This home is the Gold Award winner for best architectural design of a SFD home 3,001 to 3,500 square feet. It has upper and lower porches overlooking a golf course in Fairhope, AL. Mahogany french doors, board and batten siding, large windows and open floor plan are only some of the desirable features. Decorative railings and exposed rafter tails add to the traditional southern look. This award winner was designed by Bob Chatham Custom Home Design and built by Stuart Contracting.
