved between warm bronze and terracotta red. Continuous arched niches form the display wine racks, complemented by textured natural translucent stone to enhance the evening ambiance of the dining area. The stone allows light to diffuse diffusely between different materials, creating a layered interplay of light and shadow with varying depths. The floor design continues Spain’s decorative tradition, employing expansive floral tiles to create a visual pathway between the bar counter and dining area.

当暮色深沉，两岸灯火渐亮，与江水相连，宛如星河。坐在舒适的沙发上，吹着江风，远眺城市天际线与波光粼粼的江面，品尝西班牙美食，连空气都充满了浪漫的气息。

As dusk deepens and lights flicker to life along the riverbanks, they merge with the water’s surface like a celestial river. Settle into a plush armchair, feel the river breeze caress your skin, and gaze out at the city skyline and the shimmering river expanse while savouring Spanish cuisine. Even the very air seems imbued with romance.
