The hotel is perched on the Adriatic Coast line, as a cinematic light house. Its top heavy typology prioritizes views across the landscape, as the floor plates are articulated in size and shape and expansive plate glass windows are recessed and designed to blur the boundary between exterior and interior. The building is uniquely conceived through a process of design from both the outside and from within. Our vision is guided by three key design concepts implemented into the building’s overall design: our considerations for the local environment, the local context and user experience. Emphasizing and harnessing the impact of the exceptional surroundings, all 72 rooms benefit from an exceptional view onto the bay.
